At Casey's General Store, you get the upper echelon General. However not every militia can afford an elite leader. If down on your luck, but in need of a due battle, go to Dollar General. And as I previously mentioned go to Cubby's for the lower ranking officers.

Bad workers, poor attitudes and very messy and they have customers who have kids who are in wheelchairs and due to them not putting there stock on shelves the isles can't be used by wheelchair bound patrons
