My latte tasted incredible. One sip and you know that the espresso was of the finest quality. Also love the cozy vibe of the space, especially the animal art on the walls hand drawn by a lil' girl. Go check it out.

Great atmosphere and fantastic coffee! I got a latte and my husband got just coffee and both tasted great. We especially appreciated how kid-friendly it was. Our kids loved the play counter and toys and open sign. The changing area in the bathroom was fantastic and available high chairs were a plus! Great family friendly place.

Love their tea and lattes. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and the employees are very welcoming. The tea has free refills which I absolutely love.😍 Its a great place to meet a friend or to go if you want a nice place to study with a cup of joe. ☕P.S. I forgot to mention.... try their desserts😉

If you love coffee and know what you want, this is the place for you. I don't get coffee that often, and I rely upon pictures while ordering. The menu was just words, and I was unsure of what sime of the terms meant. I liked what I ordered though, and it was the best cinnamon roll I have ever tasted.Parking: Street parking can be a little difficult at times.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids toy section.

Saturday hours are posted as closing at 2:30pm. A little after 2pm staff refused to serve drinks. They claimed that they stop serving at 2pm.Please update hours to show that you close at 2pm, not 2:30pm. Staff were gone and shop dark before 2:30pm (Note to management: make sure you do not pay them to be there until 2:30pm).Staff definitely wanted to be gone as soon as possible on Saturday 15 April.I cannot rate the drinks, since they will not serve drinks when they are officially open. Huge disappointment.

This review is after two visits. On our last visit (4/15):We came in an hour before close. The kitchen was clean but they said they had zero food items to serve us. They didn't offer drinks. We got lunch elsewhere.At 2:05 we went back in for drinks. They said they stop all service at 2:00 pm. They were closed and the lights were off before their 2:30 posted closing time.If you're going to stop serving at 2:00 pm, please change your closing hours to reflect that.

I've been stopping here for a bit under a year now and still love the place. It is hands down the best coffee shop I e found in the greater Lincoln area. They have amazing coffee, great staff who do a consistently great job preparing drinks. The atmosphere is nice and the WiFi is fast. I literally have but good to say.

This coffee shop serves quality drinks and holds a calm, welcoming atmosphere. It invites both community and productivity. The baristas are always SO kind and cheerful and the art is beautiful and ever changing. Definitely a local business worth supporting.

I love Neutral Grounds! As a college student, it’s a great place to study with an inviting atmosphere. The coffee here is amazing! I never like food from coffee shops but the food here is so good, especially the muffins and avocado toast. I’m going to miss it when I have to leave college for the summer!

The layered lavender honey latte is THE BEST 👌. Service is top notch and the atmosphere is super chill. The baristas are courteous and friendly, accommodating, and just plain fun.Vegetarian options: Cow, oat, and almond milk options available.Kid-friendliness: Super cute kids area where they can play with "food" and make pretend goodies

Love this place. Open floor plan yet cozy atmosphere.Delish avocado toast w homemade bread and Earl Grey tea my fave, w cream & sugar. And their Chia latte?? Mmmm, mmmmm good!! They do not skimp on product.Great for groups and individuals. Need a study place, this is it!!Wi-Fi available. Music nights.
