I've never had a problem but my fiance went in once he turned 21 and the person behind the counter was quite rude because he didn't have his actual license yet he had his old ID and the paper the DMV print of and all he wanted was canned tobacco. Not only that but she only cared about gossiping with her coworker instead of her customer service.

One cashier in particular gets this one star rating, otherwise the other staff are great.She acts like it’s such an inconvenience for people to come in to the store. I’ve been in this specific locations several times recently and I have not once seen her make eye contact, greet or even be kind to a single customer, especially when they’re at her register which more often than not is the only one open. I’m disappointed in the lack of care for customer service and the manager clearly not taking care of the issue.

We stopped for fuel and sub sandwiches and the girls working in the kitchen acted like we were an inconvenience having them make us sandwiches at 1pm. Then when we got on the road my meatball and my son's grilled chicken sub both had cold meat and we requested that mine be warmed and his toasted. Will never order another sub at the Plainview location again!

I have never meet a group of people that are so rude in my life. I didn’t have 12 cents really and you look at me all stupid I no how much I used to pay for something I get it all the time. But to have attitude most of them would be like I got it. You have lost my business I won’t be back so have fun. Cheer up employees it ain’t the end of the world.

Been here 4 times early evening and they are out of ice tea. We don't drink pop, and tea isn't that expensive to make. Can't Casey's afford to make tea till they close???
