My kids' food was fine. I got the Philly and it was virtually inedible. The "steak" pieces were flavorless, cut too big and not trimmed well, with chunks of fat and gristle on them. The onions and peppers were barely there. The waitress got our order wrong, but that can happen to anybody. This was definitely not worth the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. And now as I'm writing this, my youngest is running back into the cafe to use the restroom because he feels like he's going to get sick.

This spot is fantastic to rock a morning steak off. Breakfast menu is exceptional and staff are always friendly. Lunchtime is another matter however. Mind you, I only visited during lunchtime on one occasion. Perhaps my visit was an anomaly. For a period of at least 20 minutes, there was only one server waiting on at least 8-10 different tables. Be prepared to eat from the Daily Lunch Specials and limited salad bar. Overall, the food is worth the wait. Rena cooks the best steak ever!

Every time we go for breakfast and order orange juice, someone has to leave the restaurant to go buy some. Breakfast always takes 45 minutes to an hour, even if we're the only customers. Today, I ordered a pancake... four times from three different people, the first time when I placed my initial order for an omelette. An hour and a half later, I still didn't have it so we gave up and went to pay and then they brought it out. I asked them to put it in a box and could hear someone in the back complaining about my request for a pancake. Oh, and the pancake wasn't even cooked all the way through. I love to support local but I have my limits. This was probably our last trip to the Country Cafe.

If you have over an hour to wait for breakfast feel free to stop I’ll never be back. We were the only customers in there had a party of 8 took 45 min for them to bring out food for 3 in our party then 15 min later 2 others got food and then took another 10 min to get food for the last 3 people. Never once came around to ask if we wanted more coffee or water. Food was ok not great. Bathrooms were also disgusting.

I was traveling with my four children and even though the car was packed with snacks they were ready for a hot meal. Using Google Maps search we found that they were on our route and placed a pick up order. The phone order was easy, they were helpful, and the food was great. My kids appreciated the hot food for the last leg of our trip.

G-r-e-a-t food and reasonable prices. At the time we were there one young man did it all. Greeted, took the oder, cooked the food, refilled our drinks, checked on us a few times and then collected the money. All while helping several other guests. My hats off to this young man.... Nice work as our travels bring us to this town again we'll be back. Thank-you

We stopped in to have breakfast and had a great breakfast. Had a 3 egg and ham omelet and it was great. They had a lot of ham in it. Very good coffee. Service was great also. If you come through make sure you stop on here.

First evening not many people & food was good & good service. Second day for lunch was packed, ordered to go, missed one of the orders & had to wait another TWENTY minutes, customer service wasn't up to par, should have offered us comp drinks while we waited, got food home & 2 of the burger orders were not right. Frustrating!

When we first moved here it's really good we were impressed but we've had a bunch of bad days and bad food and we still like the place we love the coffee that they have there now and the coffee shop that's a must have for any coffee lover our favorite food here or the chicken gizzards those are our favorite food here we will refer this place to anyone even though we've had some bad experiences it's a must try place

Very convenient hours and they have all day breakfast, which was delicious. More like a home cooked meal than a restaurant. Staff was very nice, treated me like family.

Great food. Coffee was fantastic (I have had bad coffee in many places). Down home atmosphere. A gathering place for the community. Enjoyed shopping at the quant store attached after the meal.

Had the hot beef special food was so cold I sent it back to be warmed. It was still cold. Place was clean but food and price was bad. Bathroom towel dispenser didnt work. Won't ever go back.
