They were able to get us in when no one else could, so we saved a fortune by not having to go to an animal hospital further away.The Dr. is a bit gruff and definitely could work on customer service. However, I care more about how he cared for my dog than how he was with me.Overall a good experience.

They took such great care of our little Kealani, they saved her life! We are so great full for their team! Doctor is amazing! They were our/ Kealani’s blessing. We can’t thank them enough! Very accommodating. Took our rottie in for swelling in his face. Dr. Cook was attentive and knowledgeable. He then called us a few days later to check up on him and promised to call in another few days to ensure he is healing properly.It is also important to note that the tech that was helping us before we saw the doc was also extremely pleasant and answered other questions we had while waiting. This whole practice is amazing and the only place we take our furry family for real issues.Only wish they had specials for discounted vaccinations.

Dr. Cook and his staff are outta control! Great ppl to work with and very attentive to the needs of our kittios! We have been using SVH since Johnny Longtime back! I can't remember how long now. Always gets us in with minimal wait time, especially when something has gone wrong.Very inquisitive as to what, where, when, how needs to know details details details! That way he can help get the kittios back on there feet asap! Mind you these guys are very very well taken care of, so when something isn't right and a trip to the vet is needed do not hesitate to call'm they're great folks to work with!Thank you Sidney Veterinary Hospital and all the ones behind the scenes that make it the place to go! HORRIBLE customer service!! I called to get a health and coggins done and they quoted me $200!! The reasoning why it was so expensive is because "the Doc really just didn't feel like doing it to be honest." Are you kidding me?? You could have told me any other excuse, but that's ridiculous. They don't deserve any business. Take your money elsewhere to someone that actually cares about your business and has some customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

Charged me for a “pedicure” even after I told him I cut her nails. Did not ask if he could. Did not file the nails, left them worse then I would’ve. Before I left he asked if I’d want some toothpaste because her molars had plaque buildup, did not mention her teeth before hand, got home and see the paste is expired. 3 years expired. I’m convinced he just told me about her teeth to get rid of the paste. I would not recommend. They aren’t welcoming at all and I had to ask questions to know what was going on.

Best vet around. Dr Cook is so good to our dog and cats. Gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Our animals hate going to the vet but the staff is really good at keeping our fur babies calm. Visits have been quick and easy. Definitely the vet of choice.

Absolutely do NOT go unless you have just a cat or dog. They lie about having experiences about exotic animals when they don’t and then charge you for “exams” and then don’t even touch your animal or anything. Complete rip off. I got charged $100 for an exam and a “fecal” test when he tested urates and not even fecal matter. Very bad experience and upsetting to waste $100 to get no feedback on a pet. Google would know more than this vet. Don’t waste your time.

Just went to bail my pup outta puppy prison, but nothing but good things, they were busy with regular clients yet very attentive to me regardless very nice and by the amount of people there I would have assumed to not get adequate attention but that was not lacking..
