Very rude on the phone call. Was told we are not taking dogs with what all that is going on. I am asuming covid which I totally understand am ok with. But as unprofessional as he sounded on the phone I don't think I would try this place in the future. If you are rude to the person willing to try your service out....how would you treat my dog? Perhaps Jill does a better job with customer interaction and should be answering the phone.

Our dog, who is our "baby" is so well loved here by Jill and her family. If you are the type of dog owner who thinks of your dog as your child then this is the place for you!

They were great to work with. Very friendly and had no worries leaving my dog there. They offered blankets and toys to help him feel more comfortable.
