Great pharmacy, things are usually in stock, but the potholes in the parking lot are ridiculous. If my car was lower to the ground, it would have been severely damaged thanks to how bad the entire parking lot is, someone needs to get it fixed.

NO PICK-UP ORDERS at the current moment. Just want to save others the trouble I had today. Even though it says it’s possible online. I wasted my day dealing with this Walgreens that ended with a formal complaint to corporate. Manager on duty lied about not having items in stock and refused to give his name, so I could inquire with customer service hotline about the inconvenience I experienced today. Amanda, a manager from the customer service, was very professional with helping me file the complain and said I will receive a call Monday from Sam, the store manager. Will update after.***Sam, the store manager, did get back to me Wednesday. He admitted he wasn’t aware the device for online orders wasn’t working and and he would have a talk with his shift leader James about the incident. I was not able to get a cash refund but I agreed to the original agreement I had with James of getting the amount as cash rewards for the inconvenience. I’m satisfied with that. And have switch my review to three stars instead of two.

It'd be nice if you could pull into the parking lot without breaking the leg or not going to wheel off your car and it's such a big chuck holes and cracks and broken concrete that it's completely unsafe to drive on let alone walk on as far as picking up the prescription it's a joke because they usually have a line all the way around the building because they shut the window down so often and bottom line is they are more expensive than other pharmacies

December 17, 2022: Had Doctor office fax script to this pharmacy. Got there and they did not have one item. The tech asked someone filling if it could be filled at another Walgreens. The answer was yes. Drove to the other Walgreens several miles away and was told no. Needed a script faxed to them. Called Nurse. She called this pharmacy. Whoever answeded the phone said, "it is ready It was nready for pickup"..It was not! Called Nurse again. She faxed the second pharmacy with new script and meds filled without issue. However I wasted almost two hours of travel time and phone calls due to this locations lack of customer service and communication with each other behind the counter.

Nice staff and always helpful, but HORRIBLE with cleanliness. These bathrooms are disgusting. Even the location in bad part of town has cleaner bathrooms than this. This is just GROSS. Someone needs a 101 on how to clean and disinfect a bathroom. Especially with all the covid and flu going around. I had to dry my hands on my shirt because I didn't want to touch the paper towel machine. And to think, my camera made these look far better than what they were.

Their parking lot is in horrible condition! Gravel roads are in better shape. They should be ashamed of themselves. And it has nothing to do with spring/winter expansion. It is always like this.

I called to ask if they had a prescription in stock. After navigating the useless phone menu and waiting on hold, I finally got through to someone who said they didn’t have it. I ask if they could check the inventory of other Walgreens stores in the area so I don’t have to waste as much time calling them as I did calling this one. The pharmacist said “I don’t have time” and hung up on me.

This is not a traditional Walgreens. It has been difficult getting prescription issues fixed without multiple trips, random lunch times (example: Saturday they are closed 1:30 - 2:00 for lunch...). I hate giving bad reviews but I think Walgreens can do better.

The gal from the pharmacy who cashed me out was so friendly and sympathetic. There was a genuine smile about her and I truly felt the meaning of her words when she said to, "rest up and feel better." Definitely would recommend this location!

I took my daughter to get her Covid shot and she was very nervous. Ashley in the pharmacy went above and beyond calming her down and ultimately giving her the shot. Which my daughter said did not hurt, thanks to Ashley.

Pharmacy techs are extremely rude. The one with the pierced septum threw my sons phi in the trash because I don’t have anywhere to shred it. I will be transferring his prescriptions elsewhere, because every time I’m there I am treated this way, I have never had this type of treatment at any other pharmacy, it’s just plain wrong and illegal.

Wally the 'manager' was extremely rude when I pointed out that the price on the shelf didn't match what rang up on the computer. He took the lower price down and said 'They forgot to change it and I'm not going to change it in the computer for YOU. I've been through this before.' I looked at him funny and said - ''you know that's wrong right?" .He ACTUALLY said loudly, 'It is not!' I reminded him that charging something other than the posted price is illegal. To which he said 'it is NOT false advertising.' So apparently, he was well aware of what was going on and had a history of doing this to Walgreens customers. I don't know if it is a Walgreens corporate attitude or just this PUNK 'managers' attitude that it is ok to treat your paying customers like dirt and steal their hard earned money by lying about what the price of their items are but I can tell you it gets old. Walk into a Walgreens and get caught changing a price tag for a lower one and you can be arrested for shoplifting - and rightly so..... but for some reason Walgreens has no problem doing it to you as a customer and YOU get treated like dirt for pointing out the descrepency! Oh, silly me - I forgot -. It's ok for companies to steal from and lie to customers!!

This store never seems to be stocked properly. I have gone in a few times and Not been able to get what I needed due to no availability or expired goods. I also used to print my pictures here but the photo lab tech is rude and kept messing up my prints.

Great Walgreens Store! It is my go to Walgreens Location. Employees are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, I even buy a lot of groceries there! The Location is great easy access from main street.

A pharmacy worker (intern perhaps I can’t remember) named Anna went above and beyond in helping with my prescription when I accidentally left if in the heat. She called my insurance and even took the liberty in finding me a coupon when insurance wouldn’t pay for it. Thank you Anna, you made my day!

Neither Google nor their store specific site tells you the pharmacy hours. Pharmacist is rude and unhelpful. No understanding that when people are sick, they might have trouble standing while you help drive thru. Doesn't offer any information unless you press them.

The drive thru pharmacy line is so slow. It always takes 15-20 minutes to pick up a prescription. Going in isn’t any better. Worst pharmacy in town.

Frustrating. Called and asked about their hours for Christmas (it was Christmas eve when I called) and they had 0 clue. Put me on hold to ask someone, and said no one knew. No one in the entire store knew if they were open the next day? Hard to believe. I prefer the one off 84th. 24hours there.

I was trying to get my brothers medication refilled and I talked to Blake at the drive thru and he was very rude and disrespectful and said he couldn't fill it so when I got home I told her my issue and she said to call back I talked to Blake again and he was complaining that they close in a half hour and I said I can be there and he kept complaining about closing so I got very rude and he finally said he'll fill it i will not put up with this disrespect he gave me.
