I called before coming down to see if they could return a package by UP s. Was a shirt by the girl on the phone. Yes, they could do that. When I walked in. The lady looked at the box which had an old blame on it. And said we're not FedEx. I said no I need to send it back to UPS. She then proceeded to walk to the back of the store with no instructions. When I got all the way to the back of the store, the young lady told me that she is not a UPSstore. I told her that was why I called to save time. She's a shrugged her shoulders. This is the worst service I have ever gotten in this store by an employee. The one on the phone was very nice and I would give her 5 stars. But the one that handled me when I came in sucked. It even states on their site they handle this type of service.

Do not get a job here the owner and staff are rude and treat you horrible! You should not berate employees to make yourself feel better and lie about who is really making mistakes! I will no longer shop here and spend my money to a company that is constantly belittle their staff!

Not impressed with greeter boy. Customer service was bad/not existent when I first went in. Second time was much better, as I got some decent help. Met the owner, she does not seem very nice, but could have just been having a bad day.

Great service! (Sometimes a little too great) This nice little shop has greatly improved over that last few years. A recommendation would be customer service associates that have skill in the area of what they're selling.

The store manager runs this place pretty strict. She and her husband, of whom has passed away, has always kept the store in good shape,of which when they bought into it, was a True Value, but has been replaced with Ace, and the name brands that go with it. Employees are well versed in greeting you, with what are you looking for, and or can I help you find something. Mostly young people with some older, of whom don't seem to know what it that you're looking for. It's a good store with a little bit of everything. Usually you can find it here.

Ok. I just called to ask a question about propane.The young man was so soft spoken I couldn't even hear his name. He was rude. When I asked if they refilled propane tanks he said no so softly I couldn't hear him. When I said I couldn't hear him he just said no as softly as the first time. He didn't answer the phone properly and he was so rude he just hung up. This boy needs to be taught some customer service skills!

I dread hearing "what are you working on today" because I know I'm going to get an inexperienced person telling me how to do my project instead of just helping me locate what I need. I actually had an employee tell me she couldn't legally sell me any wire because she felt I was using the wrong type. I've been wiring for 20 years, she was fresh out of high school. And the owner Pam endorses this behavior in her store.

We bought a drill charger came home to try it and it was to big took it back not even 45 min later to return it and she said she wouldn’t except our return because there was a scratch on it and the package was opened? How were we supposed to try it if we didn’t open it and keep in mind we just spent $180 on something that now we can’t use. I’d rather drive to Cheyenne then go to the store right here where I live. Just disappointed!

We were stranded in 6 degree weather with a frozen diesel. We called ACE and they not only sold us the extension cord to plug our truck in...they even brought it to our hotel so we did not have to walk the mile in the cold. Service goes above and beyond.
