I was not satisfied at all with the Grooming at this facility. I took my 6 pound dog to get groomed and she calls to tell me my dog is infested with fleas so I take him to his veterinarian to get treated, the vet proceeds to tell me my dog doesn't have fleas. The Grooming lady was lazy and clearly couldn't handle my 6 pound dog.

We have been very pleased with the staff of the grooming salon for our 2 dogs. This time we forgot to have new vaccine info for them on the day of their appointment. They quickly rescheduled for next day, Christmas eve. Again wonderful service and results.

They are fast and do a great job clipping and grinding our pugs nails! Also less expensive than our vet by $10

When we showed up for our dog’s appointment we were told that he could not be groomed because he cannot be vaccinated due to autoimmune disease. We explained his situation when we made the appointment and was told just bring his waiver with us to the appointment, which we did! When we were denied service, one staff member said their policy has never accepted unvaccinated dogs. Whoever makes your appointments need to know this! Total waste of my time.
