If google gave me the option to rate this business zero stars, I would. The staff member who answered my phone call was extremely rude and treated me as if I were inconveniencing them with my inquiry. I had an emergency with my doggie and called to see if I could schedule an appointment. I completely understand that emergency accommodations are not guaranteed and sometimes not even an option in this area due to limited resources and providers. I was sternly declined an appointment and when I proceeded to ask for any recommendations regarding the situation, the lady told me, “well I have no idea what’s wrong with your dog so I can’t help you.” She would not give me the time of day! I then asked if she could recommend another provider/office in the area that might be able to help and she said she can’t help me. The way I was talked to and disregarded was extremely unprofessional and down right disrespectful. I am a very reasonable young lady and treated the woman with respect and was patient/not demanding. I desperately needed help and she basically told me to eff off! I ended up driving to Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists in Windsor, CO. It’s definitely an inconvenient drive, but the staff and providers were so very wonderful and treated my pet successfully, with wonderful manners and vast knowledge. They offer emergency vet services, so keep that in mind when it comes to pricing, but I highly recommend their office as a better option for urgent and routine veterinary services. I hope this review can be used to improve customer service practices, as well as treatment quality moving forward.

The staff at Creekside are always so kind and caring - have never left this office unsatisfied. They truly understand that pets are part of the family and care for them as if they were their own. The staff truly respects and appreciates the owner's opinion in regards to pet care - I've never felt forced to do anything. Great place! 10/10

We recently took our puppy, Gracie in for some general care. Price was what I expected. I didn’t think it was over the top like another comment said it was. They were all great with helping me understand, as I’ve never actually owned a dog and done these things such as vet visits. I loved that when the veterinarian came in, she got down on the floor and played with Gracie right off the bat so she felt happy and comfortable. You can tell they are all animal lovers. This is the place you want to take your fur friends for their care.

I cannot recommend Creekside Animal Hospital enough. My first experience was having to come back to Sidney to put one of my dad’s dogs down while he was out of the country. I called another vet in Sidney, whom my parents had used as a vet for many years and I used him once or twice for one of my dogs, and the receptionist was so rude and dismissive about it. She acted as if she couldn’t care less about the situation and said it would take a few days to get her in to be euthanized. I asked about another animal hospital in the area and she stated, “I don’t know, start calling around I guess.” It was pretty awful behavior. I called Creekside and they were so compassionate and understanding. They were completely scheduled out but made room for me to bring her in first thing in the morning. They were beyond accommodating and Jennifer (the vet) was so compassionate and empathetic. I live in North Denver where there are many veterinary clinics, so they have to be competent and compassionate in order to stay in business, and the experience I received at Creekside was that of a more populated area veterinary hospital. My second experience was when my dad’s 19 1/2 year old cat was acting unwell, and I called to see if he could get an appointment for her. They understood her fragility and fit her into the schedule the next day. Creekside is amazing and I am so happy my dad found a new vet that really cares about his pets. They are a bit pricier comparatively, BUT in my case, I was paying over and over without getting a correct diagnosis. I spent a lot giving the same meds over and over with no results. When I took my dog here, she quickly came up with at least relief for my dog. She also warned of what I had been giving could cause damage to my dog's health. As she got closer to figuring it out, she came up with a cheaper and easier way to care for her. So each visit can cost a little more but I know it's still cheaper because I don't need as many visits, but most importantly is my dog is no longer suffering! So I highly recommend this vet!

The first time we got there we had to leave right away because everyone was on lunch then we come back and the lady at the front desk tells us there's no doctor so we had to leave right away again. On top of that she was super rude. As soon as we walked in she gave me the side eye. Before we even went there I email them and sent them a picture of my cats leg which had the a nasty wound. They email back telling me to call this number to make an appointment. First off, why have the dn place open if there's no doctor. Second, no need to be so damn rude lady!

Test results for my draught horse mare were mislabeled by breed,and as a gelding. Blood had to be drawn twice since the first sample was compromised by being left in their vehichle in hot weather, so it was hard to trust the accuracy for diagnosis. On more than one occassion their team fogot to bring batteries for the xray procedures to the farm, and they were rude about it even though they had us drive the extra 30 miles each way to pick up the equipment they forgot. Then a visit to cardiology specialist confirmed that my dog was misdiagnosed with a hernia for which they were trying to schedule surgery . It was determined by the specialist there was no hernia and my dog was subsequently treated for heart failure. After many mishaps their vet team had finally had enough of us and refused to see us again. SMH.

Fantastic experience with Jennifer (vet) and the whole support team. Creekside and Mrs Elliott has become our fur babys primary care physician and location I can't rave enough on clear, honest communication and the level of integrity displayed meaning they do what they say they will do and do it promptly and with reassurance and a smile. We are truly in great hands! Year 3 and still feel we are in fantatsic hands would add Jennifer is invested calling to followup on her patients is priceless.

The first time I have been there, it was surprisingly nice and a well addressed to enter. The woman behind the counter were nice and pleasant. After giving them my info and problems, my dog was looked at and was given the prognosis.I was pleased with the work all of help gave, and so will be back for more assistance with this. Very clean and nice place. No photos at this time.

They are awesome here! We have two dogs that both had something happen unfortunately on the same day, seemed like we were calling all day. They continued to take time talking with us and offering advice. They are gentle and patient with the animals as well. They are prompt to get the animals on as soon as possible. We will be using them for now on! Thank you creekside.

Dr. Elliott came out late at night to look at our sick, elderly cat. Despite the late hour, she was very patient listening to us describe the cat's extensive medical history and took the time to discuss all the possible treatment options. We have seen a lot of vets with this cat, and our experience with Dr. Elliott was one of the best.

I called her on a Sunday morning with an emergency with my dog, she had me go to the office and looked over my dog, the visit didn't go as planned and my dog was put to sleep, but everything was checked and done for my Jordan. Jennifer was very loving to Jordan as well to myself.

Only giving CAH two stars because the veterinarian and the tech staff were friendly and took good care of my dog.That being said, when I spoke to them on the phone as a new client to set up an appoint for my dog, I told them everything he'd need and what I wanted done. The secretary that I spoke to confirmed they'd be able to do it, including nail dremel, and even gave me an estimate so I knew how much I could expect it all to cost! Then, I come in to my appointment and I'm told that they don't carry the vaccination for canine influenza--which I had previously told them he needed and they said they could do. They can't do the nail dremel because the groomer is only in on Thursday's and I went on a Friday (I work every day during the week, and this was a day I was given off. Living out of town, I don't have the option to bring my dog any other day.) So, all that he had done was his heartworm test. When the appointment was over, they were getting a prescription set up for heartworm medication--but it wasn't the brand I normally use so I asked if they had that in stock. They said no, so I said I would just order it online. At that point the secretary started giving me attitude...I paid for the visit and left.I order the medications I need online, and the company calls CAH to confirm the prescriptions. They declined, saying they wouldn't give the prescriptions to a third party pharmacy because they prefer clients to use their own pharmacy, so I'd have to get the prescription myself. So the next day I call to have them print out the prescription so I can pick it up after work. They refused, saying they wouldn't give it to me because I can get the same medications at their online pharmacy--I explained I wanted to use a different one because it's one I've used before and trust. Again, they said they wouldn't give me a paper copy of the prescription for me to send in because this third party pharmacy is considered "competition" to their own. Fine. I get that it's competition. BUT IT IS ILLEGAL TO REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE PAPER COPY OF THE PRESCRIPTION WHEN I'VE REQUESTED IT. According to the Nebraska Board of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery, as of March 2013, "Failure to provide a prescription upon client request in appropriate circumstances could be considered unprofessional conduct, and a ground for discipline against the license."I will not be returning to Creekside Animal Hospital again. I thank those there who took excellent care of my dog, but they gave false pretenses when setting up an appointment as they were unable to provide the service I was told they could, and then they refused to print me my dog's prescription solely so I would have to order it from their online pharmacy.

Tried to have her help us with a prescription from Chewy never answered them. Then wanted us to come in and talk about it Charges us for the office visit gave him shots and then refused to write the prescription for a medications what would have saved us $ 275 a year.
