I couldn't tell you how many times I have lost a key to my garage. I went in feeling very vulnerable about the fact that I have lost them so many times and that I was making a key for it. The associates there all made me feel fantastic about it. Asked me if I wanted to make extra duplicates just in case. And I will be coming back for alone if nothing else. They were all absolutely fantastic and I Left feeling better than I walked in. They all deserve a raise. However, I did not remember to catch any names.

People were nice to me at home Depot towards the back of the store they have some clearance that we're good price. Got a $10 extension cord on sale got it for $4 dollars.

Normally, I love Home Depot for their quality supplies. I loved the dishwasher we picked out, but the communication to get it delivered and installed completely missed the mark. Every opportunity for them to communicate to me was missed - I had to reach out on every aspect until I decided to return the thing then I was contacted.

Horrible ... customer service.. when you come into a business as such, an the cashier (girl in Pink puffer coat) looks at you an rolls her eyes and don't speak on purpose. SADD !!! UNFORTUNATELY had to come back to same register. Price was not on one of the items and she wanted me to go back and get the item number and come back... ... Funny....just plain ole RUDE!!! Won't be BACK!!!

I use a walker. Customer service was right on it, got me the item I wanted and brought it to my car. Excellent! Can't get around big stores like I used to.

Very organized, went in to get some adhesive spray for a recording studio setup and took me less than 3 minutes to find the product and exit. The staff helped direct me to the isle. I’ve also talked to customer service online about a day earlier, and I had one of the most laid back insightful conversations in a while when asking about the Gorilla adhesive spray.

I had a bad experience at Home Depot no one really wanted to help me for what I was looking for so I had to do it on my own and when I found them I got them and when I went to catch out I told the lady I had 30 of them and she charge me for 300 so I was a little bit confuse why was was too much when they only cause $.93 First I thought because I bought more stuff but they were not expensive either so I went to the car I noticed as soon as I went to the car I was looking at the receipt and I noticed that the lady charge me 300 of them I went back to the store and I told the lady does that look like 300 to you that’s only 30 of them and she was like you’re lucky you didn’t go home and noticed it at home because you would’ve had to come back but I mean once again what I have prove that I had 30 or 300 I know for sure they were going to fight because they had to return me back some money what made me mad is that it was not three dollars or two dollars were you like I don’t want to go back but it was almost 200 and something I am not saying not to shop there I’m just saying be careful and look at your receipt Like literally look at your receipt every time you get out of the store if this happened to me it could happen to anybody.

We were helped by the kindest, most patient man on the planet. He was in plumbing and helped my father-in-law with some flexible water line fittings. This kind man gently (and repeatedly) explained easier ways to fix our issue yet my FIL remained true to his overly complicated vision. Our saintly associate showed him the series of adapters needed and helped us navigate a mind- numbing scramble of fractions. I tried so hard to remember his name but by the end of the experience, my brain was fried. Thank you, kind sir, for your patience and knowledge. You saved us hundreds of dollars in plumbing costs and bail money.

I don't rely on the staff too much I usually know what I want and I go when I get it unfortunately in some places today some of the staff isn't well trained but my experience so far with that store when I go in I find staff that I know is experienced

I normally love this Home Depot but the young staff they have now know nothing about customer service. They don't want to help you in any way. I went for mulch paid for it was told I could drive up to get it. I drive up they are "out," so I go back in ask for assistance and was given attitude. No one came to help get it or take it to my car. Had I not already paid for it, I would've gone somewhere else. I had 3 bags ìn my car before a nice older staff person saw me and ran over to assist. I was so irritated by that time I didn't go to management. If this is the service being offered, I will go further out to a location or go to the competition instead.

I come here for All my diy home repair/remodel products and equipment. They have everything! And the employees are always so helpful and nice too. I love their system of picking up your bags of mulch and dirt. Just great.

Whether I need to make a repair or make something better, I can be sure to find it at Home Depot. I go to the 72nd & Ames location. Sometimes I ask for help to decide what product I will need and how to use it. The employees there are always willing to help and if they don't know they will get you to the person that can help. The store is always tidy the prices are good. What more could you want? Oh yeah they give a 10% discount on most items to vetetans for military service. All I do is mention the discount and show my drivers license. If you are a veteran when you get a new drivers license you can have the DMV place the Department of Defense seal on the upper left corner. Great place.

Have lived and shopped at Home Depot on Ames for 10 years. It has slowly turned into a jumbled trashy dirty mess. Employees walking around every where the minute you stop someone for help they say "it's not my Dept, I'm not sure , as they walk away". I had one when I ask if they sold exterior shudders say "well if we do they'd be by the windows " went all the way back there didnt dee any shudders. So if you want quality product and staff don't go there.

I bought a Milwaukee m18 trimmer tool only 7/13/23. I had it fail 8/19/23, so went to go back to exchange with a new one but they didn't have one in that day. They took my refund from original price with a discount and had me order a new one to arrive 8/21/23 for 5:30pm. Go in to get my new trimmer and they don't have one that was supposed to be there already. I try to get my refund but they only keep wanting to give a the discounted price instead of the original price for the trimmer. Now i don't have a tool or enough to pay for a new trimmer. Customer service representative were pushing to take the discounted price and or nothing. Basically just trying to get me out of the store already instead of trying to make it right.

I went in to the paint department to get new paint because the previous one I bought was too dark and Justice and Tom with BEHR we’re beyond helpful in helping me pick out the right color and the right paint. I had no knowledge of the different types of paints there are. Thank you two so much ! My house looks beautiful 😍😍
