Nice store. Clean and well stocked. The doors are automatic and there is handicapped parking in front of the store. It was not busy on a Tuesday in September. Oh, and they are hiring.

Another great shopping 🛍 shopping trip to T.J. Maxx this evening with my bestie. We found birthday gifts 🎁 for the family and other gifts for family members as well who will be attending the birthday 🎂 party 😊. What a great year this is turning out to be with businesses and people all happy and engaging in activities and celebrating life in general. Family truly is #1!!!! I'm so thankful that we are vaccinated and fought Covid off in 2020. T.J. Maxx had such a great selection this evening. It was so much fun to be out and about and seeing people smiling again.

Actually, the store is very clean and organized well. No mind some of those negative Nancy's here. Some legit but some...click their names and see all their reviews. One particular complained and said she would be returning the things she purchased and the cashier complained about 7 min into her break. But as I seen, just about every review she has left has been nasty 1 & 2 star reviews some with crude remarks. 🙄 The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Cashiers, not so friendly, just want to get you out the door. Racism? Idk about because I'm fortunate to not experience that to much (yes white folk get slammed with racism too by one's who claim they hate racism). But the store has good prices, always different stuff coming in. My only sad part is, not much for long leg skinny people. I struggle at many stores in person to find jeans/ pants in 34" inseam. So it's not just this store, it's everywhere. But nice and clean makes me very very happy and tha5s how this store looks. 🤗

TJ Max has something for everyone! If you're just shopping, you will find something and perhaps a unique item. Men's, Women's, kids shoes to clothes. Toys, bedding, kitchen items and of course, candy everywhere through the check out line. Great staff! Go visit! #ManShopper

This location used to be the best. They had new inventory all the time and a great selection. Now it's almost always picked over. Prices are higher at this location then the one in iowa and the Iowa store in cb almost always has more and better selection. Love the blonde cashier at this location she is the friendliest, just sucks that they never have anything good. I found a trio make up highlighter at both stores for reference the council bluffs store I bought it for 7.99 the one in papillion had it marked 12.99. They also had neutrogena pink grapefruit face wash for $19.99 it's like $10 at freaking walmart!!! Rip off!!! Pay attention to prices!

I go for the dog toys and kitchen items. They have a good variety of both, and the prices are very reasonable. The quality for the cost is really good. I can finally find good local products less expensive than ordering online. Always a treat to shop at t.j Maxx as they offer a lot of unique items.

Honestly my trip to this store was great today… that is until I got to checkout. I found several wonderful items which I took home. The cashier asked me if I had a rewards card which I said no I do not. She then gave me the credit card info, I declined, and she hounded me over entire transaction.You can use it anywhere! 5% off, you can pay it off with your debit card, oh you already have enough credit cards? What’s one more? Seriously the quickest way to lose my business is to hound me for 5 minutes nonstop. I’ll go to other locations for a while

The store was fairly clean and there was a wonderful lady that I saw trying to keep it that way. She even went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. However, after I tried something on and I decided to buy it, I noticed there was stains on the bottom of it. We decided to ask if we could get a discount as we were unsure if the stains could be removed. The cashier was not able to give a discount so she called someone who could. This was Nichole. Nichole was rude, didn't even bother to look at it and gave a ten percent discount. Nichole should not be giving discounts as her math was off. Furthermore, she didn't care what the problem was. She didn't even bother looking. She said I'll give you ten percent off. She then said we could return it if after washing it as long as we did not remove the tags. Oh yes, let me wash something with the tags on and see if the tags stay on. The store would be much better without her. Get someone else that is empathetic, listens and can at least do math. I pulled my calculator out on my phone and that took me two seconds. She could do the same. As someone that is also a retail worker, I am usually empathetic. However, Nichole did not deserve patience or kindness. She may spell it as Nicole as well. Her lack of customer service made it very hard to see her name tag or even if she had one on. I would've given five stars if it wasn't for her.

I feel like this is a high end Goodwill. Little to no organization in this store, or any of the others. Prices aren't terrible. We did find a cleaner there that we love, and for $5, we buy it as often as we can. Otherwise, if you find something you like, buy it because it may not be there next time.

This TJmaxx is well traveled, yet always organized, staff is super friendly, store is always clean, and all animal friendly as I bring my fosters in and they all advocate for proper introduction as well as interaction. Low on plus sized selections but otherwise a very good source for clothing selection and miscellaneous

The prices are fabulous. The assortment of clothing is very nice. There are no people working on the sales floor however so you can't get any help. It's definitely self-service. The checkout line moves rapidly even though it's long. The cashiers are friendly and polite. I recommend this place for a good selection of clothing, and items for the home.

This was the best experience i have ever had at a TJMaxx all of the employees were friendly and helpful. I live 40 mins away and I'll be going to this one from now on. Idc that I'll pass two others on the way this is the most organized and friendly store I have ever been to A++++

There are far too many chronic complainers out there, so ignore the bad reviews, that is probably on them not TJ Max, I absolutely hate shopping, but I enjoy looking around at TJ Max. There is something different every time, and get my body wash at a great price, and even get my Starbucks coffee cheaper here. This is a cool store, to just check stuff out, and you are sure to find something for everyone here, Maybe what I like about TJ Max is that I really don't look at it as shopping, more like browsing with an option to run to the door if people get on my nerves too much. Lol.

Love everything in this store! Great Prices! Only exception is the rude nasty lady made it very clear that I was bothering her for having to unlock the security wire for designer purses. She just glared at me. I told her I was going to purchase it and she rolled her eyes at me. Praying it was just a bad day for her and the next days were blessed and easier.

The coordinator at this store is very racist. Im Asian and i shopped at this location all the time. Last week, i went shopping at the Papillon store and this rude woman, the supervisor, was treating me like i came there to steal the merchandise. I bought over $120 worth of merchandise and she asked me to show my ID and asked me if I have the money in my account to pay for it. Did she do this to every customet? OMG, i have never felt more insulted. I felt so embarrassed. If my parents didn't teach me manner, i would have created a big scene. Honestly, Im probably a thousand times richer than her. Just because I'm Asian doesn't mean I'm poor, a thief or a cheat. This HATE got to stop. We should not tolerate hates in America. I will never go shop at this Tjmaxx again. And please, if you dont support racism, stop shopping at this store.

I shopped here 3 times this past week, nice variety of items! But I have to admit I will not be back to this location. Brenda was very rude and act like she didn't want to do her job because she was supposed be on break at 11:30, well when I got to my car my clock said 11:37 I couldn't believe she was that rude over 7 mins all 7 of it she spent being very rude!! I'm very dissapointed and will be returning the rest of the items I purchased I will no longer support this location

The employees could use more training on customer service. Employees seem very gossipy and unprofessional, I frequent this location often being that it's the only one in Bellevue/Papillion area and every time I am there I can hear different employees joke or being loud with each other, not minding customers. The cashiers always look like they don't want to be there, short with words and appear like you're bothering them.Their shelves are always lacking especially in the shoes and beauty departments. Their clearance racks are filled with junk, things that are broken, makeup that's been touched and spilled, and prices are still expensive, taking a dollar off is not a deal. You can't browse through there without getting your hands dirty, literally. Other shelves rarely get sorted and organized...This TJ Maxx could definitely use some improvement.
