Never have my prescription in stock. When you select delivery it must only be a suggestion because they never deliver it and then call you repeatedly to come pick it up. I go to pick up my prescription that is already paid for thru the drive thru and wait 15 min behind 1 car. If someone’s prescription is not ready, perhaps you should tell them to come back vs wasting mine and the other 4 cars who are in line’s time. Also, if you have delivery, then deliver.

In town visiting and needed to get COVID testing done before flying home. Despite all the things going on right now the process was incredibly quick and easy at this location and the pharmacy staff were very friendly and efficient. Was in and out in minutes, had my results within a couple hours. Will definitely be back.

I got the Pfizer vaccine here and the pharmacist was really nice!! I never caught his name but he was super helpful and calm. I'm a HUGE cry baby with needles, but he made the process smooth and was really understanding!

Our first visit to this location, my Husband and I were greeted politely. A store employee Pearl has a great personality, helpful polite professional and very welcoming.Thank you Walgreens and Me. Pearl we will definitely return.

I was discriminated against in the photo department. I’m a young black girl and I wanted my passport photo taken. But two ladies tried to pull one over on me saying that my passport would be rejected because I was wearing my curly hair in a high bun. That was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. If I can wear my hair up in my drivers license photo then I can do the same for my passport photo. The lady in the photo department had a terrible attitude and I don’t recommend going there for photo purposes.

Pharmacy is terrible. Everyone outside the pharmacy is awesome. It has been 2 times now they refuse to split my pills in half for the correct dosage, once in person, which was extremely rude and once using the online portal- unprofessional and comes across that they don’t care for my business so I will be taking it elsewhere. Very disappointed, as I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for a long time.

I use this pharmacy for all my prescriptions. I think this pharmacy is great. Friendly staff, good pharmacists, and very little "middle man" interaction between you and your doctor.Just call in your refill or drop off your prescription and come back in a couple hours.If you use Walgreens and live in west Omaha, this is the best one.

Always get my persciptions here. The staff in the Drive-Thru are pretty nice the staff that helps you in the store at the pharmacy usually tend to have an attitude. I'd rather take the time to sit there and wait in line then go inside.

It's Walgreens... Pharmacy workers are not friendly or ever really available. The employees outside of their pharmacy after friendly and helpful. Walgreens pharmacy workers are the sole reason I will never forget a prescription at Walgreens again if I can help it

By far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I don't mind shopping here for other items but picking up prescriptions is a pain.

Lazy service. We asked if they had Phase 10 in the back because it was out of stock in the front and all they said is "not that I know of". Didn't make an effort to actually go look. If you need anything that might be in the back don't expect them to go get it.

Website is terrible, you sign in and all it wants is more personal information and for you to sign up for auto refills on every prescription you’ve ever had.
