Worst Walgreens I have ever been to. So unprofessional. They don’t know how to make photo’s just printed off the picture and put in envelope and never even read what the order was for. The girl nor the guy had no clue how to make the wooden panel. Never apologized or tried to make it right just laughed. Neither one was wearing a name tag. I will never go to this location ever again.

This pharmacy is by far one of the best I have ever been to. My only complaint is that they do not always have a pharmacist and they're closed on weekends. However, two employees called me after I picked up a new medication to ask me how it was going and if I had any questions. What an amazing thing to do! They're so kind and efficient (since I had told someone that, when I picked up my prescription, I was not offered a consult). They even worked well with my insurance to get me more so I wouldn't have to come back as often to pick it up.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. The drive thru was closed so they were all in a frenzy and arguing with each other. Very rude and did not want to help anyone. The employee who checked me out yelled my prescription out so loud the whole waiting area could hear it. I never write bad reviews but I would not advise anyone to go here. I could not believe how bad the service was.

Very unprofessional, workers are uninformed, careless, and uncaring!After calling about Western Union services, I was given wrong info prior to walking there from 45th and Dakota ave(2.4 miles), only to find out their WU closes at 9pm, I was told it would be open till the store closed at 10pm by the blonde hair girl on night shift! Will be reporting this issue to Corporate!!!

The pharmacy is terrible. I am switching my family's account to Hy-vee in SSC. Every time we get an Rx filled here we call ahead and they give us a time it will be ready. We go through the drive thru to pick it up and it is NEVER filled. Then we are told to wait in the parking lot anywhere from 10-30 minutes while they fill it. Why give times if you can't even do your job and deliver to customers when promised? Today we had a very ill child. Our promised time was 2 hours after they received the script to begin with which is ridiculous for a common amoxicillin script. Then when we showed up it still wasn't ready. Will not be returning.

The pharmacy needs help. Spend a lot of time waiting in line. The drive thru isn't much better. The people working there are very helpful, just overwhelmed.
