Fast and Quick location for everything Walmart. The store is maintained really well and it’s easy to navigate through. The register self check out was congested though. They didn’t have all of the open. One side was completely shut down. Being it was mid day they should have had many more open.

I go because if I need something now it's the best place to try.I don't know that anyone who works there wants to be there.Lines are slowGood lightingThey usually have stuff in stock... Unless you "order online for pickup" because you might not get an item if it was too hard to find

Will be awhile before I come an do grocery shopping here. After ringing the Baja Blast up, on shelf it clearly states $3.88, lady at the self checkout was adamant that they were $5.99, because of her display we were near.. After finishing paying, had my fiance stay near basket, an I tool picture of the shelf price. After showing her,she said to go to customer service.... Went there that was when Cynthia, verified picture and price and said she could give a refund, but only for 1 of the 4, that I overpaid for....

Went to Walmart to get a can of ac refrigerate for my truck at 9:30pm on may 8th went to the automotive aisle to look for it but didn’t see it when to ask one of the associates for help and they both said it’s around there somewhere but didn’t point where it was, came to be it was behind a glass shelves so i when to look for assistance to open the glass shelves so i can get one can no associate was to be found had to walk around and finally find someone to call for assistance to help me at the automotive aisle waited there for 10 minutes before i had to go find someone to call a associate to come open the glass shelves again then had to wait another 10 minutes with no help so i had to once again go find a associate with a key to open the glass shelves and came to be the same associate i ask where the ac refrigerate can was has a key to open the glass shelves. That blonde teenager was playing games with me and laughing and man i tell you what that piss me off. This quick grab turn into a half hour grab for one thing and all he was technically doing was wondering around in the back laughing!!!

Waited over 45 minutes for pick up. One guy spent 10 minutes on his phone in front of the door . Another guy had to deal with a messed up some poor girl order. Watched 4 cars just drive off w/o their order. Was hoping it’d speed things up for me but 20 minutes later still waiting

Every time I come here, I find myself getting a strange illness afterwards. This time it’s a stomach bug and last time it was covid. Horrible place.

I was having a really hard day and lost my card. When I walked up to the line wanting to use my Walmart pay the cashier was so kind and really helped cheer me up. I wish I got her name but it really made my day so much better.

Wouldn’t even give one star. I was harassed by asset protection about 2 min ago over a shirt they put on sale for $2 . Then asset protection and a cop come out as if I just stole hundreds of dollars of merchandise. Maybe don’t put items on sale if you plan on harassing customers who purchase these items . Never have I been more disgusted by Walmart as a whole and it’s store team .

We finished shopping for 13 grandkids on 12/23, and the store was still navigable and products available. It didn't take as much time as you'd think, and the cashiers were very speedy. The employees were fairly jolly and the store had a good feeling. Thank you, Walmart employees! You rock! Merry Christmas!

The employees are on edge here. I had one person go into a panic mode because I said no when she asked me if there was anything she could do to help. The other employees all seemed like they absolutely hated being there. I get you don’t have to be happy 24/7 but holy cow it was like walking into a morgue.

Literally takes 45 minutes just for someone to be able to help you unlock an electronic. Might as well get rid of the department if we can’t even buy anything. Like there’s 3 people there and instead of handing to key off while checking out the other customer they hold on to them like it’s not that hard bro

I wish I could give that store no stars at all! Rotten customer service! Terrible management!People used to get fired for telling customers "I don't care about you! If you don't like our service go to another company!" That is exactly what I was told last night by an electronics associate!From now on I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy.I'll tell everyone I know not to shop at Walmart.

I only go to this walmart because of the convenience. Most of the time they don't have the items I need. And there is only 1 cashier. Self check out is usually so long. Makes me want to not shop here.

While it may rank higher for cleanliness, i will NEVER give this Walmart on 72nd st more than 3 stars until the parking lot gains another entrance. literally the worst location in the city for parking. Why would both entrances/exits flow into the same street like that?!

The employees are extremely rude and obnoxious! I was detained and accused of shoplifting over a $6 bag of chicken from the deli that didn’t get scanned. Instead of taking me to the register to pay for it, they decided trespass me and have the police write me a citation for shoplifting. Mind you, I have my receipts that show that everything else was paid for. The Walmart staff and Walmart cop kept accusing me of giving them a fake name, because my name didn’t come up in their system. I have never been stopped nor accused of shoplifting ever in my life.

I don’t go to Walmart often. And when I do. I kick myself in the butt every time. My last visit was on Sunday 12/3. I was there by 7am. I was in a great mood. Getting things done.. feeling so productive. The customer service id horrible on every level.I’m starting to think that the first thing taught is how to upset your customers and piss them off. Which is exactly what happened.I promise you this.. it will be a cold day in hell when I return..So disappointed

Store was clean and well stocked. Would be nice if store associate would greet you hello when you come within 5 feet of each other and make eye contact. There was one associate pulling an order on the grocery side who did say hello. Must be a newer employee being I shop at this location at least twice a week and this was my first time seeing her

Don't order fresh produce from here on curbside pick up. The employees don't even look at what they are picking. I ordered strawberries, and they gave me a pack that was all moldy. Had to thow it away. This is common sense. Wth?

My only complaint is when supplies run low and I am unable to get in a one stop shop. Today it was yellow peppers, sesame sticks, mini pretzels, and a stain removal stick!

Walmart is remodeling their stores a lot of them are now more friendly for strollers to get through the lanes and wheelchairs. There's a lot of stuff on clearance they probably found when they were cleaning.

I'm disabled riding in a cart and I luckily had my husband with me because the cart quit and I changed 3 times. Terrible come on WalMart. I went to one in Omaha didn't look that busy that day and close to a retirement home and not one scooter anywhere. They just had a couple that worked.

The employees there aren't very helpful. I waited 25 mins after pressing the help button only to recieve no help while I see multiple employees stand around and watch but do nothing

My visit to Walmart was good. The only disappointing thing I found was that you couldn't find the woman's section as easy as you could find the men's section. I enjoyed by visit here. To he honest, this is like any other Walmart.
