Friendly personnel! Clean store & bathrooms. Some hot-on-the-go foods, sausages on sticks, chicken strips, egg rolls. My husband ordered sausage with potato wedges, was pretty good. There’s a few isles with snacks. Fountain drinks. Coffee. They look to be remodeling so I can’t comment on a whole lot yet. The bathrooms (women’s) have a remote control attached to side of toilet for the ‘Bidet’? Weird. Each bathroom is separate. Not sure if they have showers? Or laundry? I didn’t see any? But again they look to be in the middle of remodeling. The only thing that got me? Is the “charging an extra 1$”for any items with ‘egg’ in it… smh. My husband is a long haul trucker so I’m kinda hoping next time we come through here to see it finished.

Always clean, for sure. Stopped today- first time since remodeling. The two round tables that you used to be able to sit and have a cuppa coffee at are gone. To most it probably doesn't sound like a big deal, but now they're just like everywhere else- get your stuff and get out.

I stop there twice a day (long haul trucker) always clean, nice people. Breakfast being ready at really early hours is really helpful for us.

I liked this place because it has easy parking, a McDonald's right next door, a walmart across the street and weirdest of all... their bathrooms have bidets... and are private bathrooms, not stalls.

They steal your money for desiel fuel price. The advertising sign says $5.38 per gallon versus the actual desiel pump which is $5.44 per gallons. There thieves here! OO RUN! I posted a video also.

Restrooms were amazing and clean, attendant was friendly and helpful but let's talk about this so called famous chicken. What exactly is it famous for??? Being dry and flavorless. I know I'm expecting allot from truck stop chicken but come on if you're gonna claim game yeah gotta step up your game. But overall the visit was pleasant.

We pulled over for a tornado watch, & my family of 4 was welcomed to safety with open arms. My 6yr old was terrified of the siren & the staff gave her a stuffed animal & everybody water. I watched the staff continue to work & gracefully help anyway they could. Also, I bought some really great gear. Highly recommended all around.

Right, let's talk about this disaster, shall we? That chicken is drier than a flip-flop left out in the sun, and those potato wedges taste like they've been seasoned with garden soil! It's a culinary abomination that should have the health department on speed dial. I wouldn't serve this muck to my worst enemy, let alone pay for it. This place is an absolute shambles! Wake up and smell the incompetence...

Wanted to park for the night and grab a shower. Went into to get a shower and was told “they are kinda down”. Not sure how showers are “kinda” down. Like they don’t want to clean them? With the jersey walls really hard to find a place to let dogs out. Really small Sapp Bros but like all Sapp Bros have the coco bidet toilets. Those are nice.

Stopped in this morning for fuel. The two ladies working were extremely friendly and happy with smiles. Definitely a pleasure to come across in a truck stop :-)this location is currently under renovation but is not a mess like other truck stops that go through renovations

The clerk, an older man, was the best!!! He was very helpful with our purchases and utilization of the showers. It happened to be a very busy night and he was the only one in the store and I have to say it was the easiest transition in and out without a problem for all the customers that where there the same night. I can tell you there was more than 5 customers in the center when I was in and he took care of every single one of us with kindness and respect. I really hope to see him again when I stop by the state again.

I have been inside the establishments primarily on the 2nd and over night shifts and have been met with rude or shallow responses from a long haired gentleman with a bandanna and hat, and a short heavier set lady on the overnights. Plus when I come into the store at night the bathrooms are usually disgusting until I come in, in the morning shift. Also I dont understand why breakfast is served so early at 3am. There's very few people I see who buy breakfast that early. Also that morning shift seems to be the best if you guys want fast and easy service, otherwise just drive on by.

DEF would not work but the biggest complaint I have is the store smells so bad I feel like I need a shower and clean clothes. I wish you would throw those fryers out. I’m done fueling here or any Sapp Bros until you do. It stinks.

This place has gone twenty steps back in time 2 of five fuel islands open is all the rest are broken, no showers available because apparently they cannot afford to pay anyone to work here. Restrooms are far from the best on the interstate. Better off just driving by this establishment

The restrooms are always clean. The ladies have individual bathrooms with heated seats and bidets.The gift shop selection is large and fun to look through. They have a few clothing items too.There is hot food available.

Very nice quick stop store on highway 17J. And to my surprise I found the most amazing toilets in this store. I could not help but post a photo of it too 😀.The toilet seat had massage options.The store was nice and clean, though there was only one staff when we visited on a weekday afternoon, so the checkout had a small line.

The shower was hot, but also really filthy. There looked to be about two months worth of crud on the cabinets. The fan was broken, so it got really hot in there. The restrooms here are pristine, but the showers definitely need attention.

While the lot is rough, the staff inside were friendly and helpful, the restrooms immaculate, and the store very clean and well organized. One of a few Sapp Bros locations with Bidets in the women's restrooms - something that took a little getting used to at first.Stopped last night for a quick break and my teammate got some chicken strips - they smelled so good I had to take a peek in the box, then return to get some for myself. Thank you for having fresh hot food ready to serve at such a late hour - it was very tasty.

Took my 10 hour break there. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Both times I used the bathroom they were really clean and well stocked. I also like that they sell 12 oz cans of Pepsi, Mt Dew etc.

Go inside to get a shower, and the male clerk told me that there wouldn't be any showers available until after 11:00 pm.Tried to tell me that he was the only person on shift when there were 2 people behind the counter. I'd bet the founders are turning over in there Graves right now

Sapp Bros is one of my favorite places to stop! They are always clean, staffed by friendly people, have privite bathroom stalls with the sink in the stall. Most have bathtubs as well as showers which is nice for us ladies on the road. They have a nice convenience store with all kinds of things, good coffee, snacks and food choices.

Well it's my first time at this Sapp bros location here in Sydney, NE. So far, the customer service has been great and the store is neat and clean. I have yet to use the restroom or the free WiFi they have but I'm sure both will be good. I am driving all throughout the U.S. and I've come to like their other locations that I have been too.

This place is a joke. Bypass it. Shower are either dirty or they don’t work. Half the toilets are out order and so is the fuel island. There more worried about the greasy food they serve then customer services.

This place is fantastic. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are clean and the ladies room toilet comes with a bidet that both highly functional and delightful.

Legit actually one of the best bathrooms I've seen on road trip. GF said toilet seats were heated and contained bidet, and urinals were those that reached the floor. Wish they were touchless but eh, can't have it all.
