The staff at Red Cloud Animal Health did a great job for a stray Tom cat that was in a lot of pain with a badly broken leg. I decided the humane thing was to put it down. The cat had more issues than the leg and it had swelling on top of its head as well. Thanks again Red Cloud Animal Health.

Extremely disappointed! Dr. Wulf gave my dog two shots while he was there being boarded that he did NOT need and WITHOUT my approval. I was never told that she needed his shot record before dropping him off for boarding. I was not able to get my dog back until I paid for the shots I did not ask for and did not consent to. An extra $100 I did not intend to spend. All they had to do was simply call and ask me prior to doing this and I could have easily had his shot record sent to the office. No phone call to me was made beforehand.
