I order pictures all the time and walgreens on lake were absolutely amazing I picked up my pictures I had 2 orders. Took a minute to get both orders but they communicated with me while waiting waiting. Got home pictures didn't turn out like I hoped I called they they knew who I was told me to put in a new order and they be happy to fix them. So I did I picked them up and not only did they fix the approx 12 pictures out of 100 they re printed all of them. Thank you walgreens. 😊 I love having pictures to have for my children and to remember all the memories. And I appreciate everything. 🙏

Management is very disrespectful not only to customers but also to vendors. I overheard the manager yelling to the chip guy for god knows what reason. Very disruptive to my shopping experience and no one deserves what that manager said.

I think they may have had a change in management/staff? The manager talked to me on my last few visits. This last time he helped me and made a point of saying he wants people to feel welcome and come back. Everyone else I've had contact with seemed to be making an effort, too.Their candy is still labeled incorrectly though, which has caused me minor inconvenience. I also wish their selection would improve, but I think that's just the area.

Always appreciate the store associates greeting me. Enjoy the ice cream, snacks, and whatever daily item you can think of. The variety isn't too pressure but it's a small store.

The manger i spoke on the phone with was so disrespectful. Im asking questions trying to come up with a solution and her tone of voice and the answers she was giving me sounded like she just wanted to get rid of me. When i only talked to her about 15 seconds. Very disappointed and she shouldn't be a manger if thats how she talks to people. PERIOD!

Thank you Walgreens 30th and Lake- for your example of corporate micro aggression on the highest level. “ The masks are available at tens of thousands of pharmacies and 100-200 community health centers across the country. Most of the pharmacies that have partnered with the federal government to distribute COVID…. Available per the government in pharmacies EVERY where.. But when I went to pick them up not in this location. North Omaha- sorry, not sorry per management We don’t have them. Corporate determined a list of stores they were go to. North Omaha wasn’t one of them. Walgreens- please Answer this very important question. How did you determine what store receive the KN95 mask first. Was it underserved communities, or more affluent communities? Whether this was intentional or not, it still feels the same. I was able to go to 49th and Dodge CVS and Walmart on Saddlecreek and just get them. No issues

Avoid it. It’s pretty much just there to profit off of food stamps from the low lifes in the area. Any store that has to lock up baby formula should be avoided by decent people.

It seems to me that the people who work there are good and attentive, well, the ones who have touched me at the pharmacy are the same, although there are things that are half expensive.
