Always happens with this pharmacy! I had a prescription called in the other day. I went to go pick it up. They told me they put it for the next day pick pick up. Why would you do that? I did not request that? Then I went to pick up my two prescriptions earlier. I told them I’d be back at three for my daughters prescription. I sit in line for 1515 minutes go to pick it up get to the window and they told me to come back in 20 minutes because it’s not ready. Ridiculous

Had photos printed ... always a good deal especially when you order online. And they're ready pretty quickly! Gracious and helpful staff. They're my help in getting photos developed for Mom. I live in other end of town and have it ordered at the store near her. It's been working great.

This is the worse place to get your precription medication.I asked for my meds to be on atomatioc refills which they are not and then they don't have the medication when I need it. It is really bad when you need a breathing medication and no wlagreens in town has it. Then I have to go and get it at another pharmacy and then they trans fer the whole precription and I have to start over with a new precription for my doctor. I should just switch drug stores. They don't really care about a customer that has been with them for 15 years or longer. I would have given no stars if I could have.

Went in for flu shot. I have had 3 covid shots and will not get another. They refused to provide flu shot unless i did covid shot same time. Mind you they had time to do a shot without appointment until i refused additional covid shot. Now an appointment is needed. They must think they have the only flu shot available. I will not return for any meds or anything related to the pharmacy.

This rating is for their pick-up service. I attempted to use it, because I have 18 mos old twins and it is easier and safer for them to do a pick—especially when we were already out running other errands. Received a text, after the promised half-hour that the order was delayed. Then another hour later I received another text canceling the order with a statement saying it “could not be completed”. After I dropped the twins at home with their mom, I went to that same store; in less than five minutes I located the four items I ordered. Wasted my time and it was clear that my order could have been fulfilled. Frustrating.

Pharmacy is horrible. Filled one of my scripts with the wrong medicine. Also filled another script that was cancelled by my dr. I didnt notice until I got home. Went back to return/exchange and they refused. I didnt even remove the staple fron the bags they put the scripts in. I tried to explain my situationand all they could say is "once it leaves the pharmacy it can't be returned." on repeat. Now I am with out my script because my insurance will not cover another dose this month and i certainly can't afford it with out insurance assistance. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this pharmacy, but it is the last. I will be switching pharmacies and do not suggest anyone use this location.

First day of mask mandate and I had an emergency, ran in and forgot my mask. Not only was the woman at the front RUDE and NASTY she even scolded me after I apologized and told her I wouldn’t happen again.She was wearing her mask well under her nose so she might as well have left hers off too.I can do without that kind of customer service - too many stores in this town to patronize a place with that horrid woman.

Brandi at the pharmacy was fantastic!!!! She took the time get my prescription discounted and did not give up till she had the price reduced. GREAT SERVICE!!! She made 3 separate phone calls for us.

It took them multiple days to fill a common prescription and their pharmacy was not open during during normal business hours.

Website says open till 10. But they’re onlyOpen till 7. Become such a hassle to pick up ONE prescription for my daughter, considering they close so early and people work. OH & the near by Walgreens pharmacy close by 7 TOO.

SCHEDULED A ONLINE APPT. TO GET MY SHINGLES SHOT TODAY AT 945AM. AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES AND OBSERVING THE STAFF/PHARMACIST, I ASKED HOW MUCH LONGER. COULD NOT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER BY STAFF. THEN THE PHARMACY MANAGER SAID HE NEEDED TO MIX THE DOSAGED AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. I CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT AND SPOKE TO THE STORE MANAGER. VERY VERY NON PROFESSIONAL!!! ALSO CANCELED MY WEDNESDAY APPOINTMENT. GOING TO SWITCH PHARMACY AND MY BUSINESS WITH WALGREENS!!! BEWARE THAT LOCATION. 5225 N. 90 ST. OMAHA 68134 (#10437). BILL S.

Just because I don’t need a bag does not mean I don’t want you to put the product closer to me, customers should not have to lean over to get the products they paid for especially us older folks.

I had a voucher sent to my phone from CSL for a free flu shot, I was at the Walgreens at 90th and fort the lady back in the pharmacy was extremely rude to me about the voucher and said that I had to get it printed off and she just would hardly help me can't tell me they didn't have another way to go about it and she was just plain rude, I won't be going back there, no wonder their always empty.
