We love Wag! The entire process from scheduling to pickup was so easy. My Goldendoodle puppy is a wiggler who doesn’t like brushing or having his face touched, but Katrina worked well with him. She communicated with me about what to expect asked my preferences, and provided recommendations for care at home between services. Cooper was so thrilled about his new haircut. We can’t wait for our next appointment!

Never Again! This was caused by the grooming loop being too tight around my puppy's neck, but they said there was no negligence on the part of the groomer. I think these pictures display pure negligence.

$160+ to shave a 40lb dog (not including tip)! Extremely expensive and since they charge by the hour there’s no clear way to tell how much it will cost. I will admit his undercoat was starting to get matted and nails were long but they usually are when I’ve taken him to previous groomers and was charged around $70-$80! When I went to pick him up she said, “he might be ready but sometimes she likes to sit and talk to the dogs for awhile to make them comfortable and calm them down”. Not when you’re charging by the hour!

I took my little miniature schnauzer in for grooming about 2 months ago and they did a great job (see pic 2) Got this ridiculous groom the second time.(see pic 1) He looks like he is wearing a grass skirt. I was speechless when they brought him out. I let her know I was unhappy and she said she would not put him back up on her table to fix him because "he bit me". He has NEVER bitten anyone before! Then she asked if he was old, no, he isn't, he's 5.( Like that should make a bad haircut??) I was very unhappy. They gladly took my $48.50. and I left. I am still in shock. I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I feel like this should be known. He was soft and clean and that is why there is 1 star

I love my groomer at Wags...Katrina. My fur kids Lilly and Rudy love her too. She is so good with them and takes great care with them. My pups always look top notch when I pick them up...she even walks my Lilly girl to my car for me and helps me get my dog inside my car because my dog does not like car rides and can be difficult but Katrina always offers a helping hand. She is gentle, skilled, compassionate and professional. All of the staff at WaGs are very kind and helpful! I would rate them a 10!!❤❤❤

We have been taking our pets here for a long time with no issues until recently. We recently dropped off our cat which we had rescued for a ‘dry’ bath. The appointment was scheduled for 1:30-2:30pm. I arrived around 3ish due to being busy with work. I checked out around 3:20 due to speaking with them for at least 10-15 minutes. The staff here continued to charge a late fee for “late pickup” after she had called me to let me know it was no issue at all and that they loved our cat. I did not look at the receipt until today. They did not make it aware that I was charged a late pickup fee. When I called to speak to someone they acted like my concern wasn’t a big deal. Lucinda stated it was added on by the groomer and the fee would not be waived. When I stated we would like to cancel our future appointments she said not a problem and to have a great day in a sarcastic tone. It seems very unprofessional to not waive the fee after they informed us it was no issue at all. I also thought the $60 charge for a cat bath/groom was a bit expensive. Treat your customers with kindness if you want to keep them!

We are so impressed with WAG! Our poodle puppy just got her first haircut and they did such a good job. We really appreciated that our pup wasn’t in an environment with a bunch of other dogs and wasn’t kenneled during her time there. We will definitely be back!

We've been taking our young pups to Wag for about a year now as our groomer and they always do a great job. What we like most is that they communicate what is best for building that relationship and making it most comfortable for the pup. We love the kennel free environment and quick turn around. Would recommend always!

The store it conveniently placed and has great availability. Twice I have gone and twice my dog has received the worst grooms. The first shave down was fine since it was during summer time. This last shave down is brutal since it late January. T minus 3 months till my dog looks normal again.

If the dog is matted, please advise the customer that the cut will be drastically different than what is asked. I have been to groomers that will take the tangles / knots out and charge you more. I do not mean to be direct, but this was quite possibly the worst haircut my dog has ever received.I understand if your dog is matted that the cut will differ. but the cut was absolutely terrible . Instead of taking out the matted hair, it was just shaved down completely . Not impressed at all. This picture is from two different groomers, one detangled the knots and charged me for it( after calling to inform me the cut would look bad if i didn’t pay for detangling) i paid the extra money to detangle.the shorter hair pic(wag) shaved all of the hair down, although i requested a completely different cut. when I showed up they told me the hair was matted” . Two different approaches to customer service . Please do better.

I never write bad reviews but this needs to be said. I made my grooming appointment and confirmed that my dog would be getting a haircut, bath, and nail trim. When the person came out they asked how my dog did for groomers I told her she always gets rave reviews that she did great and that she’s had multiple groomers. She then told me that she was going to give my dog the “old lady” treatment and that she may only get a bath and brush if she can’t handle too much. My dog doesn’t act old btw and had no mats and was last groomed three months ago. Further, I was told that she needed to be picked up in two hours or I would need to pay doggie daycare fees. Really? No groomer has ever done that! I was incensed and walked out. What a waste of my valuable time.

They do cat grooms which is awesome. Although I wish I didn’t have to get my cat groomed. he is a stinky long haired boy who hates getting his hair brushed by me and sucks at personal hygiene. Wag did a wonderful job with him

They were able to schedule my mother's cat in sooner than other groomers, took care to review our needs prior to the grooming, gave a selection of options that were less expensive when learning of my mother's fixed income, and were very patient and friendly during their explanations. The grooming took less time than we expected, and the results were fantastic. We will return the next time we need a trim.

Wag does such an amazing job on both my dog's grooming. I'm very particular and they really spend the time to listen to what you want them to do- and they take notes so when you come back they know exactly how it was done previously. Love that they have no kennels and the dogs stay with the staff the whole time so it is very low stress - especially when you have nervous rescue pups. To have 2 baths, 2 full grooms + specialty color in 2 hours is absolutely amazing and a real time saver vs taking them somewhere they sit in a kennel all day waiting for their turn. Prices are less than elsewhere for what you get. Love Wag!!!

They groomed my dog. He came home itchy beyond belief! Would not stop itching and licking himself! His belly and groin area were bring red and even broke into sores because of how much he was licking. I called and they told me they used hypoallergenic stuff on him, so that it wouldnt be that. I think they cut his hair in that area far too short, which is perhaps the cause for the discomfort. It was as if he was bald down there! Now that his hair is growing back some, he is fine. However this was a 2-3 week issue! Not impressed and won't return. It may be worth mentioning that my dog has been groomed several times elsewhere and never had an issue.

I had a cat who was not good at grooming himself and wasn't too fond of being brushed, so we would take him to the vet for a lion cut. This went on for years, until the groomer at the vet wasn't available for as many appointments. The vet recommended Wag.The staff at Wag was so good to our cat. They would try to set his appointments when the dogs were less likely to be there (we had dogs and cats, so that wasn't a priority for us, but we still appreciated it). On the occassions when he didn't travel well or was startled and urinated, they gave him a bath and, if necessary, a new towel for his carrier. They also suggested trying appointments for brushing as a more cost effective way to keep our cat mat-free.

I am very happy. My husky is large and very strong. She could easily pull me off my feet. (I'm 68.) They come get her from the car and bring her back to the car when finished. We both (dog and Mom) really like them.

We were thrilled with our first time results at Wag. The customer service was excellent, and our puppy seemed happy going in AND saying goodbye to the staff. Josh was very detail oriented and did a marvelous job. The price was right and it was clear to us that she was treated very well.

Erin and her team are fantastic! This husky hates bath time, but always feels safe. He leaves wag with a happy smile on his face and lots of kisses for the whole wag crew. So glad to have a low-stress grooming facility in our area.

Extremely pleased with this business! Took our dog Molli in to be groomed, as we couldn't get her in anywhere else on such short notice. The woman who answered the phone (extremely pleasant but her name escapes me, maybe someone can give her a shoutout!) worked hard to fit us in on such short notice. This was our first clue that this place cares about their clients. The decor is adorable, and the staff is kind and knowledgeable. Eryn, the owner, gave me lots of training and dietary tips while I shopped around and waited for my dog to be finished grooming. It's clear that the people that work here love animals! Tara, the groomer, did the most exceptional job grooming our little girl that we will not being going anywhere else in town. And to top it all off, they work with local animal shelters as big advocates for rescuing. Who can beat that? Whether it's doggie daycare, great advice, or a fresh cut, I am CERTAIN there is something here for you. Let's support this local place -- I know we won't be taking our dogs anywhere else. I have a cat with special dietary needs. Having looked and called all over town for a special type of food, I found Wag. On the phone, the lady was very helpful, indicating that they had what I was looking for. She could also order products that might not be in stock, and would pull several different brands for me to try.Anticipating a good experience at finding a quality pet store, I followed up the next day, driving almost 40 minutes across town.I was not prepared for the complete lack of service. The young lady seemed distracted. She vaguely remembered the conversation and had not set any items aside. She was not even sure they had anything I could use. After half heartedly pointing at a couple of brands on the shelf that I could have easily purchased from a half dozen other closer places in town, she left me to research on my own.To make my trip not a total waste of time, I made a purchase. She may have been having a bad day. However, as a small business owner, I can say that if I took money from clients with an attitude like hers, I would be out of business in six months.

The groomer told me my rescue dog was the worse dog she ever groomed. My dog came from HUA I was referred to them by my vet. This place is suppose to specialize in scared rescue dogs. If they needed two people to calm and work on they should of had them. They were the experts. Not a good first time experience. I also told them about my dog well in advance . They did ok job but, the customer experience was not good.
