Always a pleasant shopping experience and the Team Members are very friendly and helpful. I always quickly find what I need and am usually in and out. There's always ample parking and never really a wait to checkout.

The remodeling is finally complete. Not sure I like it. I love Target but the remodeling has kind of made me change my mind. I know change is good but I do have a problem when the whole store has changed and a lot of the things I buy at the store is not there. Maybe in a few months it will get better. I hope so, or the change may have lost a customer.

The store itself was well maintained.I had issues with the customer service.The manager wanted to refund my item as they did not ask if I wanted warranty when I was purchasing. I noticed right after I paid and asked for it.It took them awhile but another person came out to handle the situation. I told them my card was from Canada so I did not want to be charged again because if they refunded the money I would lose money due to the exchange rate. They assured me that would not be the case and said it would just be voided and the transaction would not go through.I recently checked my Visa. I have now lost about $20 due to this purchase.I have not followed up on this but I plan to within the week. Will update when they respond.

This is my favorite target location in the world! This location had the friendliest staff and the best customer service! The only reason I gave it a four out of five it because I’ve come in here many times and tons of stuff has been out of stock that I needed causing me to have to come back a few days later. Otherwise the store is clean and well kept. The produce and meat sections are incredible and they have the best selection of clothes. They could improve the electronics selection a bit. Overall great store!

What's not to love! The dollar spot is an all time favorite of my son and I's, and they've got a great selection of toys, home decor, books for myself and youth reading options. Electronics, clothes, shoes, grocery, they've got it all. If I could only shop at one place for the rest of my life this is where I'd chose without a doubt!! Friendly staff, and clean stores and restrooms are a bonus too!

This is a nice Target; everything is clean and the employees are friendly. I wish they were a little better stocked in some departments, like the handbags/purses section had very few choices and there was a whole big area right up front in the middle that had nothing there — it looks like they’re changing out displays, but it would have been super helpful and a better use of space to put seasonal items there. Anyway, this is a very nice Target overall, and I really appreciated the wonderful variety of items in the food section.

What’s the point of online shopping? I called this location this morning looking for a specific item in the toy department before ordering it online. The young lady in the toy department was extremely helpful and went over and beyond looking for this item. She confirmed that they did receive a couple this morning however could not hold it. This was about 9am this morning. I figured if I order this item online now, before they even put them out in the shelf, I’ll receive an email saying it was ready for pickup. Instead, two hours later I receive an email from Target stating the the item was no longer available. If I ordered the item before it was even put on the shelf how is it no longer available? Does online consumers not matter? I live about 20 minutes from this location so ordering it online was the best option for me at that time. But again, my question is what’s the point of online shopping. This happened to me twice yesterday which is why I felt compelled to write a review. I’m done with online shopping. Merry Christmas!

Of all the things Covid brought, the drive up service at Target is a blessing. I shop at home, able to see what my local store offers, pay ahead, able to use all coupons/incentives I would in store, pick up at my convenience, and never have to leave my car. I have not had one disgruntled employee at my local Target that was bringing my items to my car. And rarely a long wait, even when all specified spots are full. Thank you Target for this FREE service!!

I called this Target by phone regarding an inventory question. They handled it with the utmost courtesy and friendliness. They reserved the item I desired, took my name and number and most importantly ACTUALLY CALLED letting me know when I could come to the store to pick it up. They were so amazing, and I appreciate their hard work and follow-through. Rarely am I impressed by service but this was the best Target experience I've ever had, and I've shopped at Target a lot. I'm old. Kudos!

Very awful with remodeling. Took forever to find anything unlike say 6 months ago. I finally just left not buying anything. Nobody seemed interested in helping to find what I was looking for. Why change and confuse people when it was fine before. No one wanted this remodeling. Hopefully it goes back to how it was before!

Target is a good place to shop from sometimes but working there is a different story. It's 2022 and you're still getting mad at employees for using the restroom not on break. We get if it's someone going for 30 minutes or more just to not work, but there are PLENTLY of people who may have heath issues that need to go to the restroom. Grow up Target management, those employees work hard, let them use the bathroom and don't get mad at them!

I have always loved the Papillion Super Target, but since the addition of the self checkout stations the customer service has plummeted. We regularly go in and there are 0 or 1 human run checkout lanes.Tonight the line for the one human run checkout stations was four deep. We asked multiple employees that were standing or walking around if they could open an additional lane and we were told Target doesn't schedule enough workers for them to do that. When we finally got through the checkout line 3 employees, 2 of which told us they couldn't help us earlier, were standing at the end of a closed lane chatting. Target clearing no longer values the time of their costumers.

Target employees are kind, caring respectful and helpful. The team members on the sales always offer a smile and never make me feel like I'm in their way or an inconvenience for asking a question for location of item. Target does a wonderful job keeping the store clean. I do not feel overwhelmed shopping in the store by amount of product, width of isle, displays or by the sound system. Check out runs smoothly and seems like they always have a balanced amount of cashier to limit customers wait times. The drive up pick up is awesome! I place my order on the Target App and usually in an hour or 2, I can drive up and they bring my order to my van for me. ❤️I LOVE TARGET! It is my favorite place to shop.

It’s so frustrating and exhausting when you go grocery shopping with little kids and there is not one single lane open other then self checkout. Self checkout is the absolute worst, especially with kids who are screaming, crawling out of the cart or throwing extra things in your cart. Shame on you for not helping your most popular customers MOMs!🤬

Target is our go to for all our household needs and groceries. The variety and quality is ideal for us. Plenty of organic and non GMO options. The shopping experience is pleasant as well. No worries about getting ran over with a cart. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

To be totally honest, I've NEVER been a fan of Target because I always thought everything was overpriced. However, when I could not find an item that I'd been looking for everywhere else (including Walmart), I ALWAYS found it at Target at a price that was below what I expected to pay!I decided that I'd give the store a chance and I'm so glad I did!!

I went in to purchase a few items to put together for teacher appreciation gifts. I found these cute Can coozies originally priced for $3 but had a sale sign for $2 above them at the end of aisle B17. Since they were a dollar off, I decided to grab a few (9). When I went to scan them at the self-checkout they rang up at $3 each and figured I’d request assistance to have it adjusted before paying. One of the team members said that because I had multiple items he’d have to verify the price which I understood. The service member called a manager for assistance. Rees (sp) went to B17 where I stated I found the items To verify. When he came back he stated that there is a sign that states the $2 sale. However, he was unable to give me that price because it was a mistake. I told him that I felt I should be honored that price, he said no and walked away. I am usually not one to get irate, but the level of customer service was just upsetting. As a manager, his approach to begin with was just not what I expected especially because the sign was there. I ended up not getting them and while it was a $1 off it makes a difference when you add it up.

Do not recommend the understaffed/not-staffed-at-all and ill-managed Target Bakery. My family ordered three, 12-count cupcake cakes from the Papillion Target Bakery. When we arrived to pick them up, no one was at the bakery, and we waited for well over 10 minutes to be helped. Eventually someone emerged, we got the cakes and began to leave when we realized that the cakes were not at all what we ordered. The frosting was all vanilla (we had ordered one with chocolate frosting and two with vanilla). The cakes were not the variety we had ordered but all one flavor. When we went back to the bakery, we again waited, this time for five minutes, until finally one of the employees from the Starbucks came over. We explained that this wasn't even close to what we had ordered and she apologized but, understandably, since she couldn't decorate cakes, she couldn't really do anything. She did give us 9 dollars in coupons which would have been okay except the order was over 40 dollars and the coupons didn't even cover the price of one of the not-even-close-to-what-we-ordered cakes. We were pretty upset about the cakes being totally incorrect, but really what was more frustrating was the fact that there were no employees or managers to discuss the issue with. Clearly, they are uninterested in repeat business and we, of course, are more than happy to oblige them. In the future, we will not be getting cakes from Target.

We just stopped to look for a board game they didn't have. We were stopped three times, by different associates, to make sure we heard about the clearance sale going on in the games section. They were very friendly and not pushy about it, so it wasn't a big deal that we heard about it three times back to back.We then ended up stopping at the cafe to grab a pretzel and ended up getting a pizza too. The guy at the cafe was super friendly and helpful. He kept apologizing that we had to wait a few minutes for another pretzel to thaw. He brought it and our pizza out to the table and asked if he could get us anything else.Target associates have always been friendly to us, but this visit seemed to be a very good one. Everybody there was just super friendly.
