Sauders and Chris in particular were amazing to work with!! We broke down just outside of Sidney and called to see if they had room to help us. They were able to squeeze us in right away diagnosed the issue and pretty much got everything taken care of before our new ride was able to pick us up. While there, and every phone call after, was a pleasure despite the terrible reason for our meeting. While at the shop they make you feel like family, especially Otto he is welcome face in times! I can’t thank them enough and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you

Called sauders to have them look at my fiancé’s vehicle and they were able to get hers in right away. Chris has been absolutely amazing everytime I talk with him. When we went to pick hers up my fuel pump went out in the parking lot. Chris had me leave my vehicle with him to work on. I will definitely be bring back my vehicles to him. Just moved out here to Sidney. Back home I wouldn’t trust a shop with my things but Chris and his team did wonderful. If I could give more than five stars to Chris I would. My husband & I were traveling thru Nebraska (for Christmas).... We broke down and were basically stuck in the truck for over 10 hours! Two working days before Christmas and these folks came thru for us in a big way!!! Got us back on the road so we could continue our journey (7 hrs). If not for them, we could have spent Christmas in a motel room!! Thanks to all of you and nest wishes!

Chris answered my call while I was driving on I80. I was driving from Park city, Utah to Laconia,New Hampshire, about 2400 miles.My audi was making a racket somewhere under the front of the car. He took it for a spin and discovered Burt Brothers in Park City hadn't reattached the undercarriage flap after they changed my oil. He fixed it and I was on my way.Chris changed my whole perspective on mechanics from they will take advantage of a situation and extort a situation to there are really kind, professional people who will help a stranger.We made it home. My saviors! A little over a week ago I was on a road trip with my mom, moving back from Oregon to Vermont. We stopped at a restaurant in Sidney and when we got back to the car it wouldn’t start. I was pretty anxious as we still had a long way to drive! I called Sauders and although they were fairly booked up that day, a worker, Chris, came to the parking lot to help me jump start my vehicle. I needed a new battery for my 2015 Subaru Forester and they happened to have this unique one I needed! So they fit us in and we were back on the road in less than an hour! From what I’ve read, other auto places in the area don’t help those coming off the highway and if they do people have to wait weeks for their services. Chris was extremely kind and I was beyond thankful Sauders was there to help us out! It’s intimidating driving for 10+ days and having your car go out in the middle of that! I’m so thankful they helped us so quickly!!!

Amazing Experience. High trust, high quality service where it’s clear that you’re in capable, expert, and experienced hands.My brother and I were on our way across the country to go to school when we started to hear a strange rattling noise and a vibration as we drove. We couldn’t figure out what the problem was. We called 5 or 6 auto shops along our way to see if they could fit us in because we didn’t have time to stop for a day to fix the car.Finally we called Sauder’s Automotive and Chris Sauder said he’d help us out. My daughter was on her way home from Colorado and had problems with her truck at Sidney, Nebraska. When I went to pick her up I had issues with my truck as well. My daughter’s nursing friends from the area told her Sauder’s Automotive was the place to go. Even though Zack and the crew were down some people, due to illness, they got to work to get us back on the road as soon as possible. They were very thorough and honest in their diagnosis and timeline for getting both repaired. They kept us informed about their progress which was very helpful. We were very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to go there again. We literally broke down in Sauder's parking lot after stopping there to get some hydraulic fluid on our way west. We were in an RV, taking up some serious space in their lot. The owner came over to diagnose the problem and unfortunately had no openings. This man managed to squeezed us in and worked on our serious problem by himself in order to get us back on the road. I couldn’t speak highly enough of Chris Sauder and the rest of the staff. I especially enjoyed the company of “Auto” (ship dog) while waiting for our car to be finished. We were headed home to Tulsa, but we were in Nebraska. We called Saunders right close to closing time and he was pretty sure they could fix it. We got it to them, and within an hour, we were up and running again. Thanks to Saunders, we don’t have to hear that awful beeping sound telling us to get the car looked at ASAP. My wife, 4 kids, and myself were travelling back to WI from UT and my walmart tire (dont recommend) blew. Just west of sydney, NE. Once i was able to get my van towed, they recommended Sauders for my repaires. They went out of their way to procure my bent rims from a town 1.5 hours away and got me new tires, helping us get back home! Thank you all at Sauders!!

Chris, Zach and the rest of the Sauder's crew have always done right by me. Whether it's a standard oil change and maintenance or serious inquiries and repairs. They have superior customer service and talk through everything going on. They may not be the most "budget friendly" shop in towb but, I believe in the old saying "You get what you pay for" so in my opinion they are worth every penny. Certified technicians and AAA recommended! Expect them to be booked for weeks out at a time. But that just goes to show how popular they are. So don't go in expecting immediate service the day of. That being said, the Sauders team will do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

One of the best shops I have ever dealt with all around. Amazing work and quick. I broke down far away from home in the middle of the night and they got me taken care of first thing the next morning. If I ever had issues out that way I wouldn’t take my vehicles to any other shop than these guys. Went well above and beyond to get me on the road. Amazing people.

I cannot rate this place higher! The most friendly, knowledgeable staff (including Auto the husky) and comfortable, clean waiting room and entrance! My car overheated on the interstate during a road trip from SD and was towed to Sauders. When Chris looked at it he took the time to explain, in terms a non mechanic would understand, what the problem was. Seriously forever grateful having them get me back in the road back to CO. Our family started having car problems coming from Yellowstone to Illinois. Barely made it on to the lot. All the staff were extremely helpful and gave frequent updates. They were able to find the parts we needed and get us back on the road within the day. Super friendly staff could not recommend enough. My car started vibrating when I was going down the highway and I took it to this place and the guys figured things out real quick. They just had to spray out some ice that had formed in the rims. Had the engine cover on my car pop off halfway and bend backwards on a trip from Kentucky to Utah. Scraping terribly and we couldn’t go anywhere until it was resolved.
