Dr. Gilbert treats our pets as if they’re her own. The doctors and staff were very quick to provide with crucial medical information that should be looked into before any operation. They gave me many different options and also broke it down so it was simple to understand. Kudos to the entire team here. I absolutely love this place. My 6 month old Yorkie did not like to be groomed. I thought I was.going to have to do sedate grooming. Lexi was my last hope. I was so thankful she was able to take Bear as a client. Lexi has amazing abilities and was able to groom my dramatic Yorkie with out sedation. He looks amazing and I am beyond happy and grateful.

I love South Sioux Animal Hospital ! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Gilbert is absolutely amazing with our puppy. She always takes the time to answer each of my questions without a rush or hassle. Both before and after our pup’s immunizations, she gets down on the floor with her to cuddle and play with her! They are more personable than most human doctors offices! They all make us feel welcome and they treat our puppy like their own which is comforting for our family. From the front desk staff, to the groomers, to the vets, the love they ALL have for ALL animals radiates from the second you walk in! They're absolutely a joy, and I recommend South Sioux Animal Hospital to all pet owners every chance I get!

So far, I have had a great experience in this clinic. Took my dog there and the staff is very nice and friendly. They answered all my questions. The clinic is very clean and smells good. The price is very reasonable. The doctor was very knowledgeable and she knows a lot about animals.

I had to seek emergency care after hours for my baby girl this evening, and I am so impressed and thankful for Dr. Gamm. She immediately responded to her page and met me at the hospital with in minutes. I can’t remember the tech’s name, but she was a gem as well. They were both gentle, compassionate, and nothing but professional. I am going to switch my baby’s care over to Dr. Gamm. Thank you for being amazing!

I can't say enough positive comments about this establishment and employees. They are so empathetic and truly care about our babies. Our two Golden Retrievers have had a couple scares and the staff was amazing. Our sweet cat has been sick for a few weeks. They are going ABOVE AND BEYOND to determine what is wrong. No matter what happens with our sweet cat, I know they are doing all they can. Absolutely amazing people!

South Sioux Animal Hospital goes up and above the the services they provide. I had a crisis with my dog after hours. I called them, the said I could bring him to the hospital, they would wait. Their compassion was so impressive that I have another puppy and changed my current vet to South Sioux City Hospital. Once again, their program goes beyond what a pet owner would expect for verterinary care.

Dr. Gamm is AMAZING!! I called in a panic as my pup needed medical attention right away and not only did they get us in, we were treated fabulously! Dr. Gamm radiates such a kind and comforting personality that we knew our puppy was in the best hands during her surgery! Even afterwards, she said to me, “your little girl is going to be okay!”. I can’t say enough great things, we’ve really had the best of luck here at South Sioux Animal Hospital! Thank you, Dr. Gamm, for all the time and care you took into caring for our “little girl”. The receptionist are some of the most racist ladies I have ever had to deal with. It was issue after issue just to get my cat neutered and I had scheduled to have 2 more done up there but I think I will take my business else where.

The minute you walk through the door you are greated with a friendly smile to the Dr's who take the VERY best of care with whatever is needed for your fur kids. My dog ripped a toenail loose Friday evening right as our vet was about to close, but they directed me to an emergency line. Dr. Gilbert quickly called and offered me advice to care for the nail at home until the next day, or the option to bring him in that night. I chose the section option, because you can’t put a price on your pet or their comfort! And I was super scared. He’s not a fan of nail trims, but Dr. Gilbert was patient, sedated him, and explained everything she was doing to him and how it works. Such a relief! Poor boy is a little sad still and limping around, but I know he’ll make a full recovery! Bless that woman, she was awesome.
