Had about 10 items ready to checkout and this Wal-Mart only had self checkout (at least 20 self checkouts) and no other lines open. I will not use self checkout, I do not work for Wal-Mart, and so I left those item in my cart and walked out. Self checkout gets rid of jobs. Do better Wal-Mart. This was at 5pm too.

This store is a complete joke. Every single time I try to shop here, there are multiple employees blocking aisles and they have zero concern for the customers' ability to get the items they need. I have never heard an "I'm sorry, am I in your way?" Nope, the only thing I hear is their conversation with the other employee who is blocking the other half of the aisle. And we are expected to scan and bag our own groceries while the 10 employees who are supposed to be monitoring the self checkout area carry on their conversations and not pay any attention to the customers. Finally, as you walk out, you are accused of being a thief, as they ask for your receipt to verify you have paid for everything....despite the 10 employees who are supposed to be making sure people are scanning the items and paying. It's like they want their employees to feel valued without actually having them do anything. Congrats! You've reached the very height of "participation trophy" society.

I received exceptional customer service from a very kind and cheerful employee named Susan.Seeing that I'm disabled and was having difficulty walking in from the parking lot, Susan approached me and asked how I was doing and if I needed help. She then walked me to the appliance section, helped me select a coffee maker (the sole item I was shopping for), loaded it into my cart, and then even asked me if I needed help getting back to my car. Wow! Susan was kind, professional, effervescent, and all around awesome!

First and foremost they are getting too big for their britches and overprice a lot of things on top of not correctly labeling things like product weights. (Buy "15oz" bacon for it to only be 10 oz.) Shelves aren't stocked correctly so the products aren't even close to the tags. Low quality with no options as they all come from the same few companies, no matter what you're buying. Walmart is honestly trash in every way.

Small wait at customer service but was totally fine as they were diligently helping each customer and making sure each person got everything they needed done. Was very nice to see! Extremely impressed with the level of customer service!

I absolutely enjoy visiting this store specifically. The amazing customer service from every employee is always above and beyond. They have lots of options and are always shelf stocked.

Just letting everyone know that There's a pierced female automotive employee who likes to call the cops on people no questions asked. All we did was pull up and were unaware we were in the fire lane because we were looking for parking. And unprofessionally , without one word this pierced female employee who would not even assist me in the department decided it was a good idea to call the cops even though we had moved from the fire lane and someone was still in the running vehicle. Fair warning . This could cause problems for others. Employees like that need reprimanded and coached or just fired. Wish I had her name to put in this but unfortunately I didn't even catch that . If she had bothered to even wear a name tag. I am overly irritated at this and hope as many people see this as possible. I believe this is valid. Sorry to waste your time if I did. But this is absolutely ridiculous.. Once more I really do hope and request this location give a coaching to that employee, as that was out of context , it was hardly even a minor incident . And if it were to happen to the next person it could cause extreme unnecessary conflict. Hazardous choice and behavior that is unnecessarily called for. Okay I'm done now. Thankyou.

I shop here often as my go to for weekly grocery shopping. My pet peeve is incorrect pricing, especially on mark downs. This happens quite often. I take pictures now of the posted price to show the employee working the "pit". So not only do we have to check out ourselves, we have to be their price checkers. Sam would be so disappointed with how his company is now. Update 9/22: I am further disappointed in the employees. I understand the employees that have to shop for customers picking up their orders, but they should be courteous to the customers there shopping. Today, I had one run into me like I wasn't even there. He seen me clearly but kept moving his cart towards me. Never excused himself or apologized. Then He turned into next aisle and almost hit another shopper. This isn't the first time this has happened. This needs to be corrected immediately.

Went to purchase a t.v. and the price would not ring up the sale price. Took almost an hour to fix this and purchase. Walmart needs to empower their employees more and do right by the customer in a timely fashion.

Just shopped at a Walmart supercenter for the last time. Turns out their new corporate policy is to have less than half of their self checkout registers open at a time. Stood in line forever just to be able to purchase one item. Looks like Amazon will be getting even more of my money.

I hate going to this store so much and only go when there are no other options. I hate the self-check system here. The customer service desk often closes early. The grocery side of the store is often messy and understocked. Shopping for clothes is very frustrating because they are almost always out of the sizes I am looking for, tags are often missing and clothes are just everywhere.

They refuse to price match even their own site. So if you want something at the online advertised price, you better be willing to wait until their order pickers can deliver it to you the next day. Best just to go to the Bellevue Walmart, where their management has some sense.

Didn't exactly love it , I was there late afternoon and it was Busier than hell.😳😩😢 But they had a guy at each of the 2 sections, directing people to the self check outs. As they came open . it's gotten crazy since it's either cash or card,can't do both on the same machine..😵‍💫 I got to do two lines that day the money center also. But it is a nice store and big and has almost everything.

Hip hip hooray, I scanned my own groceries, bagged my own groceries, and showed proof with my receipt. Walmart dirty. Aisles are very narrow. I saw a poor lady in an electric scooter having a hard time getting into the aisle. I rarely go there. Not a fan.

Since nobody in any department at this facility is capable of answering the phone I'll post it here. Everyone shopping here double check any food products bought here since the ones here seem to have added dead spiders to them. Clearly the staff aren't checking the products they are stocking. Waste of $40 family meal because of what is in these packages will not be doing business at this Wal-Mart again. Here's a photo of one more intact ones out the package.

The store is okay but I have a problem with the self-checkout they've implemented. I can't blame them for trying to save a buck by making the customers do the job the checkers used to do, but it was a very bad turn as regards customer service.There is one lane they call Assisted Checkout, but there's never an employee working there, at least none of the times I've been in the store. Yesterday, it took me half an hour to track down somebody who finally assigned a checker to the lane.

Went pick for my son for boots one of his size it have dents. Plus we were waiting for in line of electronics area somehow one of employees who work there cuts our line for wanted to get something of tablets for our kids. Now we walked out since we wasn't happy for their service of being waiting too long. Now my son is upset because wasted our time for waiting to long we walked out. Will not come back unless they needs to learn how to not cut the line when one of employees cut our lines. Unhappy of this place!

I brought a vehicle in to fix a flat and was 4th in line when the vehicle service counter opened at 7:00 am. At 9:30 am the service on my vehicle still had not been started and all the bays were empty. At 10:01 am my vehicle was finally taken back. Walmart may want to hire a few more mechanics.

It's Walmart. Always busy and people seem to discard all social graces when they enter the lmao e parking lot and store. As far as the store, it's decently clean as far as Walmarts go. It's a full size store not a small neighborhood format. Steer clear of the produce and Walmart brands/no name brands and you'll be fine.

Frustrating and disgusting. Disgusting because apparently they tolerate their employees walking around and helping customers with no shoes on. See photos.Frustrating because I came in with an online return, followed the instructions in the email, so I went to customer service, and immediately the girl took one look at my items and told me I had to go back to electronics. When I went back to electronics, they told me they couldn't help me because it was an online order and I needed to go back to customer service. So because the girl customer service could not be bothered to even see that I was returning an online order, for which I had the sheet already printed, I ended up waiting line three times. Simply to do a return.

Living so very close to Walmart supercenter you better believe that this is one of my favorite places to come but of course I have my opinions on walmart, but you know what they offer such great things all in one spot who can resist. Just know they have an auto center, they have a pharmacy, they have a vision place, they have a nail place, they even have Cox cable, and many other things within here, including electronics place. Be aware of getting the warrantees on your electronics through here they typically don’t honor them Through Allstate. Allstate is typically the place that carries the majority of these after product warranties these extended warranties that you get on electronics, etc. Allstate will find every reason and way to not honor your extended warranty, so please be aware of that when you are purchasing these extra warranties for these items, no matter what it is that you’re getting from Walmart. Also know that the Auto center is amazing. They get you in. Get your stuff done. You can track it on the app. I highly recommend the Walmart subscription. I think it’s called Walmart one it’s very inexpensive and it is amazing. The Walmart, immediate delivery, where I forget exact name of it but basically It’s like an expedited delivery within two hours. Amazing. Love it. Love it love it. They actually got it to me. I got my order in and they got my delivery to me within 30 minutes so from the time that I ordered my food they shopped and delivered was 30 minutes. I was mind blown. Found everything ok. One: The Ruffles Queso "Family or Party Size" was on the very top shelf, so I had to track down an employee and wait for them to bring something to get it down. Two: the gallon of regular white milk I grabbed was in the middle of the Walmart ones which are $1.72 or so, but it rung up at checkout as almost $6 as it was a brand 3x more expensive. Instead of them grabbing me the appropriate gallon for me as most would, they made me go & get it.

I have not been to this establishment to have my nails done yet. I hurt my finger so I must wait till it heals. I have diabetes and the nail lacquer they have is mood changing which helps me regulate if I am cold or hot. There are not too many places I found that have these. I will keep you updated.

I was 4th in line at 7 am at the automotive center and was told it would be an hour. At 8:40 I was told it would be a little over another hour, so 10am plus…… Insane, what horrible service, this place deserves to not get any business. I won’t be coins back to this Walmart ever again

Can't believe they have alcohol right next to both self check out entrances. Saw young children playing with them while their mom was waiting in line. Just what we need, easier access for people to drink and drive...its all about the money!

I've noticed the staff is a lot better these days at this location. It also seems more clean and I like they still have lines to have them.check you out. Seems to be improving.
