They said they open 24 hours but they don’t have a time to hook up a computer and see what the problem is until Tuesday. I understand if I need to get some work done you guys don’t have a time until Tuesday but you guys don’t have 15 minutes to hook up a computer see what the problem is.I understand if I need to get some work done you guys don’t have a time until Tuesday but what it was a simple issue changing a sensor which only take about 30 minutes even for that small work you guys won’t have a time until Tuesday. For next three days you guys have done much work that you guys will have 30 minutes amazing guys and then you guys open 24 hours to technically you guys not open 24 hours.Just last week I had to spend 24 hours just to get diagnosed and get my def pump change.Thank you for help. I really appreciate for the great war you guys to the lazy people.

Two stars because of the decent driver lounge. I’ve been driving for 13 years and this Freightliner dealership was one of the worst. Definitely a “small town” experience. From bad attitude, lack of urgency and in the end didn’t even inform me of when the job was completed so I could leave. May contact corporate to inform.

Employees were very nice. I liked the express diagnosis part of the business.Unfortunately they couldn't diagnose or guarantee they could fix my Parking brake problem (RV)I was very aware of the $185 an hour service fee. The exit paperwork stated I refused to have it fixed. That is not true as the RV specialist could not guarantee it could be fixed the next day or even guarantee he could solve the problem.I paid close attention on the amount of time spent diagnosing which was about 2 and a half hours and was charged over $700 ($90 part installed that didn't work) so I opted to have the brake disconnected to leave. The primary mechanic was logged in to my RV while working on other trucks which caused me being overcharged by at least $200. I paid their fee/charges without arguing as I'm not someone who makes a scene, but I was disappointed in the accuracy of their billing.

Very predatory billing and service writing department. Was charged over 2x the amount that I authorized without ever receiving approval. I came in for a diagnosis. Come to find out, they never even diagnosed my truck, but rather threw parts at it and spent $1000s on my air conditioning system, which was never a concern (Oh, and they didn’t even bother to fill it with refrigerant or test it?). I was charged $5,000 and the truck was returned to me in the same condition with my limp mode problem not even having been diagnosed. The service manager would not let me look at my truck to confirm that the work was done before I paid. After I paid, they said it was my problem. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional management that likes to call their customers names and threaten them. Will never spend another dollar here again or trust them with my equipment. Please save yourself and look for a more reputable shop!

Got in at around 4am on a Saturday, they took care of me, only had one guy working the night shift, and had to wait for the day shift, but they got me in and done , it's a huge facility with many bays, and has a very nice drivers lounge.

Very friendly and professional folks. Dog friendly, several options for food delivery. What I don't appreciate is the quality control and parts system of Daimler North America. And this dealer has no control over that. The dealer is very awesome and respectable.Driver lounge, theater and bathrooms all nice.

The staff are nice, but I have no clue what are they doing in the back,Dont waste your time here for repair, take my advise.I took my truck there for PM and also had light on.I told them to check that light as well. They come back and said it is nox senser. I told them to fix it. They said it would take them the night to fix and it will be ready in the morning.Went there in the morning they said it would take another 4 hours, after four hour they said would take another three hours. After three hours the guy called me and said it is nox senser I siad they told me this yesterday and I am here waiting since yesterday and he said it might take another whole night andd day, I just got my truck out and they wasted my time for nothing.

Good place to get your truck worked on. The service department cares about their customers and tries their best to get you back on the road quickly. The body shop knows their business and will get your truck back looking great. If you are in the market for a new truck, give Lee a chance to spec just what you are looking for.

Absolutely one of the worst shop experiences I've ever had in 34 years on the road. Very little "express" to their Expess Assessment. Regened the truck for 10-12 hours and burned 100 gals of fuel because build up and codes. Didn't have a clue why the system wasn't working properly. Had a completely unrelated, new, never before had code when I started to leave. Their diagnostics indicated communication issues between MCM and CPC; wanted to open up dash and lord knows what else. 1000% wrong. Fixed myself in parking lot in 20 minutes, a battery connection. They wouldn't have found problem in 20 years as they were already going in wrong direction. Hope I never have to go back to this place. But parts people are good and helpful. Go anywhere but here!

My 2020 Freightliner needs a new wiring harness I guess. I hate being down but the service department seems to genuinely care. That's important. Hopefully I'll be back on the road soon. Thank you truck center

Service advisor states my truck is no longer under warranty even though my warranty paperwork is in my hand. Drove two blocks away over to Cummins and had my warranty validated and work performed and truck completed in 6 hours. Just having a little trouble comprehending why they wouldn't want to do warranty work and get paid for warranty work? Best of luck if you have to go here.

Express check-in and they work on your truck within the hour. Nowhere else would they look in your direction for few days.Extremely professional. Trustworthy, efficient, worth the money. I have a Freightliner shop 5 miles from my home but every time I prefer driving the 250 miles only to have these guys looking after my truck.Thank you all.

Go anywhere else but here. They will hold your truck hostage and take there time even though their mechanis get 130$ dollars an hour. Also they will add inspections that won't fix the problem but will cost you money for them to just look at. Perfect example of a money pit. Will destroy companies just for a check.

Con artist!! They lied to my face about the diagnosis of my truck. They lied to me but luckily I know about truck engines and I also know a hand full of diesel mechanics that I talk to on the regular who are very experienced and knowledgeable about the ins and outs on the mechanics of trucks, so I was able to defend myself against the blatant lies they told me. I caught freightliner on a few lies and when confronted they would simply rephrase what they had stated before. It was very insulting. Freightliner would have me do an inframe when my truck didn’t show any of the symptoms of a truck that would need a rebuilt engine/inframe. I towed my truck out of there ASAP and had my buddy fix my truck, saving me from a $30k job that I didn’t need in the first place. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I know our company is a small company in comparison to most other customers that Omaha Truck Center has. That being said that never affects the way Amanda in service treats us. She treats us as if we were their number 1 customer. The communication is very appreciated beithow it is a lost art these days. She's unbelievable and never fails us!! Thanks for always taking care of us! Would also like to give a shout out to the tech Jaimie that helped us this time. He got on our truck when we were in a jam. Much appreciated!

Never going back there again…. They were supposed to bring me in early morning, but only at 12:00 they start to stop at 16:00 to replace a water pomp…graveyard shift took all night and they’re finished at 04:30 they keep you into waiting room till the 07:00 shift come in to close the bill ??? Because they are worrying that you’ll leave without paiement if you go to sleep for some hours to be able to hit road asap, after keep you awake for 24hrs…. A repaire fully cover on warranty?!?They have no respect or consideration for truck drivers at alll…..ho very important, before leaving their site make sure to go thrue all your belongings because last time I came here they still a 500.00$ brand new watch was missing from the cab, I’m a nomade truck driver..no one ever go in the truck, I’m 24/7 in…they automatically reject my claim but when your a thieves and have the nerf to steal driver‘s their’s great chance he steals from them too…if they had fctionnel camera, they would have notice that 01.03.23 around 18:15 I was in Prking looking around I noticed him going home and he did some detour to trck park in the fence lot to P/U some stuff in truck park behind the fence to bring home his a short very fat, twice as weight he should be for his height blond/red bearded like a vicking…

It’s always a wait and a complete hassle. Don’t bother scheduling appointments, as they will book over yours. One hour job will equal a ten hour downtime. Use at your own risk.

Best Freightliner around to get parts from. Everyone is always respectful and nice. Everyone at the parts counter seems like an honest hard-working person. They're always willing to warranty my parts and get me everything at a low cost. I came to this Freightliner a while back looking for a seal. Could not find this seal anywhere else I looked through probably five different parts stores. Service department guys went completely out of their way to find my seal. they knew that Freightliner was my last stop on order to get my truck back on the. They went as far as digging through their own personal tool boxes to find me a seal that would fit that I needed. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them going above and beyond for me. I feel they understand that these trucks our way of life and how we provide for our families. Thank you again guys. Your efforts are greatly appreciated more than you know.

Worst customer service in the world for parts on anyway of the week they don't pick up the phone then when I get there and wait an hour for parts that where called in with quote just down the drains I hate that this is the only dealership open on weekends well if you catch the parts guy because the service guys will sit there an laugh how there is only one parts guy but he is not up front ,he is not answering phones so where is he? Just disappointed because it's like if you tell them you had a bad experience they get mad at you like it's your fault. I can go on forever just sad I wish a GM would really change the way they got it setup because if revenue is there goal they are missing a ton of it.

Been there on 2 occasions. First occasions went to buy front shocks and was sold rear shocks. Went to my mechanic 1000 miles away and he tells me that I bought rear shocks. Called the dealership and complained about guy that sold me the wrong parts and I'm told that he works there 40 years but apparently he doesn't know the difference between front and rear shocks.2 visit to the dealership was there at the express Bay waiting for 3 hrs for my turn to investigate the problem. Only one mechanic working on 3 express bays. Anyways they told me that because of Covid crisis lots of parts are in back order and they don't know when they come. I asked Brian in express service where I should call and address my complaint about not being able to get some parts for my truck and his response was * Call Wuhan!* I think that was very unprofessional for a person behind the counter to talk with a customer. Dealership is very nice but some people inside are not professional at all. Someone should train them better in there.
