I had some free time in the area so I stopped in here just have a look around. I absolutely loved the seasonal aisle with all of the holiday treats, home decor, and other items. I also liked that they sell Monarch gear items. The prices were reasonable and the store was clean.

Tori/Tory in the pharmacy has the biggest attitude I’ve ever seen someone have. She was snarky, rude and impatient with me. I don’t think I’ve ever received such a nasty, disgusting, judge-mental, hateful look from someone in my life, let alone someone that’s supposed to be working with customers. She needs to fix her attitude, and her face. Never coming back to this location if this is how I’m going to be treated.

Need a vaccination come here. Need to schedule an online appointment come here. Need timely customer service when your appointment is scheduled and you arrive a few minutes ahead of schedule, consider going somewhere else.I arrived here last evening before my 6:30 pm appointment and received my scheduled vaccination at 6:55 pm. There were very few instore pharmacy customers during this time, but the lone onsite pharmacist was super busy; and she was the only certified shot provider. She was working a 7 am - 8 pm shift that included a 30 minute lunch break.

Worse customer service in photos ever. Waited over 5 minutes for help, told him I has a question bit proceeded to wait on next customer. Would not come over to assist me. I finally said I'll go somewhere else. He said sorry I couldn't help you. My response you didn't even try. Mon 11/15 2:15 pm. The person behind me in check out heard me telling my cashier of my experience and he interjected yeah that guy's no help.

My husband and I frequently stop here to pick up milk and bread as well as other needs. Very convenient. Cashier's and staff very friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of the parking lot on to the street can be difficult due to traffic as well as large plants on South side of entrance that blocks view from South which can be dangerous at night.

I love this Walgreens-- both my daughter and I agreed that it is super refreshing to have staff ACT LIKE THEY CARE! Jody helped me in the pharmacy-- going the extra mile with a smile as well as concern, while Gale helped me with our skincare choices. Each made our day a little brighter--thank you!

This is honestly not one of my favorite Walgreens locations. Shopping wise it’s pretty good. It’s well stocked and pretty clean but it seems like the employees are always stocking at the worst times and taking up all the space in the aisles. The reason I’m giving this location 3 stars is because of the pharmacy. The pharmacy never had my meds ready or in stock and I finally had to go to cvs. The staff was rude and they just never had my meds

This location is the worst in our area. Bad the oddest hours and the pharmacy drive thru is always missing something or asking to you to wait longer after it was said to be ready!

I have always been treated with the upmost respect & care especially by pharmacist Dan & Sandy. I highly recommend this Walgreens for all of your needs. Besides the pharmacy staff I have found all of the store employees to be knowledgeable , helpful as well as friendly!

Needed half gallon of milk and pop, met with an obscene price on the soda and the milk slot was empty. The visibly stressed out lone employee with 3 people in the line wouldn’t be changing that any time soon. No one else around to ask, moving on down the road.

Your employee steve called me an idiot in front of your full store. You're customer service is atrocious and I hope you see this to do something about because it is not acceptable to make a 15 year old cry over anything. Don't shop here or you may feel the wrath of an angry old man name Steve.

Justin at the walgreens off of highway 360 and 96th street is amazing!! he went in the back to get a tea for us when we asked about the stock for it and went out of his way to help up!

Pharmacy and staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I highly recommend the drive to Galvin Rd in Bellevue if you must use a Walgreens.

Hidden from the busier business area of Papillion, the redbox outside is usually not as picked thru as others. The store itself is kept very clean.
