There was a store flannel sale and the workers decided to stock various different flannels out incorrectly. So a flannel that I thought was $20 was really $55. I physically showed the lady at the register all the areas the flannels were stocked incorrectly and told her it was false advertisement, and she was only willing to bring my price down to $40. Get it together.

Everyone has helped me over the last few years I’ve been to several tractor supplies around town and this one was never my favorite but tonight took the cake. I was running late had a very crazy day and I moving in three days and I had pulled into the parking lot with three minutes and when I pull in the gate is half shut, the manager is walking towards my car telling me I have two minutes and then all the lights are off and I had to use my phone as a flashlight. He was not very nice. The lady at the cash register was very sweet but this guy was not very accommodating. I left by nine. She even said that they weren’t supposed to do that. Just felt completely disregarded when I am helping pay his paycheck I almost walked out.

They only had some of what we needed. The cashier was very nice but was constantly running around doing other things and it took us quite a while to get checked out. It seemed like the other staff didn't want to help her or didn't seem to care.

Shout out to my girl Hannah killing it with her amazing customer service skills. I was not an easy guest to assist, I had a lot of questions that I needed answered and she took her time to answer each one. She didn’t give me an attitude, she didn’t make me feel like a burden. This girl genuinely took HER time to help me out and I totally appreciate that. Honestly, the entire staff, as small as it may have been, was incredible. I don’t know who’s running this store, but I myself manage a business. I don’t take my time to leave reviews for just anyone, so whoever is managing… take time to let your people know they’re killing it. Retail is hard enough as it is, but even more difficult due to the pandemic. So pay respect where respect it due and let your workers know that they are appreciated. Thank you for a good customer experience. I am beyond satisfied with the service myself and my family received.

Fast service, employees have always been helpful and friendly. A very large selection of home, outdoor and work products. Just tried doing a propane refill via the app for the first time and was amazed at how quickly someone came out. Filled the tank, used a card reader right there and I was on my way within minutes. A 3 gal tank cost me around $15. Try and find a propane exchange for that price.

I just want to say Alison was amazing. I had been all over town looking for pants that fit since I put on weight during my lay off. No one could help me I called in advance not only did she find a few pairs in my size she set them aside with my name on them for me. The best part was when I stopped by to pick them up she treated me like an old friend instead of a brand new customer. As someone who works outside I think this has become my new place to take my business. It was my first time shopping here and I was very happy with the customer service not to mention the prices were much better than what I was seeing elsewhere.

I'm in the rewards program but never Check to see how many points I have accumulated asked about it and they said 0 I've been using my tractor supply credit card for a long time and there's not been one d*** reward point. I called customer service and got the run around and even hung up on asking where are my points.

Why have a measuring ruler on the shelf to measure chains if your not going to use it? I'll just use the floor tiles (that are 11")...says the boy.., how many feet in a yard?.......OMGOODNESS!!... we would have been ripped off by 10" if we used his floor meathod...we'll go back to Neb city store!

I don't know when the management changed at this store but they are rotten. Don't shop here, because if you have any problems, the management will lie to you, and then treat you like YOU are the problem. They have extremely bad attitudes. Good luck with that TSC.

I was shopping for a doordash order and a very nice young lady helped me find the two items that I was looking for because I've never shopped in the store before. She went above and beyond to help me find these products for the customer and it is greatly appreciated.

I like supporting smaller businesses and i come to really love shopping here. I can get stuff for my husband, my dogs, cats rabbit and birds. Products have been consistent and prices are better than competitors. Amber makes me feel like family and always greets me with a smile.

Everything in the store was organized and it's very clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and makes it a good experience every time. Plus the food selection for our dogs was so big, I had to look twice for the brand we usually get. Plus it's pet friendly :)

Friendly staff but they weren't the best trained at their jobs and they didn't fulfill my needs or take care of the problem afterwards. I really enjoy the store but they need to work on their ability to serve their customers needs better than they currently are. All in all, would i recommend them. Definitely not for welding needs but yes for basic hardware store needs.

They won't price match a pair of boots from their own website, but will price match their competitors.... very disappointed. Pair of boots I was shopping for was on sale for $89.99 and I store for $119.99. This is the reason I came to buy the boots because they were on sale. Very inconvenient customer interaction.

Great customer service, all the TSC at L st Omaha NE employees are super nice, however the TSC live goods warranty is horrible. Trees are only warranty for 30 days. I bought 12 trees at 19.99$ rate of tree success 50% due unknow factors. Trees ended costing me $40. For tree purchases Lowes, Home Depot and Menards they do have a one year warranty.Rest of trees are doing great!!

Nice clean store, a bit of a line at check out. This store has that old country feel. I guess it's a medium sized store with about 7000 square feet. I think I bought a bag of carmel popcorn, that tasted awesome and was fairly priced. It's a hardware store.

Love this hidden gem of a store! No it’s not just tractor parts people, they have the best dog food prices, great outerwear and boots, sweet yard/garden finds and so much more. Staff is always super friendly and helpful as well.

I go here to get my Bernese their dog food. I always order online and go there to pick up. They're always super nice and helpful and I just love the place. Highly recommend going here if you have animals.
