Not impressed with this location at all. We ordered a window and we're told it was going to be 3 weeks out and that someone would get ahold of us once it arrived. We started getting emails saying it had arrived so we called and were told it wasn't there. The guy was rude about it and didn't understand why we were calling if we hadn't been contacted. A gal then called about a week later and said the arrival time was pushed back and assured us someone would call. We finally ended up calling again on the 19th because that was the date she gave. Well, it was not there and apparently arrived the next day. NOBODY contacted us at all like we were told. They get mad about you calling and assure you someone will notify you, yet nobody does. Not to mention the window is damaged! All this waiting and b.s. for a damaged product! Don't waste your time with them. Customer service is poor and so are the products.

After a short infatuation with the competitor in town I'm back to the huge selection, friendly staff, and fine customer service that is to be found at the Scottsbluff Home Depot. As a service-connected disabled veteran, all that need be shown at checkout is my VA ID card stating such and *presto!* take another 10% off of my total purchase price for that day. It adds up... and when the checker says, "Thank you for your service!" it always sounds more real to me than someone commonly parroting this phrase with no real feeling. At Home Depot they always mean it, at least coming from the employees who look me in the eyes as it's said with a smile of thankfulness on their faces. It means a lot to us, truly. Thank you Home Depot.

Disappointed in staff. They had an aisle blocked off for safety, which I understand....but....all the 3 workers were doing was yakking about their weekend and NOT working. Needless to say, I just left my cart and walked out. Rude.

The customer service lady was able to help me find what I needed. My only complaint was at checkout, self. I was able to find what I needed. I don't need you bothering me at checkout.

Won't let you buy case quantities for case prices. Charges you by the each for huge quantities - screwing you out of your hard-earned money. GO TO MENARD'S.

I live about 2 hours away from this store. Last night I called before I left and asked if they had any zero turn mowers in stock. The person on the phone said they had 7 of them. I went there and was told by management that the mowers I asked about needed to be put together and they can’t sell them like that. But I could buy one and pay a delivery fee… you people seriously need training. Thank you for allowing me to waste 4 hours of my time and fuel. I won’t be shopping at your store again.

Bea greeted me and was very sweet and patient with me. She brought out the order and I tried to check to see if everything was there when Jane came and asked if I needed help. Jane ended up showing me where to look and ended up checking the whole order while I made check marks on the list. Those two wonderful women prevented a major headache for me. I really appreciated their help and patience. Jaden was awesome helping us put all that bathroom stuff in the back of my partner’s truck. Great customer service skills!

We are remodeling a home and need a decent selection of everything. We asked for some help and they were great. We were approached many times throughout asking if we needed any assistance. They also have plenty of electric mobility carts. Thats a definite plus. I do believe it would be helpful to have a map of the store posted in a few places or paper map!

Do I really need to say anything? It's home Depot, they'll have practically anything you're there for. Staff is helpful, my only grip is sometimes trying to find what I'm looking for. It's big and I question organizational decisions. But that's a corporate thing and not specifically this store. Beats Menards any day of the week

Always a pleasure to go into home depot. The staff are typically friendly and upbeat. Don't hesitate to ask for help if your having trouble finding something in the store. They don't bite. I haven't used the curbside pick up, however I have used the order online and pick up in the store. The orders are ready when I get there so it's a quick in and out. A+

The customer service was horrible the cashier did not want to be there popped off an attitude on my first question spent 20 minutes looking for the product and kept overlooking it i spoke with the manager who was on and he didnt seem to care. The home depot was a good place to go. Now its worse than walmart. I avoid it and will do a better job now to avoid it that much more

I will never shop at this Home Depot again got to the cashier's all self-checkout when I asked the lady at the cashier's desk she says no I'm the only one here grab their box scanned it ask for the money put in the machine and walked off this is horrible customer service from Home Depot I hope corporate ceases with what I wrote you as a company need to offer customer service with real cashiers and stop thinking that this helps people this harms people you're just taking jobs away from people who need it...............

I've done a lot of shopping here over the last 10 years or so for a wide variety of projects. They've had what I needed pretty much every time. I usually don't need help finding anything or help with a specific product, but when I do need help it's really hit or miss whether I will get anyone to help and also whether that person is knowledgeable enough to help. They have always been good about exchanges and or refunds if necessary though and their prices are reasonable for most things.

Home Depot as a whole has definitely improved on their customer service. It used to be you could walk the entire store without finding someone to assist you. That’s slowly changing, people are available to help now and the shopping experience has improved. Always check the display at the entrance for clearance deals, some very well priced appliances can be had.

They have products available that other stores do not. Which forces us to go there sometimes...For the most part, the staff are horrible. Unhelpful and borderline rude every time we go in. Every once in a while you will run across one that is great, but for the most part give the impression they would rather you didn't come into the store. Customers are an unnecessary inconvenience that forces them to go out of their way to put in effort.

Went in looking for a washer couldn't really afford the prices but they were having like a dent sale and we got a brand new washer normally 500 bucks for $337 great deal the dent causes no problem where it's at so good deals!!

I had a wonderful experience with home depots services and they aren't that bad on pricing. Your worker Mary was extremely respectful and helpful to me. Don't get rid of workers like this because it's hard to find them.

It is when management gets involved everything goes down the drain. The only exception is Christal who is in management but is also the HR.

Ordered a fridge March 28th and delivery was 2-3 weeks out. After 3 weeks we called for an update. Fridge was supposedly delivered according to automated messaging system... called the store to see when we could expect delivery, two weeks go by nothing. My husband went into the store to talk to someone and the result was the fridge we ordered was lost.So Home Depot sold us the floor model and said they'll deliver the following week. We'll they delivered it. We put our food back in the fridge, came back hours later and all our food spoiled. At 9pm, I called the Samsung support line and the gal walked me through some troubleshooting tips to identify that home depot never shut off the "display mode" that they use in store. All our food spoiled. This place is an absolute JOKE and lacks accountability.

End of March ordered a basic fridge and over 5 weeks later still no fridge. I've called numerous times and they finally found it and now I'm waiting for a delivery. Bad business I'd say so if you can help it order and buy else where just stick to buying what's in front of you
