My local walgreens should be ashamed. Everyday for the past 3 weeks the drive through is closed. Some people cannot get out of their cars to get meds. Why is the drive thru closed. Not to mention the elderly. Has sign saying the "drive is out of order" no ur store is "out of line" disgrace. I'm going back to CVS for my med pick up. Also keep an eye out for expired food and thawed then refrozen foods. Shame on walgreens.

Well I'll be there tomorrow because 24 an Vinton couldn't get it right a took back my over the counter products ( healthy benefit card) an they can't find out why in being charged an took all my money on my card now no food! Well if they give back the money I'll be there where I know I'll get good customer service!

I was just in this Walgreens and I was looking round to see if they had and good sales on makeup and hair products didn’t see any I then Went up front and grabbed the adds paper to see bout anything else didn’t see any, the manager Comes up to me and asked me if I need a basket I said no thanks and she just stood there, and I was walking away and she’s like what about a basket for everything that you put in your purse; I said I don’t have anything in my purseShe said well my cashier said she seen you put some stuff in your purse I open up my purse right then on the spot and she looked in and she’s like OK .I spend a lot of money at this Walgreens and I’m definitely disappointed. you need to get some people in there that know how to do their job And don’t accuse people of stealing when they didn’t I’ll never go back there again

This Walgreens has Everything I need while I'm there! I refill Rx's, buy things I need and more!The manager, Store staff and Pharmacy staff are there to answer any question I've asked.Plenty of parking while easily located within my neighborhood.Prices are reasonable especially In their ads. Anyone can always find items to purchase IN the Walgreens ad.Plus Do get your Blue Walgreens discount cards that are wallet size and key chain accessible. I use mine when shopping at Any Walgreens.Plus the points on this Amazing little card ADD UP Fast, which can be applied to Many of your purchases!Great feature on this card and I Love the color of this card, soft blue with Red W!Never a downside here at My Walgreens.*I never used the Drive through pharmacy, YET! But I may in near future 😊👍👏👏👏👏👏

Way to go, promoting from within in a cornerstone of the American Dream. Thank you Wal Greens for being so patriotic! All is well at 24th and L! My last visit to the pharmacy was delightful as well, the three ladies working at that time were incredibly helpful and even nicer.

I’ve never had a problem with this Walgreens, it’s always been my go to but I had some medicine get sent in for my son and I was waiting in line with my baby sick in the car for an hour and when I finally got to the window the lady said “the medicine is not ready yet do you want to come back tomorrow or in an hour” so inconvenient, my son can NOT wait to get his medicine the next business day because he’s in pain. They need to work on their staff and maybe she could have asked to send the medicine somewhere else, as I can not wait longer because they are “short staffed” and have my baby continue being in pain. BAD SERVICE.

Worst customer service experience ever. Unprofessional snobby employees. I was waiting in drive thru to get my prescription 3rd in line, they served the people in front of me and when I got to window, they ignored me for 5 minutes so I ring the bell and he tells me they are closed. Very rude and Unprofessional. I will be changing pharmacy Pronto.

I went to purchase a couple of new fragrances yesterday. I waited at the cosmetics counter (pushed the "help me" button) for several minutes. Nobody ever responded. So I won't be back to this location, because they obviously don't want my money.

Easily the most inconvenient Walgreens I've ever called! They'll make you wait on hold for 20+ mins, and then hang-up on you before you can even speak.

Walgren's store @ 24th & L. 6/28/15. I approached a clerk, Christine, male at this store and then I informed him that an item that was advertised in today's flyer was not on the shelves. He went back and checked and then reported to me that the item was not available. When I asked why it wasn't in stock he did not know. I told him that I had a reasonable expectation of finding an advertised item in the store. He stated that "he did not want eggs" I was flustered by his rudeness. Instead of getting a "rain check" an idea I later remembered, I left upset and devalued as a customer. I chose not to buy other items that I wanted. Maybe he should be placed in the role of consumer permanently.

This store needs to be bought out by CVS. It would solve so many problems. Bad customer service due to the abused employees. A lot of stuff this store is not telling the customers. But of course everybody goes for the convenience nobody has morals.

Hands down worst Walgreens in Omaha! 5 employees in store and only one cashier ..16 people in line ..no one helped the cashier. I asked the team lead to help and he got smart and rude with me.

Not only does it always take forever in line to get your medication, the pharmacy never fails to have an issue with my prescription! I can not tell you how many times they've called and said a prescription was ready only for me to go there wait in line for 10 minutes and be told its not there! It is the biggest waste of time in my entire life. I'm not sure if they're just ill staffed or have issues with the technology, but getting medicine from this walgreens is nearly impossible.

I had an appointment for booster at 10:30a I arrived before 10:15a. At 11a they come out and call someone else and gave a shot. I asked that person after the shot was given what time was their appointment they said 11:15a . Well an hour later I receive mine. Thanks but none of my business will come your way.

Asked the lady in photo if they make copies of photos and she said no in a smart ass voice so i then asked her if she knew anyone that does again she said no so i went to the front desk check out and asked her she said yes we do... So i went back to the photo department and she completly ignored me do after waiting a sec for her to answer me i said okay since u dont want to help me ill contact your manager... Abousolutly rude and will not be going back!
