This location is a joke, which bites because it's on my way to work. Stopped there several times, ordered the same thing, it's always made different or just half a cup of foam. Most of the employees are confused and don't know what they're doing, or maybe they do so the location can pocket more money... Don't waste your time just drive into Columbus to another location.2 months later, I tried this place again since I was short on time and its on my drive, once again it was a total waste of money, drink tastes like chemicals and paid for half a cup of foam....IS it possible to give 0 stars?

Man, I love Scooters. And I love this one in particular. The crew here is always so nice and they always give the kids a candy when we come through. They're all super kind and always get our orders out super quick. I've never had a single problem coming through here and they were super patient the first time we ordered and had to take a minute to look over the menu. I love the carmelicious blender and the kids are always asking for a smoothie. The peanut butter cup blender is my hubby's go to, and the kids love the little stickers they put on the cups. 10/10Kid-friendliness: Always offering candies to the kiddos

3 stars; one for Lupe, Vince, and last one goes to Amy. So glad to have had you guys serve me and will forever be thankful. Truly cannot express how amazing these youngsters were. These kiddos were so hard working and just simply cannot express my gratitude for how well this store runs with them. I could just never imagine this place without them. Amazing people!
