I have gone to this Vet Hospital for years with all my pet's health but not until I had to lay down my aged cat did I totally appreciate everything and everyone that works here. Dr. Dan was outstanding and so caring during a very difficult time and his gentleness with Chowder will be forever appreciated.I highly recommend Seward Animal Hospital for and Large and small animal needs. I am forever grateful.

Love the staff and docs enough to make a 30 min drive. They saved my 13 year old chiwhinnie after being told she wouldn't make it through surgery by another vet and to say goodbye. Needless to say the amazing staff saved her and been caring for our other fur babies since.

I have never had a vet office where everyone there is so kind and caring like this place...we had to take our 19 year old cat in to let her cross the Rainbow Bridge on a Sunday and the vet was amazing and so understanding and helped my Chloe pass with no pain and at ease....

Too expensive. Took a sick stray in. Cost me 190.00 and ended up putting him down. I suspect he very well knew that would be the result just by looking at the cat. I had to pay office visit ,tests,sedation,,and 56.00 to euthanize a sedated cat.Give me a break for caring about a feral. This cat was contagious. I was the lucky person to pay an arm and a leg for a 10 minute visit.

Went in for an emergency appointment same day and all of the staff was very helpful. Dr. Ellis took care of my dog Cerberus and he was absolutely amazing. He was beyond kind and caring. Even when faced with losing my best friend Dr. Ellis stayed late so I could come in and be with my dog while he made his transition to rainbow bridge.

Seward Animal Hospital is one of the few places I trust to care for my dogs. I have developed a great working relationship with Dr. Wallman and Dr. Ellis. Both know my 3 dogs by name and remember current and past issues. The office staff are kind and courteous, and the prices and so far below what you would pay less than 20 min away in Lincoln for the same care. I will never take my dogs anywhere else if I can help it.

They were the best! We had an emergency traveling back to Vermont from Colorado and they got us right in! They didn't take advantage of the situation at all. They went out of their way to help us out. They were absolutely the best! I wish I could take our dog to them all the time!

This is now our family vet since moving back to Nebraska. They took care of one of our dogs and nursed her through Parvo. Very kind and sympathetic when we had to put our boxer down. Returned her ashes to us in a beautiful wooden box.

Seward Animal Hospital is the best Vet ever! I couldn't imagine having someone who cared as much about our boy than they did. When we put him down, my fiancé and I felt so much love and support as that is the hardest decision ever. Even though our furry boy didn't get the outcome we all hoped for, we know he is now pain free and chasing squirrels in Heaven. When we get another dog, we will for sure be going to Seward Animal Hospital.

Utterly upset with this place. Brought my cat in cause he was coughing 5-8 times a day, they only gave him a shot and said he should be fine within 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks came and my cat was still doing the same things. Told the vet to do x-rays the first time and he didn’t, just said our cat was asthmatic and then gave us more medication. This is definitely a place that’s just trying to make a quick buck, highly don’t recommend. Waste 3 visits just to have the same problem.

Caring and prompt staff. They have always been able to quickly diagnose and treat my dog and cat. My dog was very sick and not eating a year back and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was wrong with him. The vet here was able to tell me within a minute of looking at him that he had a spinal chord injury, the last thing I would have thought! He was prescribed pain medicine and an exercise routine and now he is back to normal. So thankful for their expertise.

My brothers friend brought a kitten in which his lip was rip off to the bone and had ear mites this dr Dan Ellis did absolutely nothing for him this poor kitten he said was thrown from a vehicle any vet with a brain would have did some x-rays ,blood work and sewed his lip up and give him some medicine and he doesn’t even know how old he is. I would definitely not take any animal to this idiot his license should be take away.
