Took my moms cat in December 1st to have him looked at. The veterinarian said that he has kidney failure and was nothing they could do for him. They wanted to put him down. We said no because all he did was touch his sides and check his teeth. No blood work or anything was done for him to make that kind of decision. Decided to go get a second opinion. To only find out all he had was some worms in his belly and was treatable. Very disappointed with this place!

My 13 year old dog passed away while I was waiting to get my truck repaired at the Freightliner. Thankfully this place was able to accommodate me and I was able to have my boy cremated. It was so hard to have to say goodbye and it was 2 weeks before Christmas so that really made it hard. But the staff there was super friendly and made things just a little easier to deal with. I just want to say thank you to all those who helped me say goodbye to my best friend.

They got my kitty Cloe in the next day after I called when they opened. She had a bad tooth & they pulled it & we were back home in Sterling, Colorado by 1pm. Cloe is doing really well & eating lots of food. Thank you for your great service & understanding. Now, I am bringing both my kitties here for all there needs.

We love these guys! They always take great care of our dogs and we board them here frequently! They keep our pups happy and healthy and safe. Couldn’t ask for better people to take care of our fur babies. Dr is always good with our animals and the other staff is always friendly and helpful. ❤️❤️❤️

Took my cat to be shaved a few months ago. She has not been right since, termers and twitching. Stroke maybe? The Doctor is great and kind... however the rest of the staff is not. Very Rude

Got in really quick, that day I called. Love to doctor and receptionist. Vet tech was great in handling our pup. Went in for eye check due to weeping a lot. Poor thing had a scratched cornea. Not sure how he did it, but he's a ball of energy.

Our kitty had been sick for a few days and wasn’t getting better. The vet made time for us and gave our sweet baby superb care. He explained everything and helped calm our fears. Definitely recommend.

They took good care of any animal I've ever taken there, everything from grooming to boarding to shots and sadly even euthanasia, they're the only vet I'll go to!

Dr Wiederspoon (hope the spelling is correct) is amazing. His fees are also very fair. i haven't had such a GREAT vet in a long time. I am so happy I found him and he was the 1st vet I tried in the area when we moved here in January, 2019. he's too young to retire so I think I have a good vet for a few more years. He really cares about the animals.

It's an okay place , but will say better than most. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I have not had one problem with their service, except for times they have forgotten to trim my pups nails. My one thing is the weekends, on which I have to wait until Mondays to come and retrieve my dog. Of the kennels, I am not sure how they actually store or separate from each others. It seems that I always hear either cats meowing or dogs barking. There are some other kennels around the area, but I did chose this one. So far so good.

The place smelled very unclean. The communication between staff about what we were there was none existent. I asked about something that very clearly developed into something more serious and the vet completely disregarded me. He also was rough with my animals and spared them barely enough attention to administer the vaccinations. I was highly disappointed in the service I received here and would suggest another vet that may be a bit more expensive but at least there is care and professionalism you won't get here.

White Bluffs is very kind and professional I had a dog that needed an emergency surgery and they did an amazing job. Their services were very affordable and I will be going back to them for all my pet needs from now on.

Amazing staff, very nice facilities with caring people. Kathie and david do everything they can for your family memebers. On 9-17-18 one of my dogs was poisened in my own back yard. David and kathie did everything they possibly could for him for days and when he got past the point of coming back to us they stayed late after hours and helped us through his passing on 9-21-18. These are amazing people and i would recommend 10 stars if i could.

Great experience. Able to get my lab into surgery and sew her up after pheasant hunting accident early the morning after. Was able to keep hunting her and no sticker shock!Thank you White Bluffs and Dr. Dave.
