I was overcharged on 2 bags of weed/feed due to cashier price not reflecting sale price. On return the checkout staff failed to properly credit my card. Terrible service, I'm never going back.

I love Ace Hardware! I have been an Ace Rewards customer for years, which gives me access to more savings, whether I order online or in the store. The staff is always helpful and very happy. Their music system is outstanding, and I spent nearly 2 hours in the store!! My advice is to check out this fabulous store and enjoy the sounds of the '70s.

On several occasions, I have experienced poor or non-existent customer service. I've walked in the door and had associates walk right past me without offering help. Today, associate started arguing about price before getting any facts. Walked out and went to located at N. Saddle Creek where three employees greeted me and offered help. I avoid 84th and Center Westlake as much as possible.

There is no space to back up for truckers and the worst part is if you asked to the person who unload you how can I make to the dock the answer is its your job so means their customer service is zero ,don't think to come here stay overnight

Ace is a great store. And normally has good service as far as their employees. ,,The last time that I was in Ace eyebrowsed chatted with one of the guys stocking show talk to shop if you will had a handful of stuff took it to the cashier and realized that I needed to activate a new bank card. The response that I got from the cashier when I asked if I could step aside and let the gentleman behind me go whileI activate this card, he immediately asked me to open my jacket as if I had stolen or stuff something in a pocket so needless to say embarrassing insulted and probably will never step into that particular store again. Sorry Ace

Staff are friendly, always ask if I need anything. Good selection of merchandise although not as big as the larger chain hardware stores. Nice selection of plants and outdoor decor in the spring. They cut some metal pipe down for me for my pipe clamps for free. Store's always clean. Great place!

One of the things I love about Ace hardware is their selection of nuts and bolts and things like that, but also their staff is very friendly and helpful. It's one of the few hardware places where you can get knowledgeable help.

My usual go to hardware store. Very helpful staff (except a lone cashier who gave me attitude when I asked her to wear her mask over her nose) and quite a good selection thats kept in stock. Manager even helped find something in the clearance section based off my wonky description!

This is a great, neighborhood hardware store. I am always stopping by to pick up things for all sorts of projects. The store is clean, with a good turnaround on seasonal products. Most staff are nice and helpful, especially the owner. Overall, this is a very good store.

I will no longer shop at this Westlake Hardware because one of the clerks continues to wear shirts that depict trans kids. That is something that doesn't exist

Was greeted early on by an employee asking if I needed help finding anything. I know my way around this particular store fairly well, but did ask where one item was and she directed me on where to find it. The store is well laid out. Friendly staff and just what I need in a hardware store.

This could be the best Hardware Store in the state of Nebraska or Iowa!The staff is very well informed. The inventory is well presented and clean. you can drive up get help have a free coffee and done in nothing flat! Drive up get advice quick no line at checkout and most important always great sales!
