Walmarts are going downhill. The checkout was sticky and gross. Usually, I can't find what I actually want and need a close sub or another store. Half of the things in the beauty area are locked and there was no one there.

False pricing. we called over an associate to show proof of body armour drinks ringing incorrect. They took it to a manager who basically said that they weren't honoring their signage.

I love to shop at Walmarts. But There’s a couple of times that I ran into people work in automotive department. They are rude and don’t want to do their job. They seem like they hate their job. On one occasion. This guy got mad at me cause I told him I don’t want to have a hazard warranty on the tires i bought from them. I bought 4 tires and just wanted balance and mounted. Walmart in south Sioux City Nebraska.

A horrible Walmart,just moved from South Sioux City to Iowa,been trying to call their electronics department,no one answers,this place looks seedy too.Why can't this place look as nice and well stocked as other locations?

The reciept checking is irritating, that you are getting held up at the door just because you have a cart full of itemsThen employees are asking you where the item is on the reciept and how much it was , as if we now are professional cashiers.I understand theft may be a big issue, but a family with a full cart of items should not get surrounded by 3 or 4 employees standing around just watching you as if your stealing at the check outs

no back stock of Evan Williams 1.5 liter, also ,1.5 Aintchient Age and Stedmans inexpensive but decent bourbons... you need to up with these especially Evan Williams everything else was fine and the staff was very helpful trying to find these these for me

I was staying at the ponca state park outside of south sioux city and decided to get a bb gun for some target shooting while we were there, I bought one at this Walmart and when I opened it the next morning the gun did not work or shoot accurately at all. I went to return it and was told that there was absolutely nothing I can do and I had just wasted my money. I called the customer service number and spoke with someone named Johan who told me that I in fact COULD get a refund or a replacement and I needed to talk to the store manager when he came in the store on Monday. I was not able to go to the store on Monday because I had to leave the park, so I have now called the store 3 different times to talk to this manager and have gotten no response on any of them. There were no signs anywhere indicating that bb guns are not return/refundable and I’m now left out of $70 because Walmart sold me a broken product.

We have three in our area because we are located on a border. Two of them are clean and tidy with good customer service. The one closest.yo our home, we often find moldy produce, limited stock, dirty bathrooms and unfriendly staff. I bought a $20 gift card,activated it right in the store. With the receipt in hand, it showed no money. The check out lady confirmed the sale, two different managers also tried to redeem the money. I walked out of the store with the loss of $20 as they stated there was nothing they could do. I brought this card to another Walmart and found out, having this happen isn't unusual, they refund customer s when This happens. I tried to contact corporate office, whom said they could place it on my account but this was a gift. Not happy.

Absolutely livid at the photo lab here. I have never had an issue with Walmart and use their Electronic 1 Hr. Printer frequently.However, last Friday I went in and sat for an hour putting in an order when an employee yelled at me from across the register saying, "the photo lab isn't running today." I finished my order and asked a different employee if my order would still be printed when the lab was back up and he said yes. So I spent another hour putting in an order (300+ photos, well over 50$) and got a txt message saying, "your order is ready." I asked someone else if this was just an auto generated message and if I would get a call when my order was done, they said, "sure." I didn't think he knew what he was talking about so I went to customer service and they also did not know anything about the photo lab so I called a couple days later. The employee who answered, said no one was in Electronics that day and the printer was still down so I asked when someone would be in and the printer would be fixed and they said Friday.I called again since I didn't trust his response and tried to get ahold of Human Resources since that seemed to be the best option given; I waited 5 minutes with no response or voice-mail option.I called again today and just got off the phone after 45 minutes. The woman who answered was very kind and said the team lead for electronics was in but when I was "transferred" I received a young man who asked me to spell my name 3 times and still didn't get it right. I finally asked for a manager (after the woman spoke to me again and said they couldn't find my order, even with the confirmation number but I could place the order again and not be charged) and was transferred to electronics and was only able to speak with an associate. After relaying this whole story once more, they still could not find my order and said that I WOULD be charged since I hadn't paid for them yet. I'm upset that I was not able to speak to her supervisor OR a manager and will not be utilizing this service again (sadly because I don't believe the price and quality of Walgreens or Snapfish and Shutterfly compare at all). To make matters worse, I needed these photos for a court case and don't know when I will be able to get them as quickly as I could have with this store.

Usually the do super good on my deliveries. But today I placed an order at 11:30 am, and it was supposed to be delivered between 6-7. It’s currently 9:30. I have called the store 13 times and no one is answering, not a single person picked up. They close at 11, I would either like my order cancelled and fully refunded or someone needs to answer their phones..

Thank you so much allowing trucks to park. I’m really grateful for a safe, quiet place to park after driving until early in the morning.I was able to get some good rest and stock up on food. I found everything I was looking for and store was very clean and organized.

Lots of workers standing around on their phones. I saw the screen of one, and he was looking at facebook. Four people working self checkout. Pickers don't think their jobs include helping customers or picking up misplaced items. That is included in every job description at walmart.

They are awful, from pushy self checkout attendants that force you to take an entire cart of things through the express self check with a tiny amount of space so your stacking on the floor, in the cart, anywhere to trying to get someone to unlock a case takes 30+ minutes and bothering multiple people just to try to find someone with keys. Awful, just awful

I turned a Fuji disposal camera and they said it will take 3 or 4 month when last time it took 1 or 2 weeks but I went to the north side Walmart and if I don't have a receipt and I have no proof went it in

i like how there aren't really any cashier's and a bunch of self check outs but harassment at the door is not needed. bring the cashier's back if the locals aren't trusted that much so no one is harassed at the door anymore.

We purchased a pool for our grandchildren late this summer it was on clearance. Paid cash but then we could not use the pool our grandchildren moved into a different apartment. Went to Walmart to get in-store credit because I did not have my receipt. The cashier asked the manager and she said no returns have to take the pool back home. I had to leave the pool there because I did not have a way to take it back home. Said I would be back the following day to pick it up. Went to pick it up today and a lady name Allison asked if she could help. I told her the story that they would not give me in-store credit so she went and got another manager. His name was Oscar. These two people were so kind and helpful I give them a 10 star rating! They gave me the in-store credit which I was so thankful for. Oscar and Allison I thank you so very much! They should be Employees of the year of the year!

Parking lot was mostly clean, and the corner by the college was being cleaned so - there aware of the issue.Bathrooms were spotless.Store was clean.Maybe there a small store(?) because in each product section they have removed several brands that are regularly found in other stores. Example “Barq’s” root beer, they don’t carry it, artificial crab meat, something in each section, it was kind of disheartening, everything I went in for wasn’t only not in stock but was never in stock :-/

I just can’t seem to understand why Walmart has gotten so bad in the customer experience area of retail.Walmart is terrible, they just don’t care anymore about the customer or the retention of their customers.Walmart saves a lot of money on overhead costs relating to labor costs , by the addition of self checkout stands , yet the customer still has issues getting assistance from a Walmart employee if there is a problem with the price or something not being marked with a price.I wish I had the option of giving Walmart 0 stars , or better yet , a negative 5 star review.
