This is probably one of the worst advantage Home Depot I’ve ever been to. They’re all Pretty bad in Omaha, but this is probably the worst one. I’ve had to complain to the manager for years and I’m not that guy. The only response they will ever give you is oh well, we have to hire 16-year-olds and that is just a cop out For lack of training!How about you learn some customer service. Why is it that it’s only the cashiers for the most part that even greet you?? I don’t know how many times I’ve had to search all over the store for an employee and there’s always a ton of them standing around doing nothing or talking to each other and 90% of the time none of them can help or they don’t have keys to unlock something. so then it’s up to you to find somebody who actually does have the right key or knowledge. I would say 90% of the time the employees are almost jerks. I don’t know how many times I’m standing there with a handful of material to check out and a group of employees are just standing there laughing and joking, and they won’t even acknowledge your presence until they’re done with their conversation. Or as a contractor, you’re in a hurry and they decide to block off the contractor check in to bring out a load of drywall, but they’re gonna make you wait 20 minutes until they’re ready to come out of the door. And then they’re just gonna sit there and load the truck up and then have a conversation with other people like you’re not in a hurry to get out of there.I just was pointed from all the employees who said they couldn’t help to go to the helpdesk, and when I get there to employees are sitting there trying to solve some kind of computer issue and wouldn’t even look up to acknowledge my presence as I sit there and just stare at them for five minutes. I go back and ask another employee and then they point me back to the helpdesk and then I go back and start them again for another five minutes which they say is Be right with you sir and then don’t even acknowledge. I’m standing there and continue on until somebody else. Finally comes by and says that they can help me. There’s no courtesy. There’s no service there. I’m sorry, sir. Can I help you, sir can I direct you, sir? I apologize we’re having some kind of issue or there’s multiple people looking at the computer. Why don’t one of you get off and try to help the customer who’s in front of you? And the guy who said he could help me he disappeared and walked off and never came to help me. Again, this is the store the worst managed store ever and all the managers ever say is they blame somebody else or another group of people. That is poor management at this store needs help again. Most of the Home Depot‘s are pretty much the same way in Omaha and I’ve had the same experience at most of them. Meanwhile, the Lowe’s are always pretty good and really good customer service every time

Overall, the store is fine I guess.... my customer and I was there earlier today in the Flooring Dept. to purchase 35 boxes of LVP flooring, transitions, and quarter-round trim. An older lady had been talking to my customer until I arrived. Then she just went to her desk/computer and sat there playing with her computer or whatever. She never came back to assist us at all! Anyways, three (3) male Home Depot employees came over (I thought they were there to help us put the 35 boxes of LVP onto the flat cart I had to go find). No, they didn't say a word to us at all! Then, they just walked off without ever saying a word! Unbelievable! So, my customer and I loaded all 35 boxes ourselves, got 3 transitions, and quarter-round trim, all without ever being assisted whatsoever! Pathetic customer service! You really should address this because my customer spent $2,000 and received no assistance, other than from myself!

No value or appreciation for customers. Order was placed for product that would be delivered in a week. Day later I get an email (not a call) product is on back order and won't know if it will be delivered for a month. Obviously terrible inventory management but I also ordered a matching product slightly different dimensions. Attempted to order two new products with no understanding what was being done. Whole order is canceled and left a frustrated customer that won't be back.

Had lots of help. Had to get a water heater. People in plumbing made suggestions and helped us select the right one. Had good help loading. The water heater and water softener all fit. Great job!!

Howdy, it’s me, Jon J Jacobson, here once again telling y’all my opinions based on real life things and stuff, yee. Went to the Home Depot today to grab some nice succulents and soul, was very pleased with the fine succulent collection, the Home Depot employees were also helpful in guiding us should we lose our path to the shining light of success. But Jonny boy here always knows his way, but good to know for your youngins which may not.Overly ally, this here Depot of the Home gets a Jon score of 1 wagon out of 1 wagon.

Going on 50 days for a patio door measure and installation. Was sent from one store to another because maple location couldn't handle a measure. Now, dealing with refund issues. Too complicated to refund a measure that was never done. Don't get me wrong, salesperson in store was great. Everyone else seems incompetent.

I drove through the lot driving. I don't go to home depot anymore, since a guy wouldn't give me a refund for stuff that was unused, or store credit. I ended up selling the stuff on marketplace, and I will never set foot in home depot again..not this location but still home depot..I'm a veteran too~! Does that even mean anything? I doubt it. Went to this location on 20 March 2021. Purchased a grill. Spoke to the sales person who said there would be free assembly and free delivery. She looked at the computer and said that they already had three built so we could probably get it later that day. She took us to the customer service to check out.Customer service told us that it would not be able to be delivered until 24 March. We were OK with that as it was free delivery anyway. On 23 March my wife received a phone call from Home Depot advising that they would have to push it back to Saturday the 27 March. We figured this would be OK as we'd both be home to pick it up. They said that it should be a morning delivery.On 27 March in the morning I contacted Home Depot to verify shipping time. They said it would not be delivered till 3:30 in the afternoon. I was a little worse for wear from that but it was still doable. We figured we'd be able to run some errands and then be back home for the delivery.At 3:30 we were home with no delivery. 4 o'clock still no delivery. 430 still nothing. I decided to call them back and ask what the status was. As they had told me before that we would get a phone call 30 minutes before they delivered it. Customer service advised me that had had been pushed back to 830 that evening. I demanded to talk to a manager.The manager got on the phone and I explain to him the situation starting from the 20th. He stated that sometimes people pay extra to get their stuff delivered to them sooner and that bumps the people that are getting free stuff. I advised him I was never informed of that and was told on the 20th that it would've been delivered the 20th previously.He said he was gonna call the shipping company and find out what the status was. He called me back a little later and said no one answered and that their information said it should be there by 8:30 in the evening.At 8:35 they delivered my grill. At 9:15 my wife received an email and a text advising that we would get our delivery between 6 AM and 8 PM that day. This is after we already received the grill they finally told us wind to be waiting for our delivery.Sunday morning 28 March I went out to the garage and took the wrapping around the grill off so I can get it in the backyard to be able to grill that evening. As I removed the plastic one of the side shelves partially fell off. The welding had snapped. There is nothing I could do to fix it.Also I open the grill to find that the grates inside we're not there. There was nothing for me to grill my food on. I was very very furious at this moment. I drove straight to the store. And went up to customer service.Customer service lady looked at me and I explained my week long situation. She said that she understood about the broking items. She started to give me an 800 number to call the manufacturer of the grill to get the replacement items. This is the point where I actually finally swore at her.I demanded to talk to a manager. Told her I was going to go grab a screwdriver off the shelf and take the shelving off the grill and the greats and just leave. She tried calling a manager but no one answered so she said she would run and get a manager.Eventually she came back and said she couldn't find the manager but she was going to have me take the stuff off the grill that I needed and just let me take it with me. She had another gentleman with her to assist. He proceeded to tell me how the delivery company that Home Depot uses is terrible. And he cares nothing but complaints from customersWe finally got the pieces off that we needed and I went home and finished assembling my grill. Needless to say as I was looking over the grill there is a hidden drawer cold or Butler's shelf. The person who put it together decided to put it upside down so I had to correct his error.I really was not surprised that there was another mess up on this. I have included photos of the missing grates and broken welding.Other than that the grill works great and I had some nice ribeyes after waiting a week. And one day.

A couple of weeks ago I brought by my chainsaw that had been missing a part since last winter to the guys over at the L Street Omaha Nebraska store in in the rental department. Mike Z was at the counter along with his colleague Jeff. I explain to them while trying to tighten the chain. I had lost a bolt and had just brought the chainsaw back taken apart, hoping that I could pay someone to quickly reassemble and get it working again. Mike C explained to me that they stopped doing repair work early in the year at Home Depot. After my noticing my disappointment that I was likely dealing with the headache of calling the company to locate a service location. Etc. Mike Z. Picked up my chainsaw and said let me take a quick look for you. No charge. 10 minutes later I’m walking out of his shop with a smile on my face and my chainsaw fully reassembled and ready to go! This is an example of excellent customer service, making a judgment call on the spot and going above and beyond normal customer service. I am now loyal to that location and even more loyal to the Home Depot. Bravo Mike Z and Jeff in the rental department! You made my day and saved me (not mechanically inclined;) hours of running around for a simple, helpful and kind fix.

BE WARNED DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! We ordered this freezer, which we waited a month for, & it showed up like this. When calling, the best they could do was $175 off and a new delivery 2 months from now. So we cancelled and the soonest they can come get it, is 2 weeks from now. Worst experience ever. More than dissatisfied with the customer service and product.

I went to the pro desk today and worked with 2 of the best employees, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Mike and Shiloh, are such an asset to Home Depot. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was one of, if not, the best experience I have had with your company. I will continue to shop at that store because of the perfect experience my wife and I had. Thank you Home Depot for these two employees.

I am afraid the management has changed at this store - the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees is not what it used to be. Today it took 20 minutes to buy four air filters. At one point there were four employees behind the service/returns/checkout/special order counter, but only one of them was actually working with customers. I went to the garden center and tried to check out there, but there were many people waiting in line and only one cash register open. So I went back and waited at the other register. Finally one of the employees behind the counter decided to ask if I needed help as I stood there holding four large furnace filters in my arms. I told her yes, I needed to buy the filters. Like DUH! She checked me out and handed the receipt with no thank you. These new, young employees need to be trained to use what my mom called the "magic words," please and thank you.

Needed a pair of 3 inch thin bolts and wing nuts. I'm terrible at matching the 2 packs, but I was trying, and I had the old one. One of the employees came down the isle and asked me if I had an example of what I was looking for, and spent the next few minutes sizing what I had and not only finding me a match, but also taking a minute to show me how to do it. Awesome! I learned something new and was treated in a courteous and friendly manner.

Ordered online, they canceled the order with no explanation or phone call with an option. I had to call to find out the item I purchased wasn't in stock at that store, no big deal I could have waited. Instead they canceled it and my money sits in limbo and I was told on the phone I'll have my money back in 3-5 days, 9 days go by and no money returned. Call again and now they say I need to go into the store so they can swipe my card to return the money. Go in this morning to do that and they don't even swipe my card and will now have to wait another 3-5 days to get my money back. If it didn't really need swiped why the hell should I have needed to go back in there??? Never going to shop at Home Depot again.

Most recently I have been very disappointed in home depot. I found a Milwaukee tool at northern tool that was cheaper than home depot is offering and the manager at home depot particularly the 123rd and L location told me They would not honor that deal even though they have a "Nobody beats our prices" guarantee. Makes this store location seem like they will not honor their advertising

My husband recently purchased a defected toilet from Home Depot. It was missing a wax ring and bolts. After going back to get a replacement wax ring and bolts, my husband noticed it was cracked after he installed it. This was a hairline fracture that only was seen after install. The store refused to return it and refund my husband or replace it. He was fine with either. We have since contacted corporate for poor treatment and got a new toilet from Costco.

We shop at Home Depot pretty often. I think that the products we get from here are of good quality, and the prices just right. At other home supply stores you either get what you pay for (low quality), or you pay way too much for equivalent quality items. Home Depot is just right.

I came into the store looking for some pain today. The employee with the neck tattoos was very busy and seemed very stressed. He took our order and told us it would be a bit, all good. Came back 30 mins later to find out he just threw away our order we gave him. I only know this because the employee that took over pulled them out of the trash. He actually bolted as soon as he saw us coming out. Never had a problem at this Home Depot but will likely be hitting up the other one in town.

My mother does not speak English well and she asked me to post this review for her sake. She will definitely return to this location if she needs anything else.
