First time been here. Walmart always have lots of selection with competitive price compare to other grocery stores. The goods on the shelves are arrange nicely. The ladies upfront was nice and helpful, and they let me stay overnight at parking. Because I was out of hours. recommended place to shop 💯👍

Nice store with unique items not at my home Walmart. No cashiers on duty. The lady said they don’t have enough staff. Of course I had trouble as usual with prices ringing up wrong on at least 1 item. It took about 5 minutes to get that fixed and 2 employees then before I finish ringing myself up the lady is on a register waiting on a couple but they must be special. I hate self checkouts because something always goes wrong. I’m a retired cashier not a free worker.

Called in my pickup order. Outta a few items that to me are not able to be substituted. So i went inside to pick my own substitutes.Computer says cornbeef is there to pickup today....but i get there and noone could find any. Always a disappointment.Shopcarts welded together...it took me and 2 strong guys to get one apart. 😒

Why is the Seward store such a mess all the time. Things say they are in stock on line and you go to the store the shelves are empty. There is pallet after pallet of things that need to be stocked. You can’t even push your cart down the isles and don’t even think about trying to get to the other side of the isle without going to the end of the isle. I’ve been to the stores in Lincoln and York and they don’t look like this.WHAT IS THE ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!

Seward Walmart is a nice store, the employees are friendly, the store is clean, and they always have what I’m looking for. Overall great store.

Nah cuz it's Walmart. It's top tier . Nothing better. Plus the staff is friendly and helpful. Plus the backroom is organized so finding your products will go smoothly

Ok store didn't like cloths or shoe selection. Clearence wasnt the best but had potential. All I got. Update. Decided to go back they have alot of clearence items right now lots of shoes and sandals for $1. The clearance isle has alot of phone case and other items.

Was stopping by to get some stuff to get. Got to the check out this girl was rude and this guyish/girl thingy started smerking and laughing for much I was purchasing. Like first all you should never judge anyone for what they need/want. Then they started laughing when we left and keep staring back. Horrible customer service. There was this one guy don't remember his name but pretty cool guy I give him a lot of credit for everything he took care of us I guess you could say. If he wasn't there I would rate it a -10-10. Just horrible, don't recommend.

Very easy to traverse, isles are plainly marked for faster finds. The staff are helpful. Overall, for the items i was after, it didn't take long to find what i needed.

JANE at Seward Walmart should NOT be at the "customer service" desk!!! Heaven forbid you have a return, she will give you the third degree, make you feel like a criminal. Not just "was something wrong with it" either, I mean 3-4 questions and sometimes repeats the same question as if you might be lying. I usually try to avoid using CS if she's working because it's that unpleasant, but I had returns after Christmas and she was even more impatient and exceptionally rude!! I'd recommend a different department, she hates her job and projects it on to your customers

Well... what can I say about our local Alamosa Walmart Supercenter?Other than this: Walmart has begun an upswing trend from the "bottom-of-the-barrel" they had almost reached recently. Now in my opinion they are a cut above the rest of the Walmarts I've visited in the tri-state area.I speak about the quality of the employees, the knowledge of the employees, the quality of the merchandise, the cleanliness of the store, and, best of all, the willingness of the employees to go that bit of an extra mile for the customer i.e. me.Now the other issue I have with Walmarts are usually the amount of stealing that's going on all around me when I shop. Really, it's unbelievable.However, apparently this Loss Prevention team up here at my Alamosa Walmart has got their act together, finally.Yes they have, and I like that because it keeps my prices low.Thank-you Walmart for stepping up.A. I do not like the fact that it is All self checkout. Although I usually have no issues with self checkout. There are times when my shopping cart is so full I would much prefer that someone else check me out. Besides there are so many employees just standing around that area, I feel as though there time on the clock could be much more productive doing Something!And the LOUD outdoor music is absurd. Especially the choice of music playing!!

Never have what you looking for. And if I have to check myself out I should get 20% discount for the job they could be doing. And why have 5-6 employees working self check out when could get away with 3, seems like a waste of money especially when all they do is stand around.

Don't know why big clothes are on the bottom. Just up from the floor. Skinny people can get down much easier. Sizes wete limited. When we asked if they had more of the size we wanted. (Could only find one pair of pants). The manager scanned and said there should be two and walked away. We paid and walked away.

Very nice store and friendly people. We spent the night in our RV and it was very quiet and we felt safe. The train was a bonus for us, we live 1 block from the tracks. Thanks for letting us rest there.

I visited for quick grocery stop and left as quickly as I could because of the trouble I had with social distance. The store is clean and has variety so that was not an issue. Only social distance trouble, employee and customers both seem to not understand the importance of that right now.

This store was very disappointing. A lot of items and spaces on the shelves are empty they move everything around and you can't find anything. And a lot of times you can't find anybody to help you look for stuff. And a lot of times there's boxes sitting in aisles that need to be stocked and I don't like the new checkout they have and if you need to use the restroom you have to go to a portable trailer outside. It was the most frustrating shopping experience I think I've ever had at a Walmart store.

I used a service they provide that works with another company to digitize old home movies. These movies were from when I was a kid and are irreplaceable. Somewhere along the way my movies were lost. They gave what felt like a semisincere apology but didn't seem real interested in finding them. I would think a big company like Walmart would use their resources to help find my movies when I trusted them with my memories.

Self check out now at the Seward store. As I looked for a register that was available to use, I noticed they were all dirty over the scanner. I asked 1 of the 4 employees standing there talking to each other if they could clean on so I could use it. Which he did. I made the comment a couple months ago you cleaned the scanners after each customer. You must not care about possible spreading of germs and keeping the area clean anymore now. Which he replied "No we really don't." Seriously!? If I have to scan and bag my own purchases. You as an employee can at LEAST keep the area clean so I can do your former job and check myself out!

WHY oh why are there pallets all over this store and empty shelves? I couldn’t get what I needed Saturday morning so stopped by York Wal-Mart while traveling through Saturday night. 100% neater store with stocked shelves. I didn’t see one pallet of unpacked boxes. I’ll be back to Seward Wal-Mart when they get they’re act together. Until then I’ll buy what I need elsewhere.

Unlike every other place I shop, including other Walmart stores, they will not give cash back when returning something purchased on a debit card. They also set different rules for some returns than every other Walmart I've shopped with. That said, their employees are very friendly and courteous, but they aren't all as helpful as you might hope when you can't find something. On 3 different occasions, I've asked where to find something, but was told they didn't carry that item. All 3 times I wound up finding them for myself.

This is by far the worst Walmart you can ever go too. But on a high note if you don't want to pay to travel to a 3rd world country...Try this place out and save yourself some money!! You will leave the parking lot with the exact same experience. But I would suggest that u don't stick around too long just as you would on a 3rd world country vacation.
