Cannot say enough good things about the staff, particularly Addy! We have battled through chain pet stores, in-home services & the vets office for expensive dog nail trimmings & been left with a stressed dog, unfinished paws & even sedated on meds at times. Addy brings such a calmness to Calvin's nail trims. She greets him with treats, lets him sniff around the store & has plans A, B & C in mind in-case what we first try is too distressing for him. She even encouraged "happy visits" to the store that have been a great addition to growing Calvin's comfort.

Has everything we need for our ferret! We know her food is healthy for her (100% protein) and she loves visiting everytime she needs more minnows. The staff is friendly and full of petlovers and very helpful and knowledgeable on their HUGE selection of products.

Take my doggo here for dog wash. Love the staff. He even allowed a nail trim! Staff so understanding and creative working with a nervous dog. Love the variety of natural treats. They even have a scale to make sure your doggo is maintaining healthy weight.So much easier than cleaning my home tub.

We just adopted Sasha and she needed her first bath. The staff was great in answering all my questions on the self service dog wash room. Great value. All I had to bring was the dog. Tub, tie downs, shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, scrub tools, towels, dryer and clean up all provided. I will be back.

We absolutely LOVE the green spot for all of our fur babies needs! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They have great selection of treats and chews. We especially love their self wash station - saves our backs from bending over our tub at home.

I love Green Spot. Everyone is so informative and helpful. Jessica Andreasen was so helpful with my dog’s skin allergies. We decided to put my dog on a raw food diet and to give him probiotics. My dog’s skin condition is almost cleared up. Jessica is so knowledgeable and genuinely cares about our pets. I would highly recommend Green Spot and Jessica to anyone with pets, especially if they’re having issues

I like this place for self service dog washes. I usually bring my own shampoo and when I went in this week, I had forgotten mine and rememberd that the shampoo provided is always very watered down. I couldn't get a lather and my dog left wet, not clean. For 20 dollars, I was dissapointed, but I would still go back here because the staff is great and it's a decent option for washing my large dog. I'll just bring my own soap next time.

Love visiting the Green Spot for our fancy pet supplies, including the best dog toys, good rewards deals for their food, and great treats! We also have gotten great quality slow feeders and sweaters/jackets for our dogs here. They don't carry the RX food I need for my cats, but I used to get high quality cat food here, too. They have the best catnip toys, and the staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly!Go to the Green Spot today FUR a PURRFECT pet store experience. They deserve APPAWS! Your pets will say BONE-appetite 🐾

My 10 year old Staffordshire mix was recently diagnosed with cancer. It was found after he suddenly, and I mean suddenly, took a dramatic turn behaviorally and physically within minutes. Took him to the vet ASAP and they found a mass on his spleen. He had an emergency splenectomy. Recovery was rough but he did start to get better and was given 3-6 months to live. I wanted to support him during this time the best way I could to ensure he goes peacefully and not in distress. I decide to stop by the green spot since i drive by it frequently going to work to get some vitamins and ended up with turkey tail powder and beef bone broth based on the staff members recommendations who were helping me. They listened to my story and immediately began helping me with best products to help boost his immune system and help slow the process of the cancerous cells. It has been two weeks since he started getting both in his normal diet and he has staryed to act like a puppy again. He has been more energetic, alert, and super playful! He is no longer depressed and has a zest for life again! Even if this is short lived I'm so happy that he is happy and living his best life! I go to the green spot for all his needs now! The staff are friendly, kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable! They made me feel like we found our tribe of like minded individuals who want nothing but the best, even when the outcome will eventually leave a piece of my heart missing, for our fur babies. I can't thank the green spot enough for giving me more precious time with my fur baby, as he is my world. No amount of money could ever give me what green spot has given me and my fur baby.

I went to greenspot because my local pet store is closed on Sunday and to my surprise it was a great experience! I walked in and got myself a spot on the waiting list for the self service pet wash, then started looking around the store. I found the shampoo and conditioner I use at my local self service pet wash and was considering just buying it and going home to give my dog a bath, and I expressed to that to one of the workers that was on the floor helping customers. Understandably, they took me off the waiting list, and as I was waiting in my car after I decided to continue waiting I realized they might have took me off the waiting list from what I said to the worker early. I walked back in to make sure I was still on the waiting list and I wasn’t but right away the worker, wynter, was offering to squeeze me where I was initially and even offering to help me! As she was helping me wash my pup she showed me she was very knowledgeable about my dogs breed and was able to help me with quite a few of the problems I am having with my dog. After the wash she let me do my dogs after wash care in the grooming room as I have a reactive dog and would never be able to do it in public. Once I came out of the grooming room she had multiple products picked out to help my dogs allergies and samples of products too! Safe to say I will now be taking the trip across town to go to the greenspot because I’ve NEVER been taken care of like wynter took care of us!

This place is great. We took our large dog for a self service bath and it was the easiest bath I've ever given him. He was a lot less stressed out and while he doesn't like bathes he didn't hate it. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Green Spot!

They were great!! So helpful because I was unprepared and brought two dogs and one leash :/. Bad dog mom! We destroyed the wash area by knocking down the whole shelving system and they were so friendly in helping us! We will definitely be back!

My go to place when I need help and guidance with food, treats and joint care for our dogs. Great selection for power chewers. Wondercide for flea & tick 👍. Hemp oil for 4th of July jitters is a must.
