This review is for the optical center within Walmart. I'm not sure why they don't have their own spot to place a review as they should be recognized. I took a friend of mine in to get her glasses. We were met by three very helpful ladies. Flora inquired about our visit and immediately asked for my friends insurance information and eye prescription so that she could prepare an estimate. The other two ladies assisted in finding frames that looked great on my friend. (I didn't get their names, sorry) There was a good selection of frames to choose from. By the time we picked out frames, Flora was ready to measure and fit the lenses. She was prepared with the price because she focused on that while my friend picked frames. They displayed really great teamwork to make the process easy. We did not feel rushed. They welcomed all of our questions and made our visit a success. My friend is handicapped and they tended her so gently. She said she has never had such a great experience getting glasses. Thank you to Flora and her teammates! Fantastic customer service.

I’m so shocked and absolutely disgusted by what happened to me with the location today. I had groceries delivered and one of the items was chicken breasts. The person who shopped my order sent my family chicken that is swollen and looks expired, but they ripped off the expiration date so I can’t even check, which makes this feel very intentional. Please be careful if you use any service from this location, someone working here doesn’t care if they poison your family.

They allow a family - a mom, and elderly lady with two kids to walk around the store with a full cart DAILY and ask every single customer to pay for their groceries. If you tell them you don't have cash they respond with "I don't speak English. You can use your card" and then she says how urgent it is that you need to buy the groceries the kids are starving, grandma needs to sit and that the milk will spoil. If you respond with no, she will have her kids bumping into you and rocking your cart and looking up at you really sad. They will walk beside you around the store till they spot another customer. If you do give them cash they will continue following you till you get to check out and make it awkward, then they break off again looking for new customers. The father is always outside the front of the building parked in a brand new car.

Check out was very confusing and few real checkers. Also, customer service is lacking. They have alcohol under lock and key with a button to press for assistance. I pressed 3 times, and no one ever came. They lost our business on that item. Won't be back.

The experience I just had at this Wal-Mart just confirmed for me that I will absolutely never be shopping at Wal-Mart ever again. All I needed to buy was a $3.88 screwdriver set, and it took me over 45 minutes to do so. First of all, they were locked behind a glass case (which is ridiculous that a 4 dollar item is locked in a case, but besides the point). So they have a button to press if you need to get something out. Great. I press it. I wait. I wait. Wait some more. After 10 minutes goes by no one has come by, so I go looking for an employee to flag down. About 10 aisles down the way, I find an employee who says he cannot unlock the cases but that he will go find someone who can. I go back to the screwdriver aisle and wait another 10 minutes. Still no one comes. I go find the same employee again, who assures me that an employee with a key is on the way. I go back to the screwdriver aisle and wait another 10 minutes. At this point it has been almost half an hour. An employee who I assume is FINALLY here to unlock the case and get me my FOUR DOLLAR screwdriver set is here, so I ask her to unlock the case and she replies that she doesn’t have a key either. Now why I didn’t just leave and go to the Home Depot across the parking lot where I know I could get in and out in 5 minutes because they actually care about their customers is beyond me. Anywho, the same employee comes back with a key about 5 minutes later, unlocks the case, and REFUSES to give me the FOUR DOLLAR screwdriver set. Instead, she walks me to a register that is on the complete opposite side of the store, sets my FOUR DOLLAR screwdriver set on the counter, and tells one of the employees in the electronics department to deal with me and rudely walks away. After FINALLY buying my FOUR DOLLAR screwdriver set, I walk up to the front to see if there is a manager I can speak to about the horrific service I just received, and all of the employees completely refused to talk to me. Whenever I walked up to an employee they would just pretend they had to go do something and turn around and walk the other way. It’s insane to me that Wal-Mart is as huge of a company as they are with the horrifically bad level of service they provide their customers. I will never be shopping at a Wal-Mart store ever again and highly encourage others to do the same. I have NEVER had a negative experience at a Target, but it’s almost always a mess when I go to Wal-Mart. The saying you get you pay for rings true here.

At vision center to get new contacts. Service has been less than professional. Lady didn’t seem to know how to use machines, I wasn’t prompted to look in any specific places during tests(I just knew because I’ve been so many times). Was asked numerous questions that I had already filled out on paper. Never had this kind of experience at this location.

Was treated horribly at this Walmart. My wife and I stopped here after driving 500 miles on are way to California (Active Duty military), my wife needed a tooth brush and a change of clothes, we also wanted to buy some white claws and the check stand person refused to sell me alcohol because my wife forgot her ID. Even tho I was paying for everything and had a valid ID. I will never spend money at a Walmart ever again if I can help it.

If I could give no stars I would. The old greeting guy near the doors stopped my fiance and I and started implying that we stole the vacuume we just bought. Not only did he make rude faces at us when we couldn't find the receipt, but the guy was extremely unprofessional. We walked back to the self check and he told us that we were "guilty" because we didn't bag our huge heavy boxed vacuume. After standing there with everyone watching us which was very embarrassing, we were told to just go because to check the transaction history they'd have to shut down that self check machine (and contact old guys supervisor which he didn't want to do) womp womp. Thank God we actually did find our receipt mixed in with our groceries and he did apologize but honestly you could tell he was just pissed to be proved wrong. Very unprofessional very inappropriate. He literally could've just stopped us and kindly said "hey since it's a big item can you please show me your receipt?" Instead of fully accusing us of trying to steal a vacuum from the git go.

I got here and went straight to the bakery and asked this one nice lady if she could write on a cake I’m planning to get, and out of nowhere this one vampire lookin guy name ALEX came out of nowhere and said NO! This lady ignored his comment and said she could do it which I really appreciated her so much for doing this for me despite the rude comments and the whisper he did right in front of me. ALEX unless you’re the CEO OF WALMART don’t ever talk to me like that ever again !

This review is specifically related to my experience in the optical department. I needed a new pair of glasses and my usual optician was closed for the day. Having a bit of time after shopping for a few groceries I was curious to see what type of selection Walmart optical had. Wow was I pleasantly surprised!! I "narrowed my choices down" to 12, then 4 and ultimately 2 frames. Fabienne in particular was so professional, knowledgeable and just plain fantastic to work with . I ordered 2 pair of glasses for a great price and am so excited to get them home so I can wear them!

On March 13, 2024 I placed an online order on Walmart's website for a Playstation 5 Special Edition Spider man disc version. There was a promotional banner at the top and bottom of the page that, along with this purchase, I would receive a free Meta Quest 3. There was an asterik on that promotional banner. I clicked on it and the only stipulation was that the game that was included with the Meta Quest 3 was that the game is not for anyone under the age of 17.I placed the order fully expecting that I would recive this free gift. That promotional banner has since been removed. I placed the online order but the free Meta Quest 3 was not listed in my cart during the checkout process. I also did not receive the item when my Playstation was delivered.I have called a dozen times. Sent emails I was instructed to send then have those emails bounce back as undeliverable. Been lied to & gaslighted by customer service that if I click on the banner it will show that it was a free Meta Quest game being offered, not the Meta Quest itself. That's because Walmart removed the original offer that I took a screenshot of & changed it because they know someone made a HUGE mistake.I just want to know when can I expect the free gift that was advertised on your website along with my purchase?! Will my free gift be shipped, delivered or will I need to pick it up at my local store?!UPDATE--As expected Walmart' denied ever having posted the promotion. It's no wonder they are closing stores nationwide. Greedy corporations & shady business practices are no longer being tolerated by consumers. What was once a great business is now going the way of Blockbuster. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!

One of the worst designed checkout layouts I've ever seen. You'll easily double your time here just by this checkout which appears to have been designed by a 5 year old. Avoid this place if you want to keep your sanity.

Dawne the manager here said there's nobody to help at money center in a 15 deep line while she sits and does nothing lol. Why the hell she the manager when nothing is getting done. Definitely avoid this walmart. Managers don't help struggling employees

Do not shop here. We had 2 items but left in disgust. There were only a couple of cashiers and half a dozen self checkouts open. The other 75% were closed. The checkout line ran out of the checkout area, down the main aisle, and disappeared after winding through the produce department.

Pretty good stuff on reasonable price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Well maintained stock and clean floors. Easy to search any item and get billing done. It has huge parking.

Good selection and prices but why in the heck do they put products on the top shelf where you need a ladder to get at them? If you do that Wal-Mart, at least leave some short ladders or step stools around. Couldn't find anyone to help and had to go grab a step ladder off the shelf in hardware.

I love Walmart. Really. But it just feels so disorganized with stuff everywhere, not to mention it’s hard to find what you’re looking for without whipping out your phone. In terms of prices, doesn’t seem much cheaper than target if you do price matching in the store. I come here for frozen food and some pantry staples, anything else I might check out Ross or target online for much better deals. My kid likes the toy section and I appreciate they have some affordable options. The photo center was good. Their return policy is much better than target’s but it’s a shame I don’t buy much here besides food.

Popcorn was spilled all over the place. Nintendo Switch Kiosk was broken. Lines were too long. Shelves are not restocked most of the time in food areas. The only good thing is the clothes are always folded nicely.

Front men's room - the air vent blew lint all over me while using the toilet. The latch on the door was broke. The TP dispenser fell off the wall. Otherwise the store was ok.

It's a typical Walmart. Not much what to say. This is my preferred Walmart in the area if I really MUST go to Walmart for something. It tends to have better selection of things I need than other locations. I do wish they had a bigger DVD section. Decent toy section. I prefer going during their sensory friendly hours for neurodivergent shoppers. It also feels a bit of a "safer" location for queer individuals than some other Walmarts in Omaha that are definitely unsafe and unwelcoming. Not great tho. Just a typical unhappy uncomfortable big box experience.

Why does Walmart make the Salvation Army sit outside to ask for donations? On my visit to this store, it was snowing, and the gentleman taking donations looked cold. Let's do better for the people who do so much for the country.

OSL that does the phones are nothing but scammers. Told me my bill was gonna be around $150 ended up $360!!!!! Never trusting Walmart or its people to sell me anything again. Groceries only!!

No organization. I or at least three times trying to find green and red M&M. They we're not in the candy aisle, nor in the baking aisle. I wasted 30 minutes walking around that store and I went to check out in the self-checkout. I asked the lady who works at self-checkout, do you not have any red and green plain M&Ms in a larger bag? She said yes they're right here. They were right next to the self-checkout. Why would you put them there and not in the candy aisle? Very very frustrating.

The guy in customer service couldn't answer a basic question or any OTHER questions. The next person directed me across the store because she couldn't help me either. Finally got someone who was willing to try but had to ask 3 other employees how they could assist me. This took 30 minutes but at least I got what I needed accomplished!
