The store is fine. But the pharmacy is so bad im paying extra to go to CVS. They have failed no less than 4 times in the past few months to get my prescriptions filled when I ordered online. When I ask for shipping nothing has happened 2 times. I call and ask them to be manually entered and shipped....They just get placed as pickup. Please, literally because your life may depend on it. DO NOT USE this store.

Most consistent pharmacy in town. Consistent at being understaffed and telling you it will be 15 mins. Then forgetting all about you as you wait for half an hour l. Just to have to get back in the 20 min long line again. Basically make sure you have at least 1.5 hours of time.

They’re short-staffed every time. If you need a prescription, prepare to wait considerably and be helped by someone rude who is obviously overworked and underpaid. Their automated system that tells you when your prescription is ready lists an earlier estimate without fail. So prepare to waste your time thinking they’re ready for you. It will definitely take longer than expected.

Outside the store is disgusting… on the side of the building which is on walnut st there are overgrown and not taken care of bushes that is full of trash, and I mean garbage along with whatever else is left by the homeless that hide out in those bushes. It has not ever been taken care of in the past 2 years of me living in the area. It’s a beautiful neighborhood but trash is always a problem and this Walgreens is full of it.

They are rude, and the pharmacy takes at least an hour to pick up a prescription. So, be prepared. I understand people are short staffed, but they just slowly walk around with a line down the aisle. They need to at least try to look busy.

The pharmacy has gotten ridiculous. Failing to fill orders for days, long wait times, placing delivery orders as pickup instead. It's really bad and I'm looking for other alternatives now because of it. Store is fine, good sales and selections. But I don't go there anymore because I hate the pharmacy so much.

At the pharmacy. Wait in line for 20 minutes to speak with someone with a bad attitude. Just to get told they don't have your prescription ready. Informed I have to wait 20 minutes then get back in a 20 minute line again. Meanwhile my voicemail is full of messages because they call you multiple times to say it's ready. I'll go some where else.

If I could give 0 stars I would… the pharmacy techs are either mentally impaired or just completely apathetic. The pharmacist were working hard and fast but the techs were not trying to serve the customers quickly. I will NEVER come to this Walgreen’s again!

I prefer to shop late at night to avoid the crowds, so Walgreens is my main shop! Rick is absolutely helpful and pleasant to deal with and I can get almost everything I need in one trip. Love Walgreens!

If I could give zero stars I would this pharmacy has 5 people working and only one person helping customers I was told at 5 my prescriptions would be ready in 15-20 minutes and I came back at 8pm and was told they were still not ready after I stood in line for 30 minutes

The line is always long. There is always 4 people filling and only 1 working the counter. And to top it off, my script called for 2 per day for 5 days. They only filled 5 pills! How am I supposed to trust a pharmacist that can't handle basic math and customer service?

Yes they are short staffed but who isn't! Sadly it doesn't help when they get robbed often. 24 hours a day is no longer safe. Walgreens needs to revisit their hours of operation.

This store needs help from their corporate office. Short staffed, drive thru is extremely outdated, appearance extremely poor, huge pot holes, trash everywhere, so sad for a multi million dollar company!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Been going here 20 yrs and never had the experience I've had of late. I chose this particular one because not only was it close to my home, but it offered the 24hr drive thru, a necessity when you have small children. Well, currently since there is a lack of employees and pharmacist you can plan on sitting in the single line for up to one hour, during the 8 hrs of operation. The second line hasn't been open since covid. They have one pharmacist, that is beyond overworked and a bunch of assistants that have not a clue. I am switching to CVS, and hopefully I won't have this problem as often as I've had here.

Absolutely terrible drive thru service. I am saying this as a person who has refilled scripts at a lot of different pharmacies. Never again. Tonight was the nail in the coffin . Had a vital BP refill which was supposed to be ready (notified via the app), waited in the drive thru line and was told it wasn't ready and to come back. With 2 fussy toddlers in tow, we came back at the agreed upon time and waited for an hour...in LINE. Will be switching maintenance meds to a reputable and efficient pharmacy in the morning. This is my first 1star review.

The pharmacy is slower than snails! When there is more than 5 people in the pharmacy and there’s a line inside and in the drive through they can’t seem to comprehend the concept of getting more than one person on a register. This pharmacy is a joke!

Very non professional. Very confusing....had to wait about 3 days while catching the bus each time to this location in the cold. I called to see if the confusion with the urgent care was cleared up. The woman I spoke to said the prescription was ready. I went in and a male pharmacist got smart while not explaining the issue. I have insurance and still had to pay for a prescription.

The store is good and everything same as the works just the security gard I went with my family at night on Monday October 16 around 8 or 9 at night and that security followed me around like we where going to steal something just because I am Hispanic he has to do that he even followed me all the way outside but the customer service and works where find same as the store

I’ll give three stars, because one bad experience won’t outweigh my other visits at this location. I have NEVER had an issue with this location, no matter how long I’ve had to wait in line, I’ve never complained because I get it, staff is lacking everywhere. Today, however, I went through the drive up and the elder lady attending the drive up was RUDE from the beginning. This location is my selected and preferred location for prescriptions as my daughter takes medication daily and I needed a pharmacy that had longer hours than others. But Back to the RUDE Pharmacist, I tell her I’m there for a pick up, and with the most annoyed voice she asked for the last name, she tells me nothing is there. And I ask If she’s sure because I got A message saying it was ready for pick up. Again, this location is my pick up location, she then rolls her eyes and says “I keep having this argument all night”, she then again very annoyed asks for DOB, I provided her with it and she says, “maybe if you read your messages you’d know it’s not at this location” and proceeds to tell me the store number. I let her huff and puff and she gives me the address of the location. And I tell her “thank you but you don’t have to be so rude. And she goes, “yes it does” and tell her, “no where in the actual text does it give you the address or location of where the prescription is at” she then goes “well maybe you should click on the link” with the nasties attitude ever. I probably should have clicked the link, but when you have selected a specific location of preference for prescriptions, you don’t think the Dr. will send it to a different location out of no where without letting you know. Regardless, instead of being a completely nasty person with a horrible attitude, she should be taught to have patience and educate people so she doesn’t have the same issues “all night” and she’s stated. Or maybe she should just pick a different profession since dealing with people is OBVIOUSLY not her forte.

The absolute most AWFUL lady working the drive up today. Rude, unprofessional and just down right horrible customer service. I get that that job is probably very stressful and they probably do deal with alot of rude people themselves but if you can't take the heat get out the kitchen lady sheesh!!Update: after reading other reviews I can see someone had an almost identical experience with who I'm assuming is the same elder lady this evening. Do better walgreens!

I could go on for paragraphs about this place being so slow. There is no reason I should have to wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru to pick up a prescription. There was one car in front of me. If they are getting a prescription note to fill (which who does that anymore) they should be required to go inside or drop off the note and come back at a later time. If I have to take an hour to get a prescription I shouldn’t be having to pay for it. To make matters worse the lady was rude to me when I was giving my information for the prescription. Usually I can handle some waiting or the person is atleast nice, and yes I know being a pharmacist or tech is stressful, but there is no reason to make me wait that long and then show attitude. Absolutely ridiculous and I am not coming back here for prescriptions.

Walgreens is a good place to go when you're in a hurry and don't have the time to stop by the supermarket or need to grab one or two items. They sells wide variety of cosmetics and hygiene products, and toiletries, as well as snacks, stationary, greeting cards, OTC medications, soda, alcoholic beverages, some children's toys, books and magazines, and typically it's no prob to get in and out in a timely manner.

Walgreens is cool, but just like with a convenience store prices are a bit higher. Except beauty products, they are in line with Walmart. I buy a lot of kiss nails and lashes and quite often they have buy 1 get one 50%

Tyler is an extremely inept manager. He's rude, simple minded and worst of all he stands there and just giggles rather than giving a decent explanation of their "store policy". Another issue I have with this mess of a store is that they are completely fine with having one s-l-o-w cashier. There was a line of 14 people waiting, the cashier was a miserable shrew who, like Tyler should have quit this job months ago. As for the pharmacy staff, they can't count. They shorted me 30 pills on my prescription and charged me full price so I quit going to the pharmacy. Go elsewhere.

*****UPDATE: If I could give this store zero stars, I would.Tonight was the third time we have called in complaints to corporate and reported this pharmacy. Their phone message states that the pharmacy is open 24 hours, and that they take a lunch break between 1:30 and 2:00 AM. The drive through window has corporate signage stating that they close at 10pm.Twice in the past week, they have tacked up a homemade sign stating that they have closed the drive through window early (both times WELL before the 10pm time listed on the window - 60 to 90 minutes). The cardboard-and-sharpie sign instructs people to come into the store for assistance at the main pharmacy counter. My family is high-risk for covid; we don't go into stores for health reasons.Walgreens pharmacy OBVIOUSLY need to adjust their staffing, scheduling or -better still- they need to close the in-store counter and only accept drive through orders for the rest of the night if they are having issues. It's safer for their employees and their customers in a pandemic, anyway. *******This pharmacy constantly tells you to come back in 20 minutes - they don't start to fill the rx until you arrive. Doesn't matter how long it's been since the prescription was called in, if you call before, or if your doctor asks them to fill it ASAP. I have contracted corporate about this and received zero response.

Only one of two Walgreens open 24 hours in Omaha as far as I'm aware of so that's convenient. I would say 132nd is a little more organized and efficient out of the two 24 hour Walgreens. Safe to go to but just an interesting environment during that time after midnight in that area.
