The pharmacist, John, went above and beyond to help me use a manufacturer’s discount for my medication that wasn’t working. He called the company at least three times and he called me at least four times to keep me updated in the week it took to resolve the issue. I am so thankful for his help! Walgreens needs to staff more people in all of their locations as they are always busy and look stressed out, so his dedication to help one person stands out.

For the past year this location has really gone downhill. I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy cashier told me that my prescription was filled "somewhere else" and that I would have to contact my insurance to find out where. She apparently couldn't call herself and didn't ask for help from the three others working in the pharmacy at that time. I leave Walgreens and get home to call my insurance. They verify that my medicine should be ready at the location I just left. As I'm on the phone with insurance (only 15 minutes later) I get the automated call that my prescription is ready at the same place I just left. Wasted time, wasted energy, all for something that was obviously simple enough for them to figure out on site. This isn't the first mishap recently. I'll be using a different pharmacy from now on.

They give you coupons and when you try to use it, they do not work than they try to accuse you of using them somewhere else and even accuse you of trying to use fake coupons. The Pharmacy is a joke the techs are super rude long wait lines and they screw up your medications and refills.

Huge shoutout to crystal from the pharmacy who helped me get my prescription ozempic I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks form my other pharmacist and she got me in right away and my order will be ready for pick up today this is what customer service is thank you so much crystal give this girl a raise please

Absolutely lazy. Went in for photos for passport, etc. “I can’t find the camera, you’ll have to go elsewhere”. Didn’t even look, just paced around.

Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Active listening skills is not her strength nor is customer service. I know there’s a staffing shortage everywhere but Walgreens needs to do better with hiring. Horrible experience.

When I entered this wall greens, it was very warm inside. I saw two workers, who did not look all that happy, that were running around and perspiring. I mentioned to one of the employees who helped me with a perfume that it seemed rather warm in there. She stated that they had a new policy from corporate that said they could not have the air conditioning cooler than 76°!! WHAT!!!It’s been in the 90s all week this week and the sun beats down right through the front doors! That is ridiculous Walgreens! Take care of your workers and customers or I will shop elsewhere! Very disappointed!

Today, I visited the pharmacy to pick up the medication that I had refill. The insurance doesn't cover it, the lady said. So I informed her that I had already refilled it twice here and that the insurance always covered it. She began criticizing me and accusing me of being impolite to her after I told her that. I assured her that I wasn't being impolite and that all I had done was inform her that the insurance cover for me twice already when I refill it. She then said, "I can't handle you; I don't want to help you anymore." I believe that Walgreens has to start listening to what its consumers are expressing in these evaluations.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. My husband went to pick up my son prescription and they told him they only have one. So I call them n they said oh yeah there’s two more prescription to be pick up n told me that it will be ready in 30 minutes n just hand up on me. After I waited an hours I told my husband to go pick up the prescription again n they said the only have one ready n the other will be ready by tomorrow so the next day after work we stop by to pick up. I send my husband in n they told him they have nothing for him with that name so I HaVe to go in n waited in a long line again n when I told them I’m here to pick up the prescription they said that it’s all been pick up n I was like no it’s hasn’t, we still have one more left and they were like oh the insurance won’t cover it and ask me if I still want to just buy it if the insurance didn’t cover it and I told them yes n I been waiting for them. Will not use this pharmacy or buy anything from Walgreens again!

I guess it's the pandemic for the reasons behind poor service and lack of knowledge. I had my doctor reduce one of my daily medications from 5mg to 1mg. They text me saying they only had 5 pills available and the balance of the pills are on back order. I call them and tell them I'll just wait until they have them all to avoid several trips.This was January 4th And for what ever reason they deleted the 1mg electronic prescription and refilled the 5mg one. I need up calling the doctor to explain what had happened but it didn't matter Walgreens just refilled the 5mg which tired up the insurance when my doctor resubmitted the 1mg prescription. Anyway 5 calls later I finally got them to correct their mistake, it only took two weeks..

Pharmacy you always have to wait even if your prescription was sent over/called in or dropped off. I called to check to see why it's been 3 hours and my son medications wasn't ready waited on hold for an hour and 5 minutes still hadn't spoken to no one so I just hung up. They are so slow and pathetic....

I can see why this location has 3 stars. I went in looking for an ice bag that google said this specific location carries. I did find it, took it to the register and the cashier said it was $18.99. I showed him that this location says its $7.99. He first said he didnt think it was the same item, then I showed him more detail to prove it was. So then he said I have to do curbside to get that price and told me just to do that. That is RIDICULOUS! First off I walked there because I'm legally blind so I'm not going to do curbside, I can't drive a car. And second, why would you make your customer go through the order pick up process then make them wait until the item is ready. Why wouldn't you just match your online price?? I myself work in retail and I can say without a doubt, my company would take care of the customer and not make them jump through hoops. I think Walgreens should start paying attention to what their customers are saying in these reviews. Almost all of the locations in the Omaha area are under 4 stars.

We've been with this pharmacy for almost 5 years, during that time we've had pharmacy staff lose our prescriptions(found later lodged between their counter & fridge); meds miscounted/ missing; numerous partial refills despite being on auto refill; and numerous times where we came to fill a script and it wasn't ready the second time we came to pick it up in the same day!! When we switched to a different pharmacy, I had to call twice to get them to stop sending email updates and contacting doctors for refills! Completely incompetent pharmacy staff but store staff ate courteous & helpful!

I stopped at the 72nd & Crown point location to put $5.00 on my gift card. I have done this a hundred times through the years. This is how I build up money to buy Christmas presents.Their new system sucks! The gal before me had trouble with her transaction. Then I had trouble with an EBT transaction. People behind me having trouble checking out too. Someone needed to work the bugs out of this system before it was used in the store!

Literally the worst pharmacy. Rude employees. No customer service. It’s literally like someone walked in off the street and is now behind the counter with no knowledge of how ANYTHING works. They’ve given me the wrong medication. Wrong amounts. Only half of the meds. Every time you go to get a med, it’s a total roll of the dice if you’ll even come home with your med. Its the closest to my house but I’m going to switch to a further away pharmacy so I don’t have to be continually inconvenienced by how inept everyone is.

If I could give zero stars I would... pharmacy is incompetent, tell you anything to get you off the phone. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again each time there is always a problem with getting my script in timely fashion. Then haveti add insult to injury they the audacity to get attitude and be rude. I will find out where and how to report this pharmacy's practices and customer service!

This is literally the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. They gave me different answers every time I call, its clear they just want to get you off the phone. Don't ever use this pharmacy if you want anything done correctly and on time.

Love walgreens. Their staff is the best. The pharmacy staff always bend over backwards to help their clients. Ive been a walgreens customer for 15+years. Have never been disappointed. Great job guys keep it up!

The pharmacy here is a joke- every single time I come here they can’t find my child’s insurance and every single time it was their own foolish error on why they couldn’t figure it out. Save the damn insurance info so you don’t keep making a person wait 30+ minutes every time they come to pick up their prescription.

Incompetent staff at the photo department. They don't even call back to let someone know that they are unable to print. No initiative was shown to solve the issue. This was one of three Walgreens in Omaha on this day in July of 2017 that was unable to complete their signature print job, i.e. a standard photo book.
