This Scooter’s always does a great job! The baristas are always friendly and helpful. I got the cold brew with sweet cream today and it’s delicious! They have a lot of fun latte/blender flavors, especially if you have a sweet tooth. There are some breakfast options as well!

I visit this pace 3-4 times a week in the drive-thru. One thing I look for in a coffee place is consistently. This place delivers that. Every once in a while I will go inside and relax. The other night I went in and the coffee was good, the ambience was good, and they were playing some jazzy Christmas songs. Definitely a great place to get some quiet time and some caffeine.Oh, and try the spicy sausage everything bagel with gouda.

We went through the drive thru this morning and I got my 4 year old a small coffee (choc milk). She ended up dropping it all over the parking lot at Casey’s when meeting to spend the day with Grandma a few minutes later. Cue tears. Grandma went back to Scooters and got another chocolate milk. Grandma in conversation told the story and without blinking an eye, they waived the charge. This is amazing and we definitely did not ask or expected this. Amazing customer service. I know positive reviews can be hard to come and thanks can be rare. -Thank you.

I love the Scooters. Great employees, quick service, and they take donations for various charities.I usually get mocha frappe with white chocolate Carmel and whipped topping.My fur babies get special treats from the employees.Whipped cream and a dog bone. It ends up on their face and up their nose😆and they love it.

Great coffee. Good service. My only problem is the loud obnoxious music that is played constantly in the store. I understand maybe if the evening crowd likes this kind of music, but I like softer quieter music in the morning, and I think most morning people like this as well. I would be a regular customer if I could come into the store in the mornings and enjoy a cup of coffee with some soft music playing in the background.

I have stopped in this location previously because it is close to home. The drinks I get there never have the same quality taste as the ones I get at other locations. No matter what you order it lacks flavor other than expresso. On Saturday August 7th I had been at the Verizon store next door and decided to go in and get a coffee at Scooters. It had been raining off and on all morning so everything was wet. I walked in the store, took 1 step and fell on the slick wet floor. I am a senior with a total knee replacement which is what I landed on. Obviously it hurt and I had no idea if I had damaged anything. Upon realizing what had happened one person yelled from behind the counter are you OK to which I responded it hurt. Realizing no one was going to offer to help I had to try to get up on my own. No one made any effort to make sure I was OK or to help. Nor did they complete an accident report. On top of it all they didn't even to offer to comp my coffee which again did not taste like the smores ordered. Starbucks is next door and.they will be getting my.business.from now own.

I'm always impressed with the AMAZING customer service I receive at this location. Everyone is always so friendly and I never have any issues with my orders. They're great about getting you through the line quickly while still making you feel like their most important customer of the day.

I have only been to this Scotters location a few times but, I have really enjoyed it. I went in during December 2018 and it smelled amazing! The staff were super nice and helped me find a drink that I would love.

Every time I've been there it's been a good experience, coffee is decent, but this time my chai tea only tasted only like cinnamon! They made me a new one and that one tasted like black tea. When I asked for a refund the lady who made my chai tea gave me an attitude. The store manager was at least nice and gave me a refund. The service and coffee have never been this bad! Needless to say I probably won't get chai tea for awhile.

Inconsistent as far as taste and quality. Some days you get a good drink most you get a drink that tastes of burnt coffee grounds or can't taste the coffee at all
