This Walmart is among the worst I’ve been to. The lines to get out of the store. Electronics, socks, underwear locked up. No one anywhere around to help unlock them. Isles are just trashed and they need to reduce the amount of carts in the store so people aren’t inclined to leave them scattered in the parking lot.

Long lines, self checkouts aren't updated, so they're small, half of them are out of service, and there are hardly any cashiers. Only 2 lines open. If I could get in and get out quickly it would have been a better experience. I don't want to wait in long lines for a couple of items.

It was clean and organized. For once, I didn't have my usual fit of anxiety that I get from Walmarts. Actually enjoyed my stay.

Self checkouts are closed "due to theft" since it got warm out the looters must be swarming. Always a super long wait to get anything behind a lock and key from them and the checkout lines are ridiculously long. You have customers who have no experience or training doing the job of cashier while just one employee stands there waiting for someone to mess up. I see why people just get everything delivered to their house now. Huge waste of time every time.

I noticed that they already have Valentine Day stuff out on the shelves. Walmart employees are really on top of new product stocking and old or after holidays discounting. The employees are doing a really great job and they should have more incentives to thank their employees for a job well-done! I am very impressed with how good the shelves look so neat and tidy, well-stacked, rotated, and push forward, floors look clean and the store smells really good, as well as the bathrooms are kept stocked and clean. Great job!

Typical Walmart. Lots of check stand lanes and only two open. Both self-service ends were open and we're backed up with people. Does Walmart have a clue how many more people would go there if you didn't have to wait an hour to get checked out? Absolutely hate going there yet it was the only place on my way home.

Trash! They’re funneling people through 2 cash registers at 10pm I’ve seriously spent 25 min just standing in line. Ordering for pickup is no better, last week I sat in my car for 30+ min waiting for my order n had to call twice the 2nd call they said they were finishing up my order.. when the app tells me they’ve finished my order you’d think that should be accurate..

Walmart was Walmart. Real reasonable on some things but I think some things are pretty high. I've noticed alot of prices going up which the public won't like. If they keep going up, then people might think about going to other places. If the prices are the same why not. But all in all I love Walmart. I can and do all my shopping in 1 store including Vets.Thank You Walmart for being the store you are. I take my dog with me every time and he is just spoiled in there by employees and customers both. Worst place to pick up groceries. Had missing items then no one would answer the phone. Flip flopped from department to department. Usually friendly staff doesn't make up for gross incompetence.

Worst Walmart in Omaha! Go anywhere else if possible. The lines are long, and they blame it on theft... No other Walmart in the area comes close to being this bad. This place needs new management.

See the other complaints about the incompetent mgmt here seems to be. See the other review about how Customers often stand lined up for 30 minutes at self check out while mgmt stands there, looking unconcerned, and cart corrals just sit empty waiting to be refilled.WORST WALMART IN OMAHA, BY FAR!

I did an online order yesterday they didn't put four of my main items in the bag I tried calling up there no answer for two days is rude. Bad customer service, they always rude. Still trying to have someone pick up the phone. I'm moving my online order to a different store this store is not it bad Walmart don't go

Selection of products is good. Great even. And it is great to have a Walmart that serves this community. What is not great however, is that this Walmart shut down almost every register and only had a few open despite a LONG line. For some reason, Walmarts in West Omaha don’t have this kind of problem. I can only guess that it is possibly a racially motivated action by shutting down almost every register. It is humiliating and frustrating. I took the photo from back by the clothes but the line went on even longer. It is a problem with an easy solution. Open more registers and don’t treat people living in this community like criminals. It is 2022 Walmart, not cool.

8:15 AM. Employees all over the store, but only 2 self-checkout lanes open. Customers waiting to check out were backed clear out into the main grocery aisle. At least 10 employees in the checkout area and none of them were making any moves to open more registers. They just stood around talking to each other.I called the store, and when someone finally answered, it was just another apathetic smart aleck who absolutely does not care.It's a surreal experience. But I guess this is Walmart today. Weird.

I don't shop at Walmart often and when I do it is typically during the day. I went in the evening this time for a needed purchase. The prices were reasonable and the shelves were stocked well. The store overall looked clean and very tidy throughout the multiple departments I walked through! I also appreciate the store within my community to supply jobs. Unfortunately, the common practice that keeps me away from Walmart happened again during this visit...33 check out lanes with only 2 cashiers and both were at the self checkout. I prefer an actual cashier as I don't care to check myself out or feel like I'm working for a store where I came to shop. The lines were very long, making my time in the store longer than I wanted. In addition, they locked the doors next to where I parked. On one hand, I was appreciative that the store was there, open, reasonably priced, and clean, and on the other hand I was annoyed that Walmart disrespected my time again with only 2 self checkout cashiers. Great customer service and great prices both mean a lot to me, so I'm always teetering between like and dislike with Walmart.

“Miss Ramona” racially profiled me and called me nasty names for no reason. She rolled her eyes when I asked about an item if it was in stock; and I asked if she was able to check the stock at another store. She rolled her eyes and walked off stating “isn’t my problem”. Rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a Walmart.

I was rudely disrespected by one of the front-end managers. I just wanted to ask a question. The manager threw her hands at me and refused to answer my questions. I have never been treated so badly. It was 7 am . How are you so angry first thing in the morning. Much prayer for friendly workers.

If I could leave a zero I would. My husband went to exchange a skillet and they stated they didn't do exchanges at this location. The after asking to speak with a manager, 3 individuals later, he was threatened by a member of the staff. I have formally filed a complaint with corporate but after the threat we will be seeking legal counsel. He was respectful and polite but the last associate was had no right to threaten anyone.

This is one of the worst Walmarts I've ever been to. There were no carts at either entrance and no hand baskets. The self checkout was a joke. Only 3 of the computers were working, and only 2 actual lanes with cashiers were open. There are plenty of employees just walking around, but no one to collect carts. When I asked a lady at the front entrance where I could find hand baskets, she didn't even know, but she suggested I go get a cart from the parking lot....We waited in the self checkout for almost 20 minutes for only a handful of items.The women's bathroom looks nice upon entry, but it was actually disgusting and not maintained.Do not recommend going here.
