The catering department at this store is fantastic!! They catered a Celebration of Life event for us last weekend. The customer service was excellent, confirmed my order day before, delivered right on time, even handled an emergency order mid-event. Great experience from beginning to end. Will DEFINITELY recommend!!

Honestly, most of the people and staff are good people. However, unfortunately, it's too bad how a few can make the whole crowd seem toxic as Lake Toxicaway. Come on, people, let's be mindful towards one another, or not.

I love this store. Selection and variety is large. Meat is very good. However, the prices are a tad out of my comfort zone. I still go at times. Look for sales and usually find some good deals. Perfect when I don't need much and don't want to drive 30 miles to Walmart.

I received excellent customer service with every employee I encountered. I ordered a lovely floral arrangement for a post surgery friend from Lisa Colby; what a wonderful woman! She's a keeper! I had Chinese food at the in store Wallberger restaurant, also very good. Thank you HY-VEE.

I really like this store. It is always clean. It could use to be stocked more. They tend to run out of stuff after the 1st or 2nd day of sale.

I want to thank Scott at HyVee in Plattsmouth. I believe he does deliveries. My car died in the parking lot on the coldest night of the year. Scott clocked out to come help me. He did all he could to try and jump my car and then waited until my husband arrived to see if he needed help. He went above and beyond!! Thank you

I only use hyvee if it is necessary the prices are far too expensive. Hyvee is the only grocery store in Plattsmouth and this is the reason the prices are ridicules high.

It's so nice inside and they carry specialty Omaha only foods like the Lithuanian torte, but it's so expensive and always so crowded. Plus they have way less vegetarian food than the other stores around so it ends up not being the store I visit often.

I went to the deli/market grill and was ignored by both people working in that department while they helped other customers that I had gotten before them. Completely ignored me. Not sure if it was a miss comunication or what but I was patiently standing right by the counters. I thought the service was pretty rude. They didn't ask me if I wanted anything or even acknowledge my excitence. The department at hyvee won't ever get a dime of my business again.

My first time shopping at this Hy Vee store...this place is amazing 😲, bought 8pc. Chicken bucket and the chicken was moist and tender... Everywhere you look 👀 are choices for dinner...Great prices and friendly staff too...AAA+ Drop in and see what's for dinner ! OH! And got the 12" cherry coffee cake for dessert 😋

Probably one of the better grocery store chains you will visit. Plenty of staff to keep the shelves stocked, produce stock ed, plenty of cashiers too. Selections of organic, gluten free, etc are also offered. These services come at a slight premium. Also fair sized alcoholic beverages.

Hy-vee is customer friendly and well staffed. Store is clean and well organized. Nice place to go grocery shopping. A little short on some food items. Some food prices have gone up, but still peasant to shop at that store.

Well folks... We all hear about the bad service, expensive prices and complain in general about stores/restaurants.I wanted to do something different... I want to Thank the kitchen personnel at Hyvee for their super service today and everyday. Since I am currently building a home Hyvee has become my personal Chefs... More than not.. Everytime I go in they are friendly and the food is usually pretty fresh. So why not thank them publicly!!!***The Chinese food looks great can't wait to go home and enjoy that while my hubby eats his spicy pork tenderloin...(**I apologize I also forgot the young Lady's name cooking the Chinese food, but I did get her picture also....)These are great people working for our community...Andrew... Thank you and your team for making my life a little easier. I appreciate it and your hard work.. Pat yourselves on the back..******Everyone from our community, stop by the kitchen area and say HI to Andrew and his team. I am sure they would appreciate it.**** The front cashier that helped me in self checkout today was also awesome.. She gave me some great information and was very friendly about it. I apologize I did not get her name but I did get her picture.. Thank uou for making my day better.

My family and I stopped in to try the Wahlburgers while we were in plattsmouth for the day. My wife and I each ordered a burger. The cashier recommended the sweet potato tots which my wife ordered. They didn’t have any pizza out for our little one. They said they hadn’t had the chance to make any because it was just a couple of them working. Which is understandable. We sat down. No ice in with the pop machine so the pop was warm and had little carbonation. The cook came out to tell us they’re out of sweet tots. I said I’ll take the regular fries. We saw another family sit down that had their food already and they had just ordered. We had been waiting 20 minutes. My wife went up to check and they of course gave our food to the other family. We were short on time so we had to go and asked for a refund. Terrible service. I’m so glad I have my nice neighborhood Hy-Vee in Omaha!

Yeah, I can't afford to shop here for "the bulk staples", BUT in quality-vs-economy . .. Hy-Vee wins on VALUE! 5-star meats, 5-star bakery, 5-star deli and (don't lie ya'll) we all like a decadent Starbucks treat as we forage for sustenance! The booze is boozy too!

I was an avid walmart shopper, for location proximity and for larger bulk sizes in some things i buy, but after i started going to hyvee on a regular basis, i don't want to shop anywhere else. The selection and quality of the meat and seafood section alone sets them apart from all the other stores.Would recommend to anyone

I went into the liquor store after purchasing groceries to grab a couple items. Two people standing there having a conversation about snakes with the two clerks while I stand there being ignored. I put my products back and the clerk tells me to have a nice day as I leave! That tells me she did not care less about her behavior. Karen the manager was very nice and offered a gift card. What I needed was customer service.....

It's ok, little on the pricey side, employees seem to be hard to find they all seem to hang out at the front of the store.... but their meat counter is on par or better of a neighborhood butcher!!!

I don’t normally like Hy-Vee L O L prices are too high . a couple of the assistant managers aren’t very friendly ,But I just wanted a young man tonight to be recognized . he works in the deli meat department . They were out of shaved dilusso ham . No one else could shave some . he went out of his way to help me. While trying to take a lunch break. With his lunch in hand. I’m not sure what his name was, but he’s a young man and needs to be appreciated for what he did. So,thank you! Hope this gets to him.

$1.69 for fresh bakery that's high and my blueberry doughnut didn't even have the crumbles in top and jelly filled bismark had bad hole position I took one bite and jelly squirted out.

I bought kabobs from Plattsmouth Hy Vee and requested some shrimp and pineapple kabobs along with the chicken kabobs and beef kabobs.....DANM the shrimp kabobs were amazing! You should put the shrimp kabobs in the case. A huge thank you to the seafood manager for making these for my family day even though you have never done it before!

The Hy'Vee grocery stores really vary location to location. It could have a better selection of fruits. Normally i would see more fruits even at this time of year, but maybe they don't carry them at this specific location. Which is understandable. They have a little coffee place there which is nice. They have a big selection of quick frozen microwave meals that's neatly organized. I tend to need on the go meal quite a bit, so it's pretty convenient. The employees there were super kind from what I experienced.

They have a lot of nice things, but the prices are very high, and the employees are not very friendly. I've been here a few times and every time I am treated like a huge inconvenience to the employees.
