They will help you out when we need help. They don’t move stuff from like Walmart. Lol but they have friendly customer service. They will help you with anything they’ll help you find BB guns they’ll help you find if it’s not in stock they’ll order it and bring it in for you they might even deliver it for you.

They have a very nice selection of items a lot more than before which is excellent unless you need assistance was there around 520 pm and a customer was looking all over for help. The 2 check out ladies did finally get him someone to help him but as they talked he asked where they were keeping the live birds that came in they said I don't think we have any he said they r being advertised. The guy that finally came to help the man was asked by the ladies if they had live chicks in he said yes and where they were. The ladies were so shocked. It was funny but hopefully they get staffing figured out soon if not it's gonna be a problem finding anything with the increased selection.

This place im telling is special they have friendly people with knowledge of things they're selling. Love the selection of stuff needed for pretty much everything im looking for. Thanks guys stay golden

I've never had a problem with this store until today. I went in for a dog collar and treats. I picked up a little 2 pack of treats. They didn't ring up at the register and I forgot the price so instead of having someone look up the price they just put what they wanted and called it good. I'm disappointed in the service here today I also made a call to their corporate office. Customer service isn't to make up your own prices but call for a price check. I wont be stopping here again for a long while.

Went for some veggie seeds, and of course picked up a few other items. Store was clean and organized, and as soon as an employee saw that I was 2nd in line she opened another register! Great service! I believe her name was Keeley. Great customer service!

This franchise has a history of not being very good, but apparently they have changed upper management, to get in with the times. Some of the older stores are now empty buildings, and have either bought or built new ones. This particular store has been occupied by two previous owners. It is a good sized store and handles all the items plus more than the old one ever did. It is located in an area that has a gas station, a Mexican food restaurant, a Chinese buffet, and a Smoker Friendly store. Oh, I forgot to mention a Radio Shack as well. The store always seems to be well stocked, and sometimes the help is few and far between, but usually the help is well trained with locale of items. Pricing is a little on the high side for some items,as they carry products only able to find within the business. Basically I have no complaints about the shopping here. There are carts and a decent parking lot.

Decently nice staff, good selection for clothes if you’re a man. If you want womens clothes you’ll have to look elsewhere. Why can’t womens jeans be exactly like mens but curvy?! Why do you have to take away the pockets and durability? It makes no sense. The boys toddler jeans have more pocket room and they don’t even need it. I hope whoever makes bomgaars jeans reads this. I’m never buying “womens” jeans again. Boycott womens jeans. Women work and need durable jeans too.

I was in there today 4-10-21 looking for a item and when I couldn't find it I walked around looking for someone to help me find what I was looking for nobody there was wearing anything kind of uniform showing they were a employee even the young lady at the cashier was wearing a beanie and a star wars tee-shirt my grandfather wired for bomgards tell he retired uniforms guys .....jus going to Walmart next time save the headache

I went in to buy a belt that was priced $30, but when I got checked out it rang up $39. I pointed out to the checker whom I think was in management that it was priced $30 so he scanned it with a handheld and said it was showing $39. I told him that I wasn't buying it because it was plainly priced for $30. So I didn't get the belt. I've never had that happen before and I'm 64.
