Night shift guy literally told me as I walk up to the register to order he only has 1 beef patty and no chicken bahaha lol so hard if that's the case the restaurant would close because there isn't enough to serve literally I have been in the food business before and if you was that low on product why did you attempt to take my order...??? No dude you just didn't want to do your job management I hope you see this and fire him! He literally mumbled under his breath as I walked away....good I didn't want to serve you anyway very unprofessional by a customer service person

A person should NOT be expected to work in a food service facility if they are clearly sick! The person who took my order clearly didn't feel well and even said so but was required to be there. He still was very professional and kind. He deserves a five, but management gets a three for having him work while sick!My food was decent, no complaints there!

Food tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, the person who waited on me at the drive through was all over the place...when I went to ask for a dipping sauce to go with my chicken..the guy was gone. He was also trying to run the inside store too, so I just left. Gross food, tiny portions,not fresh at all, and charged too much and just a bad experience 🙃 at this particular location.

Very clean! Service was fantastic! Man named Dave helped us, was real nice, & got our order perfect. Compared to other fast food places where employees seem like they hate their job and can't wait til customers go away, Dave kept a smile and nice attitude. Quite refreshing! Definitely recommend this place!Parking: Located at a truck stop, so you can fuel up your car and your body!

Ok whoever the guy is that took, cooked and served my order should get a damn raise! Kinda thin guy with dark hair and glasses, very friendly, cooked food to order. Made a sandwich that could've been on a commercial, fries were hot and fresh, absolutely professional and a great sense of humor! Oh, and I walked into the store at 11:15pm! Dudes a rockstar!!!4 stars on the atmosphere because it's in a truckstop.

No one has changed oil in the fryer in a Very long time!Horrible!Ordered 3 piece tenders, but they were not Golden Brown, but really really Dark Brown and tasted like they were dipped in a very old oil.Had to throw away food I've paid for!

Super nice place to site down for a fast food dinner... And take your time to do some paperwork on the road... Really understaffed but still well managed... Food with a little slow but the service was good... Order and be patient... Take a seat and relax nobody will bother you!!!One of the nicest loves truck stops with the Hardee's I've been to!!!Why you grab some food and if you got some time to wait never take steps over to the truck stop and check out all the neat stuff I got on the shelves...To mark four stars but gave them five stars that all their effort is definitely worth it.

Overall 4 stars. The food is meh here. Whoever is in charge the product supplier...you need a new one cuz your quality is slightly average.The employee who took my order. I believe is name is Cutter. That's what it looked like on his name tag. HE IS FREAKIN FANTASTIC. I'm a general manager and I wanna steal him away. Give that man a raise before I do.

Unfortunately this is not a review entirely on the restaurant. I will start out with the food was good for fast food. Burger was done very well. Fries where good. One particular person has ruined this place for me and my family. My spouse is in a wheelchair and the lady that was working the front counter was cleaning the seating area and started talking to us. She had the nerve to assume that my wife was mentally handicapped because she was in a chair. She stated this to us and at the moment we did correct her and said she is not mentally handicapped. She then continued to carry on a one sided conversation about how she used to work in a home in Beatrice Nebraska. Luckily we were done eating and on the way out. We will not be returning to this particular location for a very long time. Good luck Hardee’s with having customers in chairs or any other medical equipment come in. You may get more reports of disrespect from this particular employee.

Probably let your employees know that gloves are mandatory, $7.55 right in the trash after watching the dude full palm my burger after wiping his face sweat off, he was nice enough to then wipe it on his apron before violating my $7 burger so that’s a plus! smh absolutely disgusting.
