Ordered a hamburger with everything on it when I got home I unwrapped the burger it was a cheeseburger instead with no pickles, no ketchup, mustard or onions. The onion rings were extra crispy, even the onions inside the breading was crunchy. (over cooked) 🤮They were not busy at all.Good thing I'm not lactose intolerant.

Every Time we eat here the food is fresh and amazing we travel from out of town just to eat here. Our order was ready fast got everything we asked for food was hot and fresh all condiments we ordered were correct. Deserts were delicious really couldn't ask for a better experience 10/10!Parking: There is always parking available we have never had a issue with parking even with handicap there is ample parking near entrance/exit.

Took 14 min to receive 2 cones & 3 blizzardsSeriously 14 minutes& they were not remotely busyEmployees were highly interested in not providing the ice cream. 4 times we were checked on, while waiting at the counter. They literally could have just made the ice cream in the time it took them to stand around & look confused about what was happening around them

Google says open till 10pm on a Saturday. Placed an order for two blizzards at 930. When I got there at 950, 5 minutes late. No one answered the intercom, went to the window & took a good 5 minutes to get someone attention. All to be told they didn’t get my order. Checked the app & confirmed I was charged & my order was sent to this DQ in Schuyler.Weird thing is that then monitor was already off. Three other vehicles shows up & seemed to not be served. Hope the manger corrects this.

The cooks don't wear gloves here. Putting bare hands on cheese and burgers. I have left without food several times because of this. It's a small town, so I try to give them business. I'll take my food without skin cells and germs please.

It appears this DQ is somewhat new. It's pretty darn nice inside. We chose to sit outside on their little patio area and it was quite pleasant. The crispy chicken sandwich & onion rings I had were PERFECT! I was in pig out mode, so I had a banana split too...I was very happy with it! (And I ate every last bite of everything!)

Quality is inconsistent. It can be great and it can be not so great. Tonight my burger was all pushed over to one side of the bun with half the toppings in the wrapper instead of the bun. My peanut butter cup blizzard contained equal amounts of Kit Kat, Butterfinger, and very little peanut butter cup. When you have allergies you count on getting what you order without additions. It’s not the first time to get mixed ingredients in a blizzard this week.

Constantly messing up order! Go through drive thru and once you tell them 1st things you want they tell you "ok total is" and you have to tell them NO WE HAVE MORE TO ORDER! Then get to window to pay and try to tell them y'all should ask if anything else instead of cutting customers off after ordering 1 thing and she literally LAUGHED AT ME saying "yup yup yup" not even listening!! Whoever runs this place is a joke and needs to be trained and learn to train there staff! Wrote this in drive thru and they still managed to mess up 2 caramel sundaes, 1 Butterfinger blizzard, 2 twists IN A CUP (WE SPECIFIED) NOT CONE and oreo dirt blizzard NO gummy worms and we got gummy worms next to NO caramel, Butterfingers taste stale!! Guess they really do NOT care about customers or listening to them whom by the way PAY their salary since if y'all lose business y'all will shut down.

Lunch time seems to be the best time to enjoy the food here. The food is hot and fresh, great service. Went on a Saturday night and my order of $36.00 was made wrong, only just warm. The people were friendly. But, when I called management on Monday (so I had time to cool off and be nice) I received a less than satisfying response. Not sure we will go back...

Might as well not have the dining room open. They were busy in drive through so we came in and there was only one other couple in the store. We ordered a chicken strip kids meal, pretzels and queso and a blizzard. The blizzard came out about 20 minutes after we sat down. With the food coming another 20 minutes later. I don't understand how 1. The ice cream came first and 2. How 16 cars got served outside before a a small order inside.

Very VERY rude Staff. Been there twice, both times we weren't thanked for anything and they acted like we were wasting their time. They had about 6 people behind the desk, 3 were working, 3 were on their phones.First time, our food was just kinda thrown on our table without them saying a single word to us, when we finally got the food, which was 15 minutes after ordering, even thou we were the only people in there, it was very cold.Second time, we decided to go thru the drive thru so we wouldn't have to deal with the same girl who was so rude the first time. This time, the girl in the window just dropped the change at us, not telling us how much we got back. Then handed us our food without saying a single word and slammed the sliding door pretty much in our face. (Not jumping to conclusions here, but we hear alot of stories about how rude they are to caucasion people there)

I really like ordering my food at DQ but today my food was completely different than what I use get, matter fact their was a hair on my food, I totally respect employees for their hard work but in my opinion they should wear a hair net so that it wouldn’t happen to another customer, thank you

Nice & friendly staff. New & modern. Been here a few times and sometimes the wait is a bit longer & ice cream a bit softer than usual but overall pretty good. Seems to be a favorite hang out for local kids.

When I went through the drive-thur at 5:25pm I experienced great service, hot fresh food, and a friendly attendant at the window. She was very customer oriented.

Horrible service, waited a half hour for my food in the drive through reserved parking then went in and the didn't even make my food! Least to say they lost my business I won't be going there again.

Our meals were made fresh. Loved the French fries. I was very pleased with how quick we got our meals too. I just moved to the area. It was a nice suprise.

The manager of this place is lazy and eats all the dam fries. I sat at the window of the drive through for over 10 minutes cause they were “Making more fries”. I’mma just get Mexican food next time.

Our local DQ is closed, so I called and order a cake from the Schuyler DQ. This is the BEST cake we have ordered from Dairy Queen. We had one happy 5 year old. Thank you for the special touches to the cake!!

Me and my family went there and ordered a six piece chicken strip and got 3 and a quarter pound burger and it was cold as a rock there was a girl named Claire I think she was just over all rude
