I couldn't find a place that would groom my cat (has to be sedated) without costing over $150. A friend recommended them and they were super friendly, fast, job well done and reasonable on pricing. This review is for the veterinary experiences. The main owner is efficient and gets the job done without traumatizing my pet, which I so much appreciate. Not all of the staff is friendly, but as long as I can get the job done, and my pet isn’t traumatized I’m okay with it. The location is convenient for me and the services are fairly reasonably priced. On grooming, I have taken my pet here for grooming a couple of times, and I won’t be going here again for that. I sometimes bathe and brush out my pet on my own in between visits to the groomer, and after going here, she was very skittish when I wanted to get her in the tub for a bath. There are other small things that I will not go into, but I won’t go here for grooming again.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my grandparents dog. They've been taking care of our little ones ever since our first dog over eight years ago. Now, they're giving the same love and care for our little one year old.Very professional staff and despite being a little overbooked for some things, they take us in as soon as they are able. They always give us a detailed explanation on everything they do.

We have used this place for all our vet needs for many years. We have always gotten great service and understanding during the difficult times. Quality over quantity! They don't just rush through your visit. If you have questions they will make sure you underatand/have every thing you need. Large to small they cover it all. We like this place so much that we continue using them even though we moved out of town. The BEST place hands down.

Amazingly awesome customer service and the business absolutely seems to care about not only the patients, but the pet parents as well. I'm just a neighbor attempting to assist with two dogs and six cats in the same house of an elderly lady that is not able to give the critters the attention all our furry friends need. The staff at Schuyler Veterinary has helped me every time I have reached out to them and now I am aware why it seems the entire town goes to Schuyler Vet for animal healthcare.

Reasonable pricing and most of the staff is super friendly and understanding. However we did have a problem with one of the ladies. She was very rude to both my husband and I when we called about our German. We live an hour away I got to Schuyler when she called and told me I needed to hurry up or she was leaving and did not believe it was as bad as it was. Then when my husband had to take my dog back in to have the tub removed my dog tried jumping back in the truck and this lady kept yanking the rope she put around my dogs kneck. My dog had surgery on her hind leg that got cut open from jumping a fence her insides were exspose and at this point she was in pain. She should have never handled my animal that way and is very lucky it was my husband there and not me. I honestly have a hard time with leaving any of my animals with that certain lady anymore. But the rest of the staff is hands down the greatest.

We were passing through last night and my Goldendoodle got sick. 10 o'clock at night the doctor came in and saw her. Got her medicine and on the mend. It also did not cost an arm and a leg. Highly recommended, Thanks for the help!!

Great veterinary care for animals, small and large. The staff are friendly and really care about every animal that walks through the door. You won’t get pressured to spend lots of money, but they can provide all the basic care your pet needs. They’re not afraid to call a specialist for the really complicated situations. They sell just about everything you need for your pet too. Food, medicine, collars, supplements...and don’t forget the grooming and the boarding.

My poor 7 month old pup got ahold of a fishing rod that had catfish stink bait on it. She got the treble hook lodged into her jaw, lip and under her tongue. We called several vets on Memorial Day, and she called us back having no issues coming in. She was very good with my baby girl, very informative and very reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier. She got her all taken care of and we were on our way. Made our day, and of course I cried. Thank you so much!!!

Absolutely love this vet. You cannot beat their prices. The love these doctors have for my pets is unconditional. Dr. Sovoda will forever go above and beyond for your pet. I have taken my dogs and cats here but am aware they also take csre.of large livestock. They have an emergency number which I have had to use once. 3am and the vet opened up for me.

My dog had a potential fracture on his back leg. I took it in for a second opinion. My dog always pushed around, Was picked up by his hip (he is 110lb) all in order to place him on the scale. All of this happened right in front of me.I’m not sure if this was the action of just one employee but I’m not taking my dogs here anymore.I hope other dogs don’t go threw the pain my dog had to go threw.Take care.

Hope you don’t mind us writing this letter but it helps us express our feelings and relieve the pain we feel after losing our beloved pet.Dear Linda,Sharon and everyone else on Schuyler’s veterinary clinic staff who took loving care of our little dog Kris.In the past years we were often asked why do you travel all the way from Omaha to Schuyler for Kris’s veterinary needs. The answers were easy. We always felt welcome,we didn’t feel like we would be gouged for there services, and most of all the tender loving care that Dr. Svoboda and her staff gave to our Kris.Going back thirteen years ago when I came back to Schuyler to hunt I was told by more than one friend that I should see Dr Svoboda for veterinary care. They all said she is very good and you know what, they were right!Our last trip to Schuyler was not a pleasant one because we had to put our loving pet down. Once again the tender loving care was demonstrated by Linda and her staff.When we got home the thing we noticed immediately when we opened the door was that we were not greeted by Kris who always came to both of us for a pet. THESE TYPES OF MOMENTS WE OFTEN TAKE FOR GRANTED and dearly miss them when they are gone. We both mentioned that our home feels empty.Rose and I want to thank all of you all for always making us feeling welcome and you’re explicit care you gave to our Kris.As far as I am concerned there is no where in the big city where pets can get the country loving care you have to offer.

They said didnt bother to call me and inform me or my wife that they where having hard time with our dog.(we had boarded him for the weekend, we missed the time frame to pick him up so had to wait till monday). We where told he was agresive and they didnt take him out so he sat in his own filth. Who knows if he was given food or water. Sure didnt see any close by when i picked him up.Will not be going back.A simple call to let us know what was going on would of fixed this. We would of picked him up asap. They dont care bout nothing but $$$ they get.
