Do not ever buy a kitchen from Lowe’s, we wanted to go with a unique color green and we were not informed of all the issues that would occur with this color selection. We ordered the kitchen back in October paid 13,000$ and it’s almost March and we are now told with half a kitchen that they no longer make the green color cabinets. Lows dropped the ball and they need to issue a full reimbursement they cost my family thousands of dollars in fast food since October too now it’s almost March!

I went to return a defective trimmer that I purchased last fall. I brought the trimmer head in, and was told by Dimitri, the assistant manager to go home and get the rest of the trimmer and he would “ Take care of me “ When I returned today with the whole trimmer, carol , the woman behind the desk immediately became defensive. Without hearing an explanation, she said you have to send that back to craftsman. We can’t do anything. . I told her that I previously spoke with manager, and was told to bring the entire unit in. I was relieved when Dimitri came to the counter. Unfortunately, he promptly said that he couldn’t help me and that I needed to go through craftsman. Further, he told me that the unit was. “ Pretty beat up” And that I used it more often than I had claimed. I repeated that that I had used the unit three times. Carol and Dimitri aggressively told me that they would do nothing to address my concerns. And no time did they apologize for the defective product. They said. “ The system “ Won’t let them return it, and that was it. All I asked for was that the defective trimmer be replaced. I was told by the manager and a very aggressive employee that I would have to take it up with the manufacturer. Lowes sells craftsman, if they’re not willing to stand behind the products that they sell , I’m not sure why they sell it. I’m also deeply offended by the attitude Of the employees. Not once did they express regret for selling a defective product, it was clear they just wanted me to go away. I’ve shopped at this Lowe’s for 10 years. Previously, my concerns have always been met with at least the façade of concern and sincere effort to remedy the issue. This was not the case with Dimitri and Carol. I have no idea why I was told to bring the entire unit back only to be informed that they would not help me. I live in Beaver Lake, it’s a one hour round-trip. Had I been told they wouldn’t fix it. I would not have come back. I am profoundly disappointed with the customer service, more appropriately the lack of customer service I received. More importantly, I was offended by the accusation that I had somehow overused the product. I’ve attached pictures, does this look like it was heavily used? or “beat up? “I would not recommend anyone use this store.The public is genuinely tired of robotic representatives that don’t look for solutions to justified problems. The system rules, the customer is irrelevant.

Because of a racist staff member we refuse to purchase anything from any Lowe’s. Recently when we came here to buy large appliances for our new home we had a quick question so we asked a clerk. He answered our question but right after we turned around he called us the N word. It was completely out of the blue, we simply asked about some tools my husband was looking at. We were stunned but we were very polite and ignored it and we left the store immediately. His name was Frank. He had brown hair and he was probably 5’9”-5’10”he looked like he was in his mid to late 60’s. We went to Home Depot and spent over $9,000 on tools and appliances. Clearly we are done with Lowe’s.

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer .payed the delivery fee . I was told by the store they can bring it in the and install it . When the delivery guys showed up they kept bring up saying it was not gonna fit in the spot I wanted it placed . The mention my vent outlet was in the way and ceiling was too low. Before I purchased the appliances I triple check my measurements in the room . Triple check the measurements of the appliance at the store . They refuse on trying to bring it in my home .guy said he was a professional . Kept saying it wasn’t gonna fit . The mention that they can take it back for my full refund. I originally planned to set in my bedroom walk in closet space water set up and electrical set was already in that room for a stackable washer/dryer. I ask them to give me a sec . They went back outside and were loading the washer/dryer back on the truck . I told them to bring it in and leave it in bedroom.Once they brought it in I measured again 1ft 1/2 space from the ceiling and had a 1ft of space side to side . I have a back injury and I did ask the Lowe’s representative if their be any issues with installment. They agree that the delivery guys can put it were ever I needed it set . So I decided to still with the delivery feeling it was much easier for me staying away from hurting myself . As the delivery saying he was a professional. I am highly experienced in moving appliances . I’m my own experience in a situation like this . So I was 100% that it was gonna fit without any damages or problems no struggle no issue . I called two good friend of mine that work for Nebraska furniture mart to come bring it in my walk in closet space . As soon as they showed up they told me the delivery guys were trying to not making any effort on helping me out . It took less the 3 min for my two NFM friends to place it in the spot without any issue or struggle not even putting a dent or scratch in my ceiling,walls or appliance . Once it was place my measurements were corrected 1ft clearance from the ceiling 1ft clearance side to side it was easy to maneuver and slide back . This delivery experience disappointment for me . Guys were just trying to be lazy with out a first attempt or acting like I didnt what I was talking bout . Poor professional service. My experience with NFM is always to work with the customer and give the best experience they can to help . I would not recommend on paying the delivery fee in the future I would just do it my self sense they left me in this situation. I give it 0 star rating. My medical issues are too bad for me to handle anything to pick up or push . I regret paying the delivery fee sense it was no help at all . Date was 03/16/2024

We shop here a lot and normally have no issues. We tried to return some items and it was like pulling teeth because we lost our receipt but had proof on the app and bank account. Then we asked a different employee where the water heater insulation blankets are and she said they don't sell that there. We found them 2 minutes later ourselves

I went in to get some wood screws for some decking repairs. As usual I did a full lap of the store. I’m excited that they are bringing out all the spring seasonal items. This spring I’m looking to do some bbq’ing and smoking. I’m impressed with all the different types of grillsthat are on display. Everything from smokers to gas grills to pellet grills. To add, the amount of accessories that they have is impressive. They even added spices and rubs to choose from. Most importantly to me, they’re stocking different types of charcoal, pellets, and wood chunks and chips. That’s a game changer right there. It’s going to be a fun summer of cooking for sure.

Bought countertops through Papillion, Nebraska Lowe's. Fantastic pricing, selection, and customer service experience. Beware!! They use Premier Countertops in Omaha as their installers which has poor reviews. After my experience with them I also left a poor review. Main issue is they will wreck whatever backsplash you currently have in place during the demo of your old countertops. If you are planning on immediately replacing your backsplash after getting your new countertops, Premier might work out well for you..

Overall, I give Lowe’s the store 4 to 5 stars but I give the delivery service one to two stars. Their third-party delivery service is hit and miss. The first that came out was terrible. Did not install things correctly damage my walls made my carpet dirty, but Lowe’s swift response by sending another team out to fix it and repairing the damage gives Lowe’s five stars, just be careful who comes out the first time

Waited 20 minutes for a curbside pick up. I went inside, they grabbed the cart with my stuff that was just sitting there. I walked outside to my car, turned around and the cart is just sitting inside with no employee. I don't have time for these games.

I want to say it was refreshing the customer service from the people working in the store. Funny thing is, the nice customer service personnel are close to my age, 59, or former military personnel, like me. Very good move hiring these people to work at the store. Treat them right and they'll treat you right!!!

I went to have a kitchen designed for one of my customers, who's house I'm remodeling, after driving 40 minutes to get to Lowe's, I find out u have to schedule an appointment, that socks! Then I needed questions answered but could find no one to even help. And this was around 10am. Poor coice on my part I guess. Won't be going back for anything else. Very disappointed!!

Please have a conversation with your employees about what is and isn't appropriate in regards to interactions with customers and their children. One of the check-out assistant representatives adjusted my 1-year-old son's pants without my permission.

This place is a $h!7 $h0w. Notified me the day of during my delivery window that they would be not be delivering my mower and I needed to reschedule. This was after being notified the day before confirming my delivery and also confirming my address the day before that. When I called and spoke to a couple people I found out that it hadn’t been assembled yet. It was in stock when I ordered it 12 days ago but apparently the assembler didn’t put it together. Waiting until during the delivery window to reschedule the delivery due to their own incompetence is unacceptable. I’m done with this place. I had made plans and scheduled it for when I would be off work. Now they expect me to change my schedule because they are idiots. I cancelled my order and will shop somewhere else in the future.

We loved our experience at Lowe's. Terri Wortman, the salesperson was just awesome. She answered all of our questions gave us a great estimate, showed us the door features in detail and assured us that they would back their product in writing. So happy that we went to Lowe's because no one else had the storm door with a doggie door in it. And to top it off it cost us a lot less than we were planning. Great prices!

Lowe's is alright. I tend to like the brand's that Home Depot carries for tools better. Menards is great for wood, drywall and such, but there's nothing wrong with Lowe's. If you need something for around the house type projects they've probably got it.

This 5 star rating is for the cashier named Klao and the gentleman named Jim, that copied a key for my padlock. (The new key works like a charm) Their customer service skills are OFF THE CHARTS!!! Your help was greatly appreciated!! Lowes is lucky to have you both!! Stay FABULOUS!!!

The last two times I can say terrible customer service. Dealt with 2 different employees, both were absolutely rude, non helpful, and obnoxious. The young lady told me my order that was placed there was at the Dodge store, and she could not help me. No management to be found. I tried contacting the Dodge St. Site and was hung up on 5 times. Finally , I was walking into the store and hung up on again. Once there was told my order was at the Papillion location, oh yeah. Back there I went and after 3 seperate people my order was located. Not sure what is going on at this store but it has gone downhill and is spiraling out of control.

The ace hardwares used to be my one stop shop for everything, but they must also be a one stop shop for a lot of people because all of the items I always need are always picked clean. They say they restock every week but never seems to be the case. Their online shop says items are in stock but definitely is not the case.Came to this lowes and they had what I needed and then some and was able to locate it within seconds. Was in stock just like their website said tooI’m not going to ace hardware anymore

Absolutely do not have installation done by Keller interior, which is Lowe’s installer. I have been fighting to have my backsplash correctly installed for almost a year and now have a random broken tile for no reason other than poor install, the company does not respond or care.

We were there for about an hour and not one person offered assistance. Could not shop an entire aisle because there was misc stuff blocking the whole wall. There was a guy at pro services who watched us struggle to move stuff but didn’t move from his desk to help.

This may be the worst home improvement store I have ever been in. There are no associates or employees of any kind to be found. The one employee I did ask for help finding a bit organizer informed me they didn't have any and offered zero help. He couldn't even be bothered to stand up from his chair to help me. I had intended to buy a battery powered saw, but again, there was no one to help me and the one employee I did approach would not even get of his butt to help me. No one to help me check out either. I'm amazed anyone shops here.
