I came in last night very close to closing time, and even though they probably could have told me that the lobby was closed for the evening I was still served. It was incredibly busy, but the employees still treated me with incredible service. I had mentioned it was my cats birthday, and was given a tiny cup of whipped cream to take home for her! They made my evening!

What the sigma! I ordered a skidi slider (4 piece barbecue chicken strip basket) and the worker fantum taxed my barbecue because it turned out to be a normal chicken strip basket. I had a better experience in Ohio trying the Grimace shake. MrBeast needs to donate a new alpha manager. The worker told me I had a level 1 gyatt and that I should try looksmaxxing. They should take a course on Hustlers University with Andrew Tate in order to learn how to stop being a Beta. Now my TikTok Rizz party is ruined. Really edging my patience!!!

Went there the order taker was clearly not focused had to repeat order 3 times kept cutting me off. Got to the window employees were just standing and talking. Gave me my order had to sit and wait for her to open window while they were talking to say she forgot my bilzard. Got home and she didn’t put ketchup only on my wife’s burger, which was also repeated 3 times. And both large fry’s were only half full.

Haven't eaten here in a while, decided to go through drive through. Ordered two large candy blizzards. Was handedly order at window, didn't look like my order... i asked server, if they was sure this was my order. They reassured me that it was. Got home to have some pumpkin ice cream that someone else ordered... please double check your order before leaving. Just bad experience this time around...

Called this Dairy Queen location to order a birthday cake for my college student, last minute. The woman who took my order was very kind, and offered to write on the cake before I even asked. I assumed special requests wouldn't be offered, given how last-minute my order was, but she went above and beyond anyway. My girl got a pretty cake and was very pleased. Thanks, Dairy Queen.

We came in to order our food last night, we decided to go inside and order for our big family of 9 people because we knew it would make it easier on both ourselves and the restaurant with that in note these employees did a phenomenal job, the one lady was training the guy taking our order and she was very helpful and she immediately started with having the grill person throw on 20 burgers at once, we also had about 8 blizzards and drinks to which two of the employees offered to help me and my wife to the car obviously we didn't have our expectations high anyways because we had a 25 min ride home but our food still tasted amazing when we got home thanks to the ladies organization of our food bags! Definitely have to recommend this place as long as people have patience and respect for our fellow food industry workers 🙏

I always love this place, you could come in anytime and everyone's so friendly. I also love when they repeat my whole order back so I know they got everything I told them. I actually have been here the last two days in a row, both the drive thru customer service and the inside service is above and behind whatever they are doing here to have such happy employees is something every company should have! The food is also always fresh and hot and I have absolutely zero complaints!

I ordered a Choco brownie extreme and got something completely different but had already drove off before I realized it. It would just be nice if the paying customer was paid attention to while the order is being taken, and while being made, all the way out the window. That’s the way it should be. Customers should be getting what they asked and paid for, correctly!!

Dairy Queen in Seward puts Chick-fil-A in the city to shame. There are so many friendly people who work here. They have great customer service and the food is great. We love DQ!

I am very picky about Dairy Queen’s because I worked at one in college for 5 years!! It was a good, fun job but I also understand it can be hard and challenging with rushes. Today I went to this DQ on my way through town and I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED with the quality of my food and the friendliness of the staff! Keep it up Seward DQ! You make a difference

Had workers make fun of my girlfriends name while we were picking up our order, which wasn’t made on time when we came to pick it up. Not only that, but our mobile order was told to “screw off” just because we got a slushee with it.

My brother went in and ordered a Georgia Mud Fudge. They gave us the wrong thing so he went back in to get the correct item. The guy in there continued to gaslight him and tell him that it was the right order. Even one of the other workers thought that the order was wrong.

No complaints on the food and ice cream, it’s very good. The staff is typically nice and friendly as well. My only complaint is that often times service is very slow, even when it does not seem very busy. On more than one occasion I’ve had to wait over 25 minutes for my food order.Also, when ordering to go, with a food and ice cream on my order, I’m always given my ice cream first. It would be nice if they could wait for the ice cream otherwise I’m holding it, letting it melt for sometimes up to 25 minutes (as mentioned earlier) waiting for my food order

I want to start this by saying I've never left a bad review on any restaurant before. Not once. But I feel as though I really need to when I comes to this place. I'm unsure if I've just been very unlucky or if this is a consistent thing, but everytime I've been to this Dairy Queen something has been wrong. I've had multiple times where my items have been forgotten after I paid for them. I've been given the wrong thing as well. I've even corrected them only to be given something that isn't what I asked for at all. I saw I was being handed the wrong size drink, so I politely corrected them, only to be handed the right size of the wrong drink. As well as asking if they had given me the correct amount of sauce or things, and being told that that yes, everything is in the bag, and when I check those things are STILL missing. And this has happened multiple times. It's ridiculous. I feel like if you go here you might as well just tell them to surprise you and deal with whatever you get. Either way, I don't think I'll be eating here anymore and if you do I wish you luck.

Great staff! Needs a bigger drive through to accommodate customers since it is the only place in town that has good ice cream options. Wish they had Butterscotch as a topping and not just on dip cones and silly bars. Crunch cones rock!

Best fast food burgers in a very long time. My husband had a strawberry malt and said far better than any he has ever gotten at any DQ! Was very impressed with the staff too.Very courteous. We will definitely stop again when coming through Seward!

Good place to go if you want ice cream. There can be a bit of a wait if you're getting food, but usually it's not much longer than 6 or 7 minutes. The seating inside can also sometimes be a bit tight, since there isn't an outside area either, but there isn't usually much of a crowd, so that isn't often a problem.

Doubt this happens often but I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and nobody ever came over the speaker...said hello several times and was whistling hoping they would hear me finally just drove around and went in. I don't know if they were having problems with the speakers and mic bout there, maybe. The gal that helped me inside was very nice and apologetic for the poor service at the drive thru. Food and snacks were just as ordered.

Slower than slow. I drive through when don't want to take tone to go in so expect it to be faster than standing in line inside but it was not. 2 cars drove away after ordering&waiting.more than 20 min.Can't hear to order...their speaker system has static.

Came here august 29 2021. It was bad. We mostly watched kids running around in circles behind the counter letting our sandwiches get cold and our ice cream melt into soup. I could go on about it but it was stupid! If your going have a new building-you might want repeat customers! It won’t be us or the 15-20 other people wandering what the hell was going on!

Did not like the cheeseburger. Prefroze Cooked hamburger patty was very light in color with no flavor. They need to go back to fresh hamburger patties. Everything else was ok

Generally there is always great service. This place is always packed around the 7-9 timeframe. Classic Dairy Queen. Sometimes when it is busy they don't get the ice or ketchup refilled. That is about the only negative thing I can say.
