As my favorite store, I always enjoy a lot shopping there. Saw it on Google map saying they close at 11 pm. Was there 2 mins before 10pm. Staff there told me they close in 2 mins. I recommend them to update their business hours, but they say not under their control. So for the people going there in the future, here is their holiday hours.

I love going to this store to purchase some business casual clothes and some new pairs of work shoes. They have a ton of items on clearance, and the place is always organized. My hubby and I, were here four days ago, and we had fun shopping! We will definitely come back since we're both updating our wardrobes. We went into this store with an open mind. We have been to the other store on Center St., only to be disappointed with the condition of the store. They both have decent prices with good quality items. That being said, if you can find the items you want in your size, you should get a medal! Displaced items, garments all over the sales floor, and disorganized displays seem to be the norm. Oh well, if you have a couple of hours to kill and walk out with one or two things, this store is for you. ALSO, we were there for about 1/2 hr., 45 minutes, and the security alarm went off 3 times. No store personnel did anything about it.

Hit this store pre-holidays, but close-enough to matter. The large shopping floor and convenience of the layout made for easy shopping, even with a crowd. Great selection and some really neat stuff for just about everyone. Definitely recommend.

Store was not busy. Clerks were not interested in floor assistance or at checkout. Floors and surfaces needed cleaning. I did find the white camisole/undershirts I needed.

Burlington store is always clean and organized, and staff are always polite and patient, but there absolutely needs to be more cashier's, in the afternoon/evening/weekends.

This is a very good store for cute, trendy clothes and I always leave buying more than I planned to. Great comfy clothes for teens in a wide range of styles. They have a big and tall section for the guys. Sadly the shoe selection was a bit lacking for size 9 women's shoes, but for smaller feet there were plenty of options. They have some cute decor items as well, I found an adorable pink lamp and fluffy stool too. A little of everything, without breaking the bank.

I don't always have good luck finding just what I am looking for, but on this visit, I found everything I was looking for at prices I couldn't believe. I was able to get all the items on my list for less than a third of the price I would have had to pay at any other store.Also, the weather wasn't the best the night I went, but the people working in the store were in a great mood, and were very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate this. It is hard to find good customer service these days.

Giving Burlington 5 stars today mostly due to Samantha's customer service. She was polite, professional and kind. She even carried one of my purchases to my vehicle. The store was neat and organized as usual. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

The selection for kids has gone down hill. Love getting the matching outfits for my granddaughter. This is also the 3rd time I had to go back to the counter to get a security device removed for an item.

If I was rating on pricing a selection alone, I would have gone with 4-5 stars. However, the manager of the store has lost my business moving forward. I went to pick up a layaway today. There were some items missing, which was fine and I politely advised them of it. The manager over the 2-way radio starting huffing and puffing go find these missing items. She then brings up the items as she, in a loud voice, explains how tired, sick, and "over" she is with this layaway program and she hopes it is never offered again. Furthermore, I asked for a sack for these missing items her response was "I don't have bags for those". When clearly I was already holding a bag with my other items which was of a size that would have been able to accommodate the remaining items. Some folks really enjoy the layaway program and some may even rely on it given the current pandemic situation. No consumer needs the manager making them feel that their choice to do business with Burlington is an inconvenience or otherwise not welcomed. I spend A LOT of money at Burlington stores and as long as that gal runs the Papillon store, it will not be getting my business.

The store needs to be straightened out. The sizes are all mixed together. The stock is sadly depressing. I found a travel coffee mug and waited on line 15 minutes before being helped....and there was only one person ahead of me. The cashier had an attitude that was not pleasant. I said hello and she didn't even respond. Just told me how much I owed and took my money. I don't think I'll be going back there.

The last two times I have visited this location they were incredibly rude and shout at you as you’re walking in the door that they’re closing. Keep in mind both of these times were well over an hour away from their listed closing time. Then, they constantly announce their closing prematurely over the loud speaker every 10 minutes in such a hasty manner that you can’t even understand them. They don’t even try to hide the fact that they hate their jobs and can’t wait to leave. The place is always in such a disarray that you can’t find anything anyways. Absolutely miserable experience.

The store was a mess and the service at the registers was extremely slow. The cashier was more interested in chatting about their personal life to a customer than ringing her up. One customer left the line without buying her items because he was so slow and chatty.

I'd give negative stars if I could!! My cashier, was left alone while the other workers just walked on off. He had a massive line and was doing his best to get through the customers. He is visibly stressed and ends up in tears and apologizing!! I felt so sorry for him to be stuck in such a toxic work place and I hope he realizes his worth and gets out of there!!! Literally treat your workers better!! Absolutely Disgusting

I’ve gone to Burlington for a very long time, it’s a great story! Except in recent times, they have seemingly reduced some of the options of clothing they have. It is kind of sad to see that happen, but nonetheless, it is still an amazing place!

They do not have enough employees to run the store. One cashier at checkout and about ten people waiting in line. No other employees were seen around the store. The one employee at the register looked burnt out and overworked.

Very rude! No customer service, we got told by a worker “we are closing in 7 minutes” with a really bad attitude when we were on our way to the register and there were other customers still walking through aisles; talking and she did not mention anything to them. The cashier and manger rolled their eyes for bring an extra item to the register. If they hate their job so much then find another place where they do not have to be customer friendly! Only good part about this place was the worker welcoming you in, she was very polite other then that worst Burlington I have gone to!

Store manager at this location is terrible. Witnessed her being completely hostile towards her employees and got mad at us (the customer) because apparently she hates dealing with "layaway season people" thinking maybe this isn't a suitable career for her or she's a little burnt out. Completely unprofessional and I feel bad for anyone who works for her.

I drove 10 miles to come to this store, the store was still closed at 840 a.m. I called the store and the person said they were waiting for a cashier to come in to open the store. It is now 9am and I watched about 5 to 6 people walk in the store and the store is still not opened. I come to Burlington alot. If you are going to open the store at a different time you should post it on the window.

Large selection of fair to good prices clothes. Lots of other household items too. Very fast efficient cashier line system. The have a descent big and tall section too up to 5x. Lots of baby clothes and baby supplies.
